The front desk says open to 11pm It was locked at 8pm I just wanted a pop so no big loss but I would have grabbed one earlier if I had known it would be closed. A vending machine might be a good alternative

I like that you have a patio door from the room to your car parking spot. I don’t understand why all motels have that stupid water mixer with one handle at there showers it’s just pain in the ass to adjust it! The air conditioning unit was very good but too loud and old!

Clean rooms, but broken things. No grab bars in the slippery tub. No tub plug allowed??? Hair dryer didnt work. Bathroom plug didnt work. Ground fault receptacle was painted over. Broken ice machine. Outdoor railing to the hill in back was broken. Room was not ready for our 4pm arrival.

I liked that it was above the city up on the hill. It would be nice to have a better view as across the road there were trees and obstructions. Behind the hotel was a lookout which was difficult for people like us in our 60s to get to. If they were to improve access it would be very nice.

Nothing fancy but nothing to really complain about. Clean comfortable rooms, with a sliding patio door to step out to my car parked in front, the TV was a decent size, cable had terrible resolution though but I hooked up my Roku to the TV and it was great. The only real complaint I would say that I had is I had to constantly play with the thermostat to get the right temperature. It's not a digital thermostat it's one of those older on the wall models. Overall not bad for the money

The staff was so wonderful with any issues that arose. The rooms are comfortable with your own heating/cooling unit. We especially enjoyed having balcony access. There is BBQ for use as well as a raised look out on the property to view the area. The room was quite comfortable with the amenities provided, and appreciated the fact you could not hear othes in fhe next room at all. Overall a wonderful place to stay and will definitely consider for our next visit.

The place was not clean I took photos of under the bed and there were wrappers from candy that were not ours The windows were grimmy and the carpets were filthy. There was a hole in the closet by the wall that should have been fixed. The TV box was corroded not sure what happened there. Also the coffee had only one package of creamer and sugar and it was all solid like it had been in water. THe air conditioner was so loud it was like being in a ship's boiler room It's not like it was a cheap room. It cost me $220.00 for the one night Thanks but no thanks Kathy Stilwell 519-496-3416 If you would like to see the photos I will glady send them Bed were ok but with all the other neglect it made me wonder if the sheets had even been changed. There were no food options at the motel. no amenities what soever

There is bed bugs and other bugs on the bad and on the carpet and rooms smells and there is 3 towels in 3 bible bed room for 4 peoples.it’s common sense if you give 4 people’s room you have to keep 4 towering yje room.

Room was so dirty at arrival, hardwood floor dusty, sheets and towels with stains, hallway look like its been in renovation for ever. Hair everywhere, don't look under the bed or behind furniture, i think it never been fully cleaned ever. Went to Walmart and bought cleaning products, new bed sheets and bed cover, hand cloth and towels. Washed everywhere me and my wife, took over an hour and a half and cost over 150$ but at least we could sleep in a clean bed. Covered office chair and living room chair with old bed covering because they were not clean either. Seriously, worst hotel we ever booked and we will remember...

This place is not clean at all, there is no hand soap, no hairdryer, full of hair on the floor, wall dirty, AC smell weird. The person at the front desk was nice to refund and cancelled our second night, we decided to book somewhere else.

The location was good. The room was dirty and smell of cigarette smoke. Towels looked old and well worn, so we went to Walmart and bought our own towels. Will never stay there again. I know the price was low but at least the room should be clean without dirt, hair and dust. Unacceptable.

You get what you pay for - a basic room. Check in was easy and the staff were nice. Cons were that the noise bleeds heavily from the road out front and the hallways. I couldn't turn off the porch light either and the light really comes through the blinds. There was also a spat between other patrons at about 1am (that can't really be blamed on the motel) but it was quite loud and kept me awake. There is no box spring either and the mattress was a bit thin so my back was a bit sore in the morning.

Convenient to our weekend activity. Very basic amenities. Lamp not working in bedroom. Only 1 coffee for 2 persons. Impossible to plug in coffee maker. Front desk sometimes locked, necessitating phone contact but owner very pleasant and accommodating. A work in progress but suitable for quick stay.
