The parking arrangement was excellent.Really enjoyed the heated parking.and easy access to the casino after you park.the room was clean and had a sanitized label by the tv . The tv was a little smaller but most people don’t watch much tv here.

Room was clean, bed was pretty comfy and i was able to get a good sleep. Bathroom counter is huge and great for spreading out makeup. Love that there is multiple mirrors throughout the room so my partner and I can both get ready. They also gave my partner free coffee down at the restaurant in the mornings which was fantastic. The free underground parking was fantastic and appreciated. The staff was lovely, we did have issues with our cards getting demagnatized a few times over our stay and the staff was friendly and helpful every time we needed help. The security to the casino potion were also very friendly and said hello, and have a good day every time we passed them.

The room was very clean & sanitized which was nice to see. Underground parking is excellent & secure & numerous handicap parking which was a blessing. Staff was friendly and very informative. I had a 9:00 AM medical appointment so we didn't have breakfast there; however, we did have supper and I must admit the steak sandwich was done to perfection & very tasty!

We did have a good time staying at the Century Casino and would probably stay there again. Housekeeping never came to clean the room but I can get over that. The only piece of soap that was in the bathroom was the size of a toonie and useless (I would recommend taking your own soap to this hotel). We did have exceptional service from Guest Services from a wonderful gentleman named Arva (I hope I spelled that correctly). We were having issues with our TV when we checked in and I went down and reported it to Arva and he said that he would take care of it right away personally and he did. He recognized us every time we came off of the elevator which is unheard of. Please keep him, he is Customer Service extraordinaire.

Our room was uncleanly, dirty surfaces (which we cleaned prior to use and dirty clearly previously slept in bedding. We requested new bedding, which they came and changed while we were in the room. Only to find those sheets were dirty as well. And could not sleep in. Very disappointed and disgusted.

From unwanted sketchy interactions with randoms (in the lobby and in the parking lot), no staff availability at night time, to finding a cockroach on my bed on my last night - This is a motel, not a hotel. The hotel did move me into a different room for my last night. The fact that there will be no staff past 12am should be very well advertised and make sure that guests know about (not in a mini-hidden link on Expedia, that nobody bothers to click). After arriving at 12:08am, no staff was there to check me in. It took 45 mins before I was able to get keycards which were left by the hotel staff - apparently didn’t share the whereabouts. A flustered casino manager - Devin, was useless. Told me there is nothing I could do - pretty much telling me you have to find another place to stay. Security guards were more helpful. Will not be staying here again.

Overall, stay was good. Biggest problem was elevator didn’t work at times and key cards constantly failed. Worst part was front desk persons were frequently not there and at one point we had to wait an hour for someone to show up to fix key card because we were locked out of elevator and stairwell. At 11pm it’s pretty tough having to sit waiting when your tired!

Our stay at Century was great! The room was good, a bit dated but was clean. The bed was comfy and the window air unit’s fan was noisy enough to block out noise. The casino was great and the staff were nice. But they took our money 😉 We stayed there because we were attending a concert at Commonwealth Stadium and we he LRT has a stop right next to this hotel. Very convenient. A bit of a rough neighborhood but we weren’t walking too far. Would recommend.

The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was pretty hard to sleep on and the blankets were not very nice. We did not go into the casino part but from walking by it looked okay. All the staff were very nice to us. The area around the hotel on the other hand is not very nice. Homeless people everywhere, and sirens were heard all night. Differently would not feel safe walking around outside.

This hotel is next to the Belvedere lrt station. We stay here for this convenience. The hotel is clean, staff are friendly and the food is very good, generous portion and tasty.
