The hotel is just amazing. The staff are friendly and remembered us from a previous trip, the staff go above and beyond to make you happy and create a personalised service for us. I would not stay anywhere else in Istanbul ever. Truly amazing and woyld give it 100* if I could. Clean, family friendly, has a pool and all shops you could ever need, just outside the hotel. Nice hotel. Good points, very quiet and spacious with lots of parking options. Great location (a bit far from city centre) but have lots of restaurants and local shops nearby which is helpful. Rooms are very good quality with everything you need from washing machine to fridge, cooker, coffee machine and so forth. Staff are very welcoming and smiling all the times which is good to see. Breakfast is very good and have plenty for everyone. Negative points, swimming pool is not heated and has cold water which is not good for small children, there is only one pool and there is no outdoor pool. Indoor pool is 140deep so not ideal for small children again.

Stayed here as a family of 6! Had a minor issue on arrival, which was promptly sorted. Staff were amazing and couldnt do enough to help you with whatever request you give them. We got the breakfast, which was different everyday and gives you a small taste of Turkish cuisine. Shops nearby were great, we managed to buy lunch and dinner in the supermarkets and cooked in our apartment daily (set the fire alarm off a couple of times!!) But the staff checked on us and made sure all was ok. A few malls nearby, which we all loved and went shopping daily. Got a cab to Hagia Sofia and spent a day sight seeing around that area, cabs are easy to get to and from the hotel and there are enough local restaurants if you wanted to eat out every day. The pool was good, you have to wear a swimming hat, which you can buy on the front desk, the pool lady was lovely and very helpful. The lady at breakfast was my favorite lady and was sad to say goodbye to her!!! Overall would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!!

Top 5* facilities in hotel. Brilliant clean, big rooms, seating room, fully equipped kitchen. Swimming pool, jacuzzi, Gym, Souna and Steam room. Very close to metro and local transport. Lots of cafes and restaurants around this hotel. Brilliant part we like is politeness of staff always happy to help. When we enter in hotel we found very welcoming by Hamza at reception and he helps as with all our needs. Very helpful and great human being person. When we land Istanbul, our baggages didn't arrived at airport, Reception staff really helped us in this worrying situation. We highly recommend to everyone. We'll be visiting soon. Fantastic room with a lovely view. Breakfast Buffet was really nice as well with pool facilities and sauna available. The hotel provided a free shuttle bus to Taksim and Kabatas which was really handy when sightseeing and saved us a lot of money when using taxis! A local Metro station is also within walking distance. Only thing was the hotel.com page mentions that the hotel has a spa however there is not a working spa within the property. Other than that everything did look exactly like the pictures with a supermarket and multiple restaurants next door to the restaurant. Overall a lovely stay!

We recently had a wonderful family vacation at the hotel for 7 nights Our room was on the 12th floor well-equipped and comfortable and clean The staff at the hotel truly exceeded expectations. Everyone was friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The pool and gym sauna services were also clean Overall our stay at the hotel was exceptional. We would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a enjoyable vacation experience I want to shoutout Hamza at the front desk the 2 ladies in the gym area for being helpful and to meet the general manager at the sauna his name was Mohammed such a pleasant gentleman highly recommend this place and excellent employees i will be coming and staying again when we come over!

The property really needs to fix its plumbing and drainage system. The water, sinks, and drains all had a strong, unpleasant odor like sewage mixed with chemicals, almost like formaldehyde. The smell eventually spread through my entire room, and I had to switch rooms because of it. Unfortunately, the cleaning practices also need improvement. I noticed the staff using the same mop water and spray bottle for multiple rooms, which doesn’t feel hygienic. One of the cleaning ladies stole a few of my brand new toothpaste I brought. I had 3 missing when I came back. That said, the lobby staff themselves were all extremely kind and helpful definitely 10/10 for service. The rooms are also very spacious, which was a plus

After a long hot day sightseeing it was heaven to return to the Radisson. The hotel has excellent air conditioning, is exceptionally clean, lovely comfy beds and sofa. Lastly the staff are friendly and helpful, from reception staff to cleaning staff. We felt everyone was exceptionally helpful. Well done Radisson.

Really nice apartment style hotel! We stayed for one night during a layover and the location was basically the mid point between the airport and the old town city center which is where we did some sightseeing. We had a room that had a bedroom, bathroom, living room, and kitchen and the view was amazing. The majority of the apartment was clean but the living room had some dirt and hair on the floor but it wasn’t too bad. We ordered room service for dinner and it was good. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Ich hatte einen großartigen Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment. Es ist sehr sauber, geräumig und befindet sich im 21. Stockwerk, was eine atemberaubende Aussicht bietet. Das Bett war äußerst bequem. Had an extremely pleasant stay at this apartment-hotel. We got upgraded to a much bigger room, which was amazing. If you have a room at the higher floors, you will have a panoramic view over the whole city - sitting in the living room overlooking the sunset was truly a magical feeling. The staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. The location is a little off-grid, so you have to use a lot of money and time to go to the main attractions, however it was worth it, due to the spacious rooms. Only thing that was not impressive, was that I was called and woken up by a telephone from the reception at 3AM, regarding a payment.... That was really not a good custom thing to do to a guest... Would appreciate that they waited till the next morning instead of calling in the middle of the night.

Kahvaltı almadım.Ancak otel etrafında bir çok yeme içme yeri ve market vardi.Konum ve otel süperdi.İlk otele giriş yaptigimizdan çıkıncaya kadar her şey harika idi.Giristeki görevli bize inanilmaz yardimci oldu ve jest de yapti.Odalar oldukça büyük,konforlu ve temiz.İstanbula bir sonraki gelişimde de bu otel dışında tercihde bulunmam.Her şey için teşekkürler...

I stayed in this property a total of 5 hours. Check in and out was very easy. Reception staff was very friendly and helpful. They called a taxi for me when I needed one and even ordered food for me. My apartment was 1102, it is a one bedroom apartment, has washing/dryer all in one, kitchen, living room and very fast internet. The apartment was clean, I felt very safe. I wanted a hotel closed to the import so I could do some work, shower and do laundry.

The property itself is modern, clean and well kept. The location isn't great for going to central Istanbul but they do offer a free shuttle which helps offset this drawback. The breakfast was ok - not amazing. Staff were all nice. The suite itself was the highlight - large, modern, clean and amazing views....nice and close to airport too.

Really nice apartment style hotel! We stayed for one night during a layover and the location was basically the mid point between the airport and the old town city center which is where we did some sightseeing. We had a room that had a bedroom, bathroom, living room, and kitchen and the view was amazing. The majority of the apartment was clean but the living room had some dirt and hair on the floor but it wasn’t too bad. We ordered room service for dinner and it was good. Would definitely recommend this hotel!
