A beautiful hotel with amazing well kept gardens. Just across the road from the beach. Very friendly staff who gave us an early check in. Lovely swimming pool. Good size room with a balcony . Cannot fault the ppace

Pros: Staff were super friendly and helpful. Check-in was quick and painless. Facilities are good, particularly, the pool and gym. Location is also nice as it is centrally located right across from the beach. Cons: The property is definitely showing its age and would benefit greatly from an update/refurbishment. Other: Breakfast is just OK, though I particularly enjoyed the options provided by the coffee maker. The area is very quiet which should be a plus, but anytime there is any noise, it stands out dramatically.

Although the pool and gym were being refurbished we had lovely rooms, the location was excellent and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Oat, who helped us with our bags and booked our cars was particularly friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

I was able to book this property the day of staying in Bang Saen. The only issue I can think of was when we did self-parking, it was difficult to find where the check-in lobby was. There are no signs showing where the lobby is. Also, to find my room (the property is quite large). Aside from the check-in process, the room was very clean and comfortable.

Das Hotel feiert gerade seinen 21. Geburtstag und das sieht man ihm teilweise leider auch deutlich an. Bei einer Teilrenovierung wurden anscheinend einfach viele Holzteile und Möbel billig überstrichen. Lage und Architektur sind sehr gut, Simples Zustellbett für Kind hat pro Tag 900 Baht gekostet, was für Thailand sehr teuer ist. Zimmer war bei Bezug schlecht gereinigt, Haare und Zehennägel vom Vormieter waren leider nicht zu übersehen. Klimaanlage war nicht auf konstante Temperatur regelbar. Insgesamt um einiges zu teuer für die Qualität/den Zustand.

호텔의 도로가쪽 방에 숙박을 했는데, 밤과 새벽에 오토바이들이 시끄럽게 다니고, 해변가에서 폭축놀이를 해서 시끄러원서 잠을 잘 잘 수가 없었음. 숙소 정리를 하는데 깨끗하게 되지는 않았음.

The Tide Resort, is the Tired Resort and needs sprucing up again. It’s getting old and tired. The staff are charming, friendly and attentive. Rooms are big. Not expensive and the swimming pool is really nice. Huge breakfast spread that gets you walking around. Apparently was full but felt a bit empty and soulless.

Nice place ! Beautiful gardens, great staff, good breakfast, great location, beautiful and well furnished modern room with sea/beach view. Mainly Thai and Asian guests, not many westerners. My first visit to Bangsaen. Found plenty to do ! I would stay there again.

The Tide Resort is located across the street from the beach which is very convenient. A 7-Eleven is just next door. There are many dining options in the neighborhood and at the hotel. The pool is very nice looking, but a little shallow for adults. Our room was a little worn down, but it had a nice view. This was a bargain for the price.

The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. My friend had booked B&B but I booked room only. I was given complimentary breakfast and also a free late checkout. Lovely experience. Bangsaen’s an interesting Thai resort. Almost all tourists are Thai - they do beach holidays very differently from Europeans 😊

The restaurants at this hotel are really not good at all. It's a shame because the decor is nice and the staff amazing. But do not expect a culinary destination. It's really bad and for a westerner, way too spicy.
