Location is excellent for the main shopping street and transport fir elsewhere. Full facilities for self catering and even a gym too. Breakfast was disappointing with hot section cold and flies on the bread and fruit. Good food options if the latter issues were addressed.

Friendly place to stay and brilliantly located for shopping and dining around Beyoğlu, Galata, Karaköy, up towards Taksim too - just mind the hills! Rooms are basic but comfortable. Breakfast fine. Gym is nice to have but could do with updating and fixing equipment.

Otel yeni el değiştirmiş, bu yüzden her şeyi elden geçiriyorlar ve yeniliyorlar. Kahvaltı hizmeti henüz başlamamış bu yüzden. Güleryüz ile taleplerimize yanıt vermeleri aile olarak rahat etmemizi sağladı.

The Staff were nice and helpful, delicious Turkish breakfast! we booked the suite for 4 people, the room was big enough but the sofa bed was not convenient. The floor which they serve breakfast doesn’t have access to the elevator so for my mom was a little hard to come there.

I stayed here for a week and a half. Overall, it’s a good budget option, but there are things to be aware of. When I arrived, I was given a lower room category than what I booked. Even after showing my Hotels.com confirmation, the staff insisted it was the correct room and only offered to “help me” by switching later. I later saw the same issue happen to another couple, so make sure to double-check your booking when you arrive. The room itself was comfortable, with a good bed, pillows, and a kitchen with everything we needed. The bathroom was fine, though I had no hot water on two occasions. The restaurant and room service are decent but overpriced. Staff were polite and helpful apart from the check-in confusion. The gym is the biggest downside dirty, very limited equipment, no proper weights, and a broken treadmill. Definitely not worth it if you plan to work out. The location is lively and fun but set on steep hills, which can be tough if you have mobility issues. There’s no public transport nearby, though there are shops and restaurants around, and the center is within walking distance (if you don’t mind climbing hills). The people at the front desk are really nice. The rooms looks great on the pics in the adds but when you get there they are quite beaten up and dirty. Maybe it was just my room but I saw two and one smelt that bad with damp I had to change it. Ow and don’t think you’ll be aloud guests because that’s a big no. I would not recomend

Das Frühstück war ganz gut, wir hatten genug Auswahl. Leider konnten wir nachts nicht gut schlafen weil man jeden schritt aus dem Zimmer drüber hören konnte. Es ist von außen ruhig durch die Doppelfenster. Zimmer sah auch nicht wie auf den Bildern aus.

Schönes kleines Cityhotel. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Zimmer 451 war sauber und wurde auch täglich sauber gemacht. Wir konnten auch gut mit Fenster auf schlafen und haben kein störenden Lärm gehört. Alles Sehenswerte ist gut zu erreichen zu Fuß oder mit der Straßenbahn. Gerne wieder.

First room is street facing and noisy with cars and people , quickly the hotel moved is to an alternative which was ok , few small items that needed to be repaired which was done and nothing to complain about the location is good ,bit of a distance to public transport , however enjoyed our stay

Our stay was really nice. The staff was friendly and helped us wi the everything we needed. We arrived very late (around 3 am) and we could checkin without issue. They also helped us keeping our luggage the day of our check out. Everything was clean. Bed and pillows were comfy. Location is excellent, really nice area for our stay in Istanbul. One thing that could be improved is that the external black out for one of our windows didn’t work.

Breakfast not really any good options you could skip the whole thing and it wouldn'teven matter not worth the extra cost. Had an issue but the owner took care if it so I cannot complain to much there. Hot water kept going out and didn't have any fir two days. The suites are the best options the regular rooms are kind of small with no where to put your clothes. The property is nice but very hard to get a taxi to pick up or drop off for that hotel. It is close to everything.

the hotel was ok. The breakfast was ok not much variety of food. When we arrived to the hotel the person was there didn't helped us with Luggage we had to take them up to the 4 th floor with 3 kids also after check out the stuff didn't even offer the help with our luggages which is unacceptable. when I asked for new towels the receptionist told me to wait until morning ti get new ones

Our stay was really nice. The staff was friendly and helped us wi the everything we needed. We arrived very late (around 3 am) and we could checkin without issue. They also helped us keeping our luggage the day of our check out. Everything was clean. Bed and pillows were comfy. Location is excellent, really nice area for our stay in Istanbul. One thing that could be improved is that the external black out for one of our windows didn’t work.

The staff at the hotel were incredible; they went above and beyond! Hotel was clean, super cute room, very cozy and was the perfect boutique hotel experience. Very happy with our stay. Would recommend Nuru Ziya for a decent sized family room, proximity to transport and walk up to istiklal or down to the water. Lots of choices for food nearby yet quiet area. Services to airport reliable and staff organised tours for us.

I stayed here for a week and a half. Overall, it’s a good budget option, but there are things to be aware of. When I arrived, I was given a lower room category than what I booked. Even after showing my Hotels.com confirmation, the staff insisted it was the correct room and only offered to “help me” by switching later. I was very satisfied with my stay at Nuru Ziya Suites. All of the managers Adhun, Gani and Ahmed were all very nice and welcoming. The rooms are a bit in need of some love, but the quirkiness and charm makes up for it. The location is also very much desired, as it’s very close to a main shopping street, and is within minutes from buses and the trams.

Property is conveniently located in the Taksim/Istiklal area, however, the noise level is ridiculously high. I was unable to sleep most nights, because of the noise from the streets and nearby rooms. Hotel should look to see if they can reduce noise by soundproofing their rooms.

Lovely hotel, amazing location but a bit difficult to get Ubers or taxis. Close to many restaurants, bars, cafes, grocery stores and others. Staff was kind and attentive. Hotel breakfast was excellent.

Great 4 day stay. Lots of cute restaurants not on main street. Try looking for Olea Italian restaurant and you will find your way on that street filled with lovely local venues and stores rather than the main strip with tourist places Istanbul is very hilly so be prepared to hike hills and also your luggage coming and going. The hotel is located at the bottom of one! Enjoy

We had a wonderful stay here! The reception staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, from recommending places to visit in the city to arranging an excellent cab for us. They were also incredibly considerate and let my kids comfortably spend time in the lobby while we waited for our flight. The breakfast was very good as well. Overall, a lovely experience with genuinely warm hospitality. Highly recommended!

While most things at the hotel were good we had an issue with bathroom door knobs that dragged on unnecessarily. There bathrooms have a type of doorknob where you can lock yourself out if you are not careful, and it happened to us multiple times. The problem was that hotel staff themselves didn’t have a proper key, they had to try half an hour before could open the door, every single time. For a $15 knob i had to spend several hours arguing and convincing them, while the hotel staff tried to blame us for not being careful. If i am paying upwards of $700 for the stay i don’t want to spend time arguing about basic stuff.

This was my second time at Nuru Ziya Suites and once again everything was excellent. Great location, clean rooms, friendly staff, and a very comfortable stay. Coming back for a second time says everything and I’ll definitely return again.
