Room was great, with excellent facilities, such as kitchen, a table and chairs, sofa, etc. Breakfast was also very good. However the outside access to the second floor rooms was precarious, as the stairs need repair due to rusting and loose stair caps. It was especially challenging for two senior ladies.!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, it was clean, affordable, conveniently close to Lac la Biche and the local grocery stores. Also the staff were friendly and accommodating, the breakfast was good, the dining area was open 24 hours, and the laundry facilities were free for guests. We would definitely consider staying there again if we return to Lac la Biche.

Room was great and comfortable, only part we didnt like was the hotel was full of truckers/rig workers. Myself and daughter stayed and felt uncomfortable as they sat drinking booze stairing at us as we walked to and from our car. Would be nice if the rooms had a better locking system.

The hotel is nice and always enjoy my stay but this time i was choked out of my room twice from vehicle exhaust. The hotel needs to post more signs and police around the hotel telling users to not back in to the stalls. I was woken up twice at 5:00 am trying to breathe through the diesel exhaust being sucked in to the room from the exterior mounted heater. Not a pleasant experience.

Super loud at night. Either employees or other guests were singing at the top of their voices for minimum 45 minutes in the middle of the night (3am). You can also hear everyone moving around and their alarms if you are on the bottom floor. Not many places in close vicinity to walk to.

Good for driving as it’s right off the highway. Not walkable at all for anything in town (also there’s one taxi cab in the entire town). There is a Boston pizza in the parking lot but it closes early. Rooms aren’t five stars or anything but very spacious with lots of amenities like a kitchenette. Check in process was slower than I like for how dead it was.

We spent 4 nights there, rooms were clean. We did have to ask for a couple more pillows as there was only 2 on the bed.
