Excellent facilities, amenities and super hospitality. Staff go above and beyond. Complimentary shuttle services available to particular hotspots were great.

The staff are helpful and kind and smiling and welcoming. The suites are comfortable and convenient and big. You are never on your roommate way. The free shuttle twice a day makes it easy to go around. We were a group of 14. We all were happy and enjoyed our stay.

We had a lovely stay, the apartment was perfect with a beautiful view. The restaurants downstairs were delicious!!

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with the warm welcome and hospitality of the staff. They were friendly, accommodating, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I loved having a fully-equipped kitchen and a cozy living area, which made it feel like a home away from home. The bed was comfortable, and I slept soundly each night. We had every day house keeping with plenty of fresh towel every single day. One of the highlights of my stay was the fantastic location of the hotel apartments. They were situated in a lively and bustling neighborhood with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops within walking distance. It was also conveniently had free parking garage with 24/7 security. Finally, I can't say enough about the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. They were always available to answer questions, provide recommendations, and ensure that my stay was comfortable and hassle-free. In summary, I highly recommend hotel apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and well-serviced place to stay. Large, clean modern apartments ideal for a longer stay. Really enjoyed it

Minimal apartment amenities. Had to ask for the basics., dish and laundry soap, kitchen towels etc. Facility not cleaned properly. Dirty towels in the bathroom. Mold in the showers. Found a coffee cup in the cupboard that had a packet of pills left in it. Notified the front desk of the problems. Minimal corrections. Breakfast was included but the information was not giving to the restaurant. Embarrassing. A major disconnect between the front office and housekeeping. No level of compensation was offered. I only found one hotel during my travels in turkiye that was decent and that was in Adana. What this accomodation promotes is not what you get. To far from attractions. Minimal restaurant choice's. I would look at other options.

We absolutely loved our stay. The Penthouse suite had amazing views of Istanbul. We managed to spot some of the iconic buildings such as the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia and Galata Tower. The beds were so comfortable and overall the 4 bedroom suite was more rhan adequate for a family of 5. .

I like the convenience of having an apartment and the daily house keeping. Spacious. I’m in love with the mattress and pillows. I just would love if they update the furniture, rug, some parts look used and need some maintenance like the shower.

Awesome location, awesome room and stay with washer&dryer in the unit with spectacular views. You feel right at home!

So the wi-fi had issues. The management was very kind and they sorted it out and also upgraded us and apologized for the inconvenience. It was a really great stay and everything was close by. Will definitely recommend this place.

Stellar Views from a well appointed space with superbly comfortable linens and bed in a quiet well staffed building. Dining options abound, though you may be tempted to order in just to enjoy the scenery and watch ships pass through the Bosphorus to the Sea of Marmara. Staying at the Fraser Place at Anthill will be a special and uniquely memorable experience. Flying out of Istanbul, you may even get a farewell peek at these iconic towers from the air, we did!

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and both times were for business meetings. The staff is fantastic. Everyone is so pleasant and make you feel welcome. The rooms are amazing! I've traveled a lot for work and the first time I stayed here I was a little star struck! The room has tablet and wall controls for the lights and drapes. The TV is in a cabinet that raises with a remote control. The bathroom is gorgeous.

Knowing my flight has been delayed, we have been authorized for late checkout for free. Entire staff is helpful and very welcoming. Frazer Place Anthill is my second home for now and the unique staying place in Istanbul for me

Very pleasant and clean flat; excellent staff, ready to help and arrange everything you asked for. The managers, the handimen, the cleaners, they all vere very friendly and professional. They offered help in measuring our suitcases even after midnight (which we finally did not accept), but Jusuf helped us early morning with everything.

Definitely my second home in Istanbul !! Knowing my flight was delayed I have been agreed for late check out for free. Frazer Place Anthill is the place to be…

Отличный вариант для проживания в Стамбуле. Удобное расположение, доступность такси и магазинов, кафе. Очень гостеприимный персонал, очень комфортные для проживания апартаменты и, конечно, нереальный вид из окна. Обязательно вернемся.

Wide room and good location.

We stayed for 6 nights. Hotel staff are really friendly and responsive. We took the metro which is 15 min walk from the hotel as we like the exercise. There is option to take the taxi outside the hotel too. Within a short walk on the way to the metro station, there are plenty of good food to enjoy.

쾌적한 환경, 넓은 객실, 대체로 만족함. 다만, 대중교통 이용은 어려움이 있다.

I really liked the location of the property as well as the accessibility to everything that we wanted to go .staffs were so good. It was very clean and spacious. It was the best stay we had in Istanbul.
