Awesome stay in a great location. The included breakfast is very good and the service is great. Incredible roof top bar/restaurant. My only suggestion for improvement: the pool in the spa area is used by children and is very noisy, which is distracting when we had our wonderful spa treatments.

We had a great stay . Was very looked after since our first day by Meht who was brilliant The room was very clean and tidy. The only issue was the AC was on a timer so couldn’t change the settings. The food was nice . Twice we went to the pool and both times the water was cold. But overall, excellent hotel.

lovely staff, the turkish bath was a lifesaver after seeing the sites, and the restaurant on the roof has an amazing view. The room was spotless, very comfy, and plenty of towels and toiletries. Highly recommend.

The staff were hospitable and very helpful. The hotel was clean, and the pool and Turkish bath were a wonderful experience. Breakfast was average. The noise from outside was a bit annoying but expected in such a busy area—earplugs help. The location was excellent, with easy access to public transport and major tourist attractions, making it a convenient place to stay.

Excellent Hotel in a Prime location. Close walk to AyaSofia, the Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern, Taksim, trains buses, boats, shopping, restaurants. Don't know if there's a better location than this in Istanbul. The Staff here is outstanding, special thumbs up tp Mehmet…very professional, genuinely friendly. They were all excellent and helpful hosts. Has a pool w/sauna, whirlpool. Turkish bath…. Nice quiet rooms, great beds, very clean…. Can't go wrong here…It's perfect. Big Thank you to all the staff here at the Neorion.

Beautiful small hotel right in the middle of all the main sights. The dtaff were really friendly and helpful, especially the breakfast team. Our room, a standard double, was large with a door that opened to a juliette balcony which was lovely to sit and listen to the city. A small seating area was perfect. The pool area although small was a nice relief after a busy day and the Turkish Bath was gorgeous! The roof top was stunning and the restaurant was very good - we ate there twice, although the wine was expensive. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Very good choice. Central location near tramway station Sirkeci and near to attractions like Hagia Sofia, Grand Bazar etc. Very good hotel staff, nice rooms with good beds, and the swimming pool and sauna was very nice after days with walking.

Staff ( Matt and all the others) were excellent hosts - nothing was too much trouble. Breakfasts were lovely, complimentary coffee was offered whenever we wanted it during the morning. Rooms were clean and perfectly acceptable for our stay with robes and slippers and Turkish delight everyday ! Lovely thought. Pools And sauna area very nice and we could shower there before we left . Taxis arranged by hotel to airport and yes slightly more expensive but they pulled out all the stops to get us there on time despite awful traffic. Location of hotel. Excellent for local attractions. Roof top terrace had amazing views,yet more fantastic staff and the best cocktails! Advice given by staff was exactly right ! Cant recommend enough. Would definitely return.

Excellent hotel et service. Très bien situe, au coeur de SultanAhmet et a cote de la station de tramway qui permet de relier d'autres points de la ville. Chambres très propres, bien aménagées et excellente literie. Le ménage est fait quotidiennement par une équipe professionnelle. L'équipe est aux petits soins et font tout ce qui leur est possible pour rendre le séjour agréable. Ils sont également de bons conseils pour les visites et sorties. Au petit déjeuner, Mehmet et son équipe sont aux petits soins, serviables et forts sympathiques. La piscine et le spa sont un vrai plus.

From the second we arrived, with the welcome by the front desk staff, to the second we left, with help with tranport to airport, super experience here. All staff exceptional, friendly, helpful, room was spotlessly clean, with lots of space. My wife made use of the excellent spa, rooftop restaurant is wonderful. Great time staying here!

We were really pleased with our stay at the Neorion hotel. Great location, walking distance to everything you might need. The staff was incredible, really welcoming and helpful. They helped us with bags, recommended cafes nearby, allowed us to check in a little earlier as our plane arrived early and there was an available room. The room and bathroom were clean, bed was comfortable and everything you might need was avail. Thank you!!!

Le personnel du service du petit déjeuné au top mais une des femmes de ménage le samedi à été exécrable et nous a viré de la chambre pour la faire du coup le ménage était bâclé je trouve la propreté laisse à désirer par contre le personnel de l accueil aussi très sympa très avenant et nous conseillait pour les visites l hôtel est très bien situé et l espace détente au sous sol au top le hamam et le sauna super après une journée de visites dans le froid

Excellent hotel. We got a room with a balcony so we could have some outside space. The bed was super comfortable, the living area was great and the bathroom was very well done with a whirlpool bath and very large separate shower. The staff were very accommodating and couldn't do enough to help. Breakfast was great and we made use of the 11am end time. There was a fridge and kettle in the room so we got to make tea. We particularly enjoyed the daily towel designs and the pot of Turkish delight left by the maid. Istanbul is a very noisy city with the trams, car horns and call to prayer all being extremely loud. The Neorion is right in the thick of it so we took earplugs with us for sleeping. The hotel also provided earplugs. If you don't like the noise you are best to go somewhere else, probably not Istanbul! Bad points about the room: There was nowhere in the large bathroom to put things, not even a towel rail near the shower. The double glazing in one window was cloudy so that spoiled the view. None of the mirrors were in the right place for shaving or doing makeup. A full length mirror would have been useful too.

We loved staying witth you!! the only downside was that we didn't have anyone come in to make our beds or give us fresh towels the day before we checked out. In other words, no one attended to our room before the day we checked out. Otherwise, everything else was excellent!! The breakfast was over the top! The room was very clean, the mattress was comfortable1. It was a larger room than most Euopean hotel rooms. The cosignere's were amazing!!

The description says that the rooms are compact and indeed they are, but they very well furnished, the AC regulates very nice and doesn't blow directly into your face. The windows are double walled and provide an excellent sound protection. The floor corridors are short for fast access to the rooms and there are 2 lifts per floor. The breakfast area is accommodating and the food choice is very ample to satisfy my pick eater kids that are used to American food. The place is very clean and the hotel staff is always ready to help with any request. There is no need to pay for Internet access, the free Wi-Fi provided is stable and fast enough to work and stream videos without interruption. Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar, Sultan's residence and many more touristic places of Istanbul are just a stroll away from 5 to 15 minutes walking. The hotel is really well located and with excellent street access. Neorion provides a high level of service and accessibility. Neorion is a new found jewel.

مرحبا اخدنا غرفه في الطابق السادس كنا ثلاث اشخاص الغرفه صغيره والاثاث قديم يحتاج الى تجديد الحمام صغير المغسله كانت دائما فيها مشكله ب النظافه جيده جدا الخدمات ممتازه والموقع جيد جدا التراس الموضوع في الصوره كان فقط للحجز مع الدفع الفطور حيد جدا الفندق اجمالا جيد ولكن يحتاج الى التحديث الموظفين جيدون وسريعين الخدماه

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Neorion. The location was excellent and convenient especially if you want to take the light rail around town or walk to the mosques in Sultanahmet. For us, it was a quick five minute walk to the ferry in Eminonu which you can take to Kadikoy (if you need to get to SAW airport). The hotel is also only a ten minute walk to Galata Bridge to cross over into Beyoğlu where we found better shopping and restaurants. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, from the front desk to house keeping. The breakfast is very good and convenient including excellent coffee and fresh squeezed orange juice and other juices. Also. you gotta try the honeycomb for fresh honey! Delightful touch and delicious! What we didn’t like was the bed sheets (too scratchy and stiff), the bathroom sink’s poor hot water pressure (Room 405), and the awful hairdryer which would overheat after only 20 seconds of use on high (no joke). My wife would have to wait 3-4 minutes each time to allow the hairdryer to cool off, which was beyond annoying. We asked for a new hairdryer but were told they all act like that so any replacement would be pointless. My advice to management is invest in better hairdryers. It may seem like a trifle, but the little things matter and not easily forgotten. Finally, the pool and hammam in the basement are quite lovely, but it would be nice if there was better lighting and if the sauna could open before 14:00 hours. Thank you, Hotel Neorion!
Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Neorion. The location was excellent and convenient especially if you want to take the light rail around town or walk to the mosques in Sultanahmet. For us, it was a quick five minute walk to the ferry in Eminonu which you can take to Kadikoy (if you need to get to SAW airport). The hotel is also only a ten minute walk to Galata Bridge to cross over into Beyoğlu where we found better shopping and restaurants. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, from the front desk to house keeping. The breakfast is very good and convenient including excellent coffee and fresh squeezed orange juice and other juices. Also. you gotta try the honeycomb for fresh honey! Delightful touch and delicious! What we didn’t like was the bed sheets (too scratchy and stiff), the bathroom sink’s poor hot water pressure (Room 405), and the awful hairdryer which would overheat after only 20 seconds of use on high (no joke). My wife would have to wait 3-4 minutes each time to allow the hairdryer to cool off, which was beyond annoying. We asked for a new hairdryer but were told they all act like that so any replacement would be pointless. My advice to management is invest in better hairdryers. It may seem like a trifle, but the little things matter and not easily forgotten. Finally, the pool and hammam in the basement are quite lovely, but it would be nice if there was better lighting and if the sauna could open before 14:00 hours. Thank you, Hotel Neorion!

Excellently located with easy transport options walkable from the hotel. A little noisy at night but they helpfully provide you with ear plugs. Staff fantastic, polite and couldn’t do enough for you - special mention to Mehmet at breakfast - a lovely chap. Great room, clean and comfortable.

Large, clean, comfortable room. Exceptionally helpful, thoughtful, and attentive staff. Great breakfast. The sauna, swimming pool, and hammam facilities were excellent and an added bonus. The location is excellent with easy walking access to the major sites in Istanbul, as well as the tram and ferries. We didn’t want to leave and were sad when our vacation came to an end.

Excellent hotel. We got a room with a balcony so we could have some outside space. The bed was super comfortable, the living area was great and the bathroom was very well done with a whirlpool bath and very large separate shower. The staff were very accommodating and couldn't do enough to help. Breakfast was great and we made use of the 11am end time. There was a fridge and kettle in the room so we got to make tea. We particularly enjoyed the daily towel designs and the pot of Turkish delight left by the maid. Istanbul is a very noisy city with the trams, car horns and call to prayer all being extremely loud. The Neorion is right in the thick of it so we took earplugs with us for sleeping. The hotel also provided earplugs. If you don't like the noise you are best to go somewhere else, probably not Istanbul! Bad points about the room: There was nowhere in the large bathroom to put things, not even a towel rail near the shower. The double glazing in one window was cloudy so that spoiled the view. None of the mirrors were in the right place for shaving or doing makeup. A full length mirror would have been useful too.

Staff was very courteous and went above and beyond to make sure our stay went great. We had an early flight from Istanbul and they made sure we had something to eat and drink while on our way. So they packed us sandwiches and drinks to tie us over. The staff was very welcoming, helpful and sweet. I would highly recommend this property.

Excellent service from everyone. Cannot thank the staff enough for all their hospitality, the reviews truly mirror the service offered. Mert, Farid, Mehmet, Tafadis, everyone was just excellent. We were 2 adults, 1 baby and they took great care of us from offering great local suggestions and even speaking to Turkish Airlines on our behalf as our baby stroller never arrived with our luggage. The Neorion hotel is a fabulous 5 star hotel located in a prime district within istanbul. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Dedash and Mehmet who retrieved our luggage from the sidewalk. This was a fantastic hotel choice for our first time in Istanbul. It is incredibly convenient to get everywhere. You can walk to many different parts of town, but there is also public transportation within minutes. Great restaurants nearby, a lovely breakfast buffet, coffee and tea in your room or anytime of day brought to you fresh. Refrigerators stocked with complimentary drinks and snacks refreshed daily. Beautiful rooms, comfortable beds, abundant hot water. But the best part is the staff. They are just amazing and wonderful. They cannot do enough for you and will help you with every aspect of your stay. I travel quite a bit but this place blew me away. I’d stay here again without question.

Our stay at Neorion Hotel was fantastic! We only wish we had stayed there a few more days. From the moment we arrived at the hotel we had a great experience. We showed up a few hours before check-in time after completing a cruise and our rooms were already available. Utkan from the hotel staff sat down with us, offered us Turkish Delight and tea or coffee, and asked about our needs. After a short discussion, he helped us identify the best place to do a Turkish bath and booked our reservations for that afternoon. He also booked us at the hotel's rooftop restaurant for the evening, ensuring we had the best table to view the sunset and the beautiful city. Additionally, he researched and booked a golf outing for us, which is probably not something he has to do every day. The next day, Utkan booked our taxi for the airport and, unprompted, had sandwiches ready for us since we were leaving too early to take advantage of the free breakfast. ホテルはイスタンブール空港からのシャトルバスをエミノニュで下車して、徒歩5分くらいの場所にあります。傾斜もあまりないので、大きめのスーツケースを持っていてもあまり苦になりませんでした。 徒歩圏内にフェリーの発着するエミノニュポートと、観光でよく使うトラムT1があり、トプカプ宮殿へは徒歩10分くらいと観光にも便利な場所です。 お部屋はトルコを感じさせるインテリアで、ウェルカムスイーツのロクムが嬉しかったです。連泊で補充されました。 バスルームには基本的なアメニティがそろっていたほか、垢すり用のミトンがありました。ホテルには宿泊客が無料で使えるプール（小さいけど）、ハマム、サウナがあります。ただしマッサージは別料金。朝食のスタッフはそれほど数が多くないように見えたのですが、ちゃんと目配りされていました。 一点残念だったのが、セイフティボックスの開け閉めに暗証番号＋クレジットカードが必要だったことです。いちいちクレカを取り出すのが面倒ですし、貴重品は全部しまっておきたい状況でも、1枚はクレカを持って行かなきゃいけないので、暗証番号だけだったら良かったなと思います。 とはいえ、絶対おすすめのホテルです。次回もリピートしたいです。

The property is well-located for all the sites in Sultanahmet, and there is a tram stop around the corner for travelling further afield. The area around the hotel is lively and packed with useful shops and restaurants, so plenty of options for meals and other shopping. The hotel itself is really clean and the rooms are a great size. The staff are really friendly and helpful, and typify that famous Turkish approach to hospitality. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they are focused on making sure you have a great holiday in Istanbul.

Don't know if there's a better location than this in Istanbul. The Staff here is outstanding, special thumbs up tp Mehmet…very professional, genuinely friendly. Staff ( Matt and all the others) were excellent hosts - nothing was too much trouble. Breakfasts were lovely, complimentary coffee was offered whenever we wanted it during the morning. Rooms were clean and perfectly acceptable for our stay with robes and slippers and Turkish delight everyday ! Lovely thought. Pools And sauna area very nice and we could shower there before we left . Taxis arranged by hotel to airport and yes slightly more expensive but they pulled out all the stops to get us there on time despite awful traffic. Location of hotel. Excellent for local attractions. Roof top terrace had amazing views,yet more fantastic staff and the best cocktails! Advice given by staff was exactly right ! Cant recommend enough. Would definitely return.

God placering til at udforske byen og med sporvognstop tæt på. Super personale, der startede indtjekning med at tilbyde noget at drikke. Et lille problem med bruseren blev fikset med det samme. Morgenmaden var gratis og løste opgaven (men vinder næppe nogle stjerner). Lækker tagterrasse delt med nabohotellet. God udsigt med drinks og mad.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff truly made the experience outstanding—special thanks to Mehmet, Farid, Jamal, and Meret. Their hospitality, friendliness, and professionalism were top-notch and made me feel very welcome. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The only downside was the breakfast—it could use some improvement in variety and quality. With a little more attention there, this place would easily deserve a full 5 stars. Overall, highly recommended for the amazing staff and comfortable stay!

We loved staying witth you!! the only downside was that we didn't have anyone come in to make our beds or give us fresh towels the day before we checked out. In other words, no one attended to our room before the day we checked out. Otherwise, everything else was excellent!! The breakfast was over the top! The room was very clean, the mattress was comfortable1. It was a larger room than most Euopean hotel rooms. The cosignere's were amazing!!

The hotel is charming and in a great location for attractions, Staff there are wonderful and very helpful. The room is clean and the triple room third bed was surprisingly not bad. The place was quiet considering it is central old Istanbul, no tram noise etc. Breakfast was good with reasonable choice.
