"My family and I had an amazing stay at the Hezen Cave Hotel! The view from the terrace was absolutely incredible and added to the overall experience. The hotel itself was great - clean, comfortable, and with plenty of amenities. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area."

Top of my list. I have been traveling to many places and this is the first time I wholeheartedly want to write a good review for a hotel. Hazen Cave Hotel brought us too many surprises. All the staff are so friendly and treating you in a very sincere way. Details below: 1. Traditional cave hotel designs decorated in such a good taste. I love the hall, the dining area, and also all the terraces with good views. This hotel is like a boutique one because they only have 17 rooms. Everything clean and organised and it’s a pleasure walking around exploring. 2. Upgraded our room to Supreme Suite. This is a low season for tourism in the area but we highly appreciate it. The room is very clean which is what I care about the most. I was also worried about humidity in cave hotels but this one is extremely comfortable. The heat is functioning well and we can also turn on AC if needed. Room very spacious and comfortable. 3. Quality of food exceeded my expectation and the staff make sure we try everything! I was joking with my husband that we may gain 5 pounds if we stay longer. The Cheese Rolls make by the chef are soooooo good and I suddenly became a cheese fan. I usually don’t expect eating within hotels but this one really impressed me. The chef is very nice and he keeps checking on us if we need anything. It feels like family. Even the orange juice is freshly made. The lamb slow-cooked for 4 hours is also a very decent dish. I would definitely want to come back again.

We absolutely loved this hotel. It was away from the crowded conditions in Goleme but still situated amongst caves and with a beautiful view of a cave castle within walking distance. The room was comfortable, the restaurant had great food and the staff were very helpful. Loved it!!!

Unique, beautiful setting with lots of comfortable terraced lounging space to enjoy the knock-out views. Very stylish yet decidedly unpretentious. The very friendly staff was eager to please offering tea, coffee and nuts or showing us how to use the free washer and dryer.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. We arrived late in the evening and we were still offered beverages and given cookies when we were shown to our room. The weather was quite chellenging during our stay. The hotel worked tirelessly to get us scheduled and re-scheduled on several activites. They did a wonderful job of scheduling a private camel safari, a private ATV tour and balloon rides. Our experiences on all 3 were amazing! My son had a birthday on a night we ate at their excellant restaraunt. I asked for a good dessert suggestion. Instead, they went out and bought a cake from a local bakery. It was one of the best displays of service I have ever seen. This hotel has beautiful views and was near by all of the attractions while being a little bit outside the crowded tourist area. Our room was wonderful and housekeeping was very good as well. I would love to stay here again!

Hem çalışanlarıyla hem dizaynıyla çok sıcak, sevimli bir otel. Kahvaltısı oldukça kaliteli, ürünleri lezzetli. Akşam yemeği az ama öz çeşit içeriyor. Konumu zaten harika, her köşesinden ayrı bir manzara sunuyor. Odada hem kalorifer hem klima mevcut. Klimaya ihtiyaç duyduk epey serin oluyor aksi takdirde. Her konuda yardımcı oluyor çalışanlar. Gökhan Bey kalacağımız süreye uygun gezi planı bile çıkardı bize. Biz çok memnun ayrıldık, teşekkürler Hezen.

My first interaction with the Hezen Cave Hotel came after the booking and my messaging with Mehmet the Manager of the hotel he was extremely helpful in answering all my queries, and he helped organise a shuttle car service for when I landed at the Nevsehir airport, to provisionally book a balloon ride for me. The conversations made me feel confident that I had made the right choice in booking the Hezen Cave for my stay, I had decided to spend the 7 days of my entire trip in the region to rest, relax and explore the region of Cappadocia and find out more about Turkish culture on my first trip to Turkey as a solo female traveller. The area of Ortahisa and the Hezen Cave Hotel and its people proved to be an excellent choice for me. I was so impressed with the attention to detail of the hotel, the owners have created such a luxurious space, the interior is beautifully designed and the ambience is one of comfort and ease. The room I stayed in was described as standard, however, there was nothing standard about the room! it was gorgeous, from the hammam-style bathroom, the small private terrace, to the cave interior, I slept so well, and it was lovely to wake up in lovely surroundings. The staff was so hospitable, such a great group of people who were so kind and welcoming, who provided service with a smile, and they were constantly ensuring that all was well with me, I will remember their warmth for a long time – though I am planning a return trip!

The staff was so hospitable, such a great group of people who were so kind and welcoming, who provided service with a smile, and they were constantly ensuring that all was well with me, I will remember their warmth for a long time – though I am planning a return trip!

Words cannot express what a wonderful place this is! As fellow hoteliers, the amount of care, hard work and meticulous attention to detail that went into creating every aspect was not lost on us. Rooms are all spacious and absolutely beautiful. Food is delicious. Service is warm and personable. The experience you have here far exceeds the price point. Top of my list. I have been traveling to many places and this is the first time I wholeheartedly want to write a good review for a hotel. Hazen Cave Hotel brought us too many surprises. All the staff are so friendly and treating you in a very sincere way. Details below: 1. Traditional cave hotel designs decorated in such a good taste. I love the hall, the dining area, and also all the terraces with good views. This hotel is like a boutique one because they only have 17 rooms. Everything clean and organised and it’s a pleasure walking around exploring. 2. Upgraded our room to Supreme Suite. This is a low season for tourism in the area but we highly appreciate it. The room is very clean which is what I care about the most. I was also worried about humidity in cave hotels but this one is extremely comfortable. The heat is functioning well and we can also turn on AC if needed. Room very spacious and comfortable. 3. Quality of food exceeded my expectation and the staff make sure we try everything! I was joking with my husband that we may gain 5 pounds if we stay longer. The Cheese Rolls make by the chef are soooooo good and I suddenly became a cheese fan. I usually don’t expect eating within hotels but this one really impressed me. The chef is very nice and he keeps checking on us if we need anything. It feels like family. Even the orange juice is freshly made. The lamb slow-cooked for 4 hours is also a very decent dish. I would definitely want to come back again.

We absolutely loved this hotel. It was away from the crowded conditions in Goleme but still situated amongst caves and with a beautiful view of a cave castle within walking distance. The room was comfortable, the restaurant had great food and the staff were very helpful. Loved it!!!

My first interaction with the Hezen Cave Hotel came after the booking and my messaging with Mehmet the Manager of the hotel he was extremely helpful in answering all my queries, and he helped organise a shuttle car service for when I landed at the Nevsehir airport, to provisionally book a balloon ride for me. The conversations made me feel confident that I had made the right choice in booking the Hezen Cave for my stay, I had decided to spend the 7 days of my entire trip in the region to rest, relax and explore the region of Cappadocia and find out more about Turkish culture on my first trip to Turkey as a solo female traveller. The area of Ortahisa and the Hezen Cave Hotel and its people proved to be an excellent choice for me. I was so impressed with the attention to detail of the hotel, the owners have created such a luxurious space, the interior is beautifully designed and the ambience is one of comfort and ease. We made our reservation very last minute as the hotel we had initially booked did not match the photos that were posted online. On arriving at the hotel, we explained why we made the reservation 30 minutes ago and told the manager that we were aware of how early we were at 9:30 am and checkout starts at 2:00 pm, requesting him if we could just drop off our bags. He kindly told us not to stress and that he would see what he could do, and very graciously told us to enjoy a complimentary breakfast – which was very much needed after 8 hours of travelling. The breakfast was delicious, and the hospitality was impeccable. The manager was also kind enough to upgrade our room to a suite and we were able to check in at 10:00 am. 5 minutes after checking in a female staff member accompanied by a male staff member dropped by to offer us a complimentary bottle of wine to de-stress. I liked that the hotel had put thought into sending a female staff member as we were 2 girls travelling together. It was much appreciated! Overall the stay and hospitality were so fantastic and welcome after our difficult time in Istanbul that my friend and I debated extending the trip to relax further, which we were unable to due to the nature of our further bookings. Highly recommend Hezen Cave and I will be suggesting the property to all my friends and colleagues that will be going to Cappadocia!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. We arrived late in the evening and we were still offered beverages and given cookies when we were shown to our room. The weather was quite chellenging during our stay. The hotel worked tirelessly to get us scheduled and re-scheduled on several activites. They did a wonderful job of scheduling a private camel safari, a private ATV tour and balloon rides. Our experiences on all 3 were amazing! My son had a birthday on a night we ate at their excellant restaraunt. I asked for a good dessert suggestion. Instead, they went out and bought a cake from a local bakery. It was one of the best displays of service I have ever seen. This hotel has beautiful views and was near by all of the attractions while being a little bit outside the crowded tourist area. Our room was wonderful and housekeeping was very good as well. I would love to stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. We arrived late in the evening and we were still offered beverages and given cookies when we were shown to our room. The weather was quite chellenging during our stay. The hotel worked tirelessly to get us scheduled and re-scheduled on several activites. They did a wonderful job of scheduling a private camel safari, a private ATV tour and balloon rides. Our experiences on all 3 were amazing! My son had a birthday on a night we ate at their excellant restaraunt. I asked for a good dessert suggestion. Instead, they went out and bought a cake from a local bakery. It was one of the best displays of service I have ever seen. This hotel has beautiful views and was near by all of the attractions while being a little bit outside the crowded tourist area. Our room was wonderful and housekeeping was very good as well. I would love to stay here again!

Top of my list. I have been traveling to many places and this is the first time I wholeheartedly want to write a good review for a hotel. Hazen Cave Hotel brought us too many surprises. All the staff are so friendly and treating you in a very sincere way. Details below: 1. Traditional cave hotel designs decorated in such a good taste. I love the hall, the dining area, and also all the terraces with good views. This hotel is like a boutique one because they only have 17 rooms. Everything clean and organised and it’s a pleasure walking around exploring. 2. Upgraded our room to Supreme Suite. This is a low season for tourism in the area but we highly appreciate it. The room is very clean which is what I care about the most. I was also worried about humidity in cave hotels but this one is extremely comfortable. The heat is functioning well and we can also turn on AC if needed. Room very spacious and comfortable. 3. Quality of food exceeded my expectation and the staff make sure we try everything! I was joking with my husband that we may gain 5 pounds if we stay longer. The Cheese Rolls make by the chef are soooooo good and I suddenly became a cheese fan. I usually don’t expect eating within hotels but this one really impressed me. The chef is very nice and he keeps checking on us if we need anything. It feels like family. Even the orange juice is freshly made. The lamb slow-cooked for 4 hours is also a very decent dish. I would definitely want to come back again.
