The Excexra hotel is a beautiful property however not in a nice area. Our room was spacious and lovely. I believe it to be a large tour hotel as it is close to Georme and was full of tours and tour buses. If I booked again I would book in Georme as it is a very cute town basically the same price. The staff were not that friendly and most of the amenities were closed when were there. We were unable to use the spa and spa facilities. Which was the whole reason we booked the hotel In the first place. When asking for a cork screw for our wine, were informed we were not allowed to drink wine on the property that was our own. Overall it was ok.

We arrived very late but staff were very helpfull & guided us to our well-appointed cave room which we loved. The hotel is a beautiful stone building spread over several levels on the hillside with a pool and carious outdoor areas. Breakfast was good with the ability to order eggs or omlete to taste

Exedraya daha öncede gelip konaklamıştık ve çok memnun kalmıştık herşey aşırı kaliteliydi.kahvaltıdaki peynir markasından yastığa kadar sabuna kadar aşırı kaliteli ürünler kullanılıyordu.ama bu sefer kahvaltı hüsran çıktı.çalışan eleman sayısı fazla ancak ona rağmen toplamda 4 masa kahvaltı yaparken bile çayımızı kalkıp kendimiz aldık geldik .oda temizliği güzeldi ancak eksikler vardı odada önemli olmasada öncekine kıyasla eksikti bazı şeyler .havuz ve çevresi temizlenmedi bu bizi rahatsız etti .ertesi sabah havuza girdiğimizde yine havuzun çevresi kirliydi .kahvaltı kalitesi maalesef düşmüştü,sıcaklar çok basit ve yetersizdi.ekstra ya da seçenek yoktu .patates,menemen ya da tost gözleme vs yoktu.kabak kızarma haşlama yumurta ve omlet vardı.Kocaman otelde 5 tane şezlong olması sıkıntıydı .bir saat kadar şezlong bulunmasını bekledik ama bulunmadı maalesef .saat 14.00 te otele gelmemize rağmen odalar yeni temizlenmeye başlamıştı .epey zaman kaybı yaşadık .buna istinaden ertesi gün çıkışta bize tölörans sağladı resepsiyon teşekkür ederiz.ayrıca oda olarakta çok güzel bir oda temin etti resepsiyondaki hanımefendi ayrıca teşekkür ediyorum .

we loved the location and the hotel facilities. Breakfast buffet and the restaurant on top floor were good. We had elderly parent with us and they found it very difficult to walk up and down stairs for buffet about 3 flight of stairs. otherwise would recommend.

Guten Tag haben eine Nacht in diesem Hotel mit meiner Familie übernachtet. Hotel ist sauber Frühstück ist ausreichend. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet in Felsenhöhlen. Pool müsste geheizt werden war schon sehr frisch im Wasser. Die anderen Gäste haben das auch so empfunden. Duschbereich ging von der Kabine die Tür nicht richtig zu . Fernseher Fernbedienung funktionierte nicht Rezeption angerufen. Es kam niemand. Aussicht sehr ländlich in der Umgebung sehr viele runterkommene alte Dorfhäüser. Sehr viele Touristen aus Fernost. Empfang an der Rezeption Verbesserungswürdig.

On a pris nos chambre via internet, sur les photos c’était bien, mais une fois visités c’était beaucoup mieux que les photos. Les chambres ainsi que les extérieurs était très propre. Petit déjeuner et dîner il y avait beaucoup de choix. Les services était excellent. Piscine très propre. J’ai beaucoup aimé cette séjour de l’hôtel. Je recommande fortement.

La struttura è molto suggestiva con la sua architettura e il suo panorama sulla vallata. Il personale è molto gentile e prodigo di informazioni. La spa non è all'altezza per funzionamento degli impianti e personale non particolarmente esperto. Camere molto belle, pulite, curate, spaziose. Letti molto comodi. Il ristorante sulla terrazza ha poca scelta, ma alla sera è fresco. La colazione da bocciare, tanta scelta, ma qualità discutibile. Forse non è l'hotel ideale per chi ha problemi di accessibilità.

Balayı için otelin en güzel odasını tutmuştuk,balayı için ekstra herhangi bir şey yoktu,yapmak zorunda değiller fakat tatlı olurdu. Oda güzeldi temizlik güzeldi. Çıkış yaparken arabamıza çarpıldığını gördük,en güvenli yere koyduğumuz söylenmişti ama kamera vs görmüyordu. Otelin bununla ilgili de önlem almasını beklerdim. Onun dışında çalışanlar güleryüzlü.

Unfortunately the personal stuff on the reception was horrible. They were not helpful or kind. We asked them twice which time our shuttle will come on the next day for the transport to the airport and they have said the wrong time. We got confirmed the time even in handwritten form. Furthermore the stuff on the reception couldn’t speak English as well and they didn’t care if you tell them problems or concerns. The food in the restaurant was good and also the personal stuff in the restaurant was nice and very friendly. The hotel itself is nice and the rooms are pretty. Unfortunately the cleaning stuff forgot also the dirty cleaning sponge in the room which represents not really a good side in point of the workers and their motivation. Nevertheless, it would be for the hotel itself good to present educated stuff on the reception because it’s the first image from the hotel.

Ortahisarın en başaralı oteli olabilir.Otele girişte odamızla ilgili memnuniyetsiliğizi giderme ve odayı değiştirme konusunda resepsiyonun gayreti bizi memnun etti.kahvaltısı yeterliydi. Odamızı temizlemerini istememize rağmen temizlenmemişti fakat belirttiğimizde hızlıca müdahale ettiler. Çıkışta 11.30 da arayıp 12 de çıkacaksınız haberiniz varmı diyene kadar herşey iyiydi! Ha birde 3 kere şömineyi yakmaları için aradık yardımcı olmadılar.

We stayed in the middle of February. It was a Gorgeous hotel. Friendly staff, clean rooms, multiple restaurants & in the heart of town. Couldn’t ask for more! We had a photoshoot in one of the lobby rooms because it was so beautiful. There’s a rock castle directly across the street. If we find ourselves here in the summertime, we’d definitely choose this place again. The Crowne Suite we stayed in kept a moderate temperature (barely needed the heater) and the bathroom floors downstairs were HEATED! They thought of everything! LOVED IT!!

Öncelikle puanlamamı kahvaltı ve temizlik için yapacağım. Konakladigimiz 2 günün ilk gününde otelin kapasitesinin 3 katı walk-in ve grup rezervasyonu yapmışlar. Kahvaltıda dakikalarca sıra bekledik, ürünlerin bitmesi ve yerine gelmesinin zaman kaybı, kalabalıkta bedavaya gelmişiz gibi özensiz bir ortamda sabah kahvaltısı yapmak büyük hayal kırıklığı yarattı. Yine ertesi gün kalabalık olmamasına rağmen ürünlerde eksikler mevcuttu ve yenilenmemesi, beyaz peynir istememize rağmen zaten cesit çeşit peynir olduğu ve peynir koymak zorunda olmadıklarını söylemeleri ve F&B ekibinin ozensizligi, misafir ile nasıl iletişime geçeceğini bilmemesi üzerine Turkiyede bir otelde temel peynir çeşidinin “ezine veya beyaz peynir” istediğimde sanki Kars Gravyeri istiyormuşum gibi tepkisel yaklaşımları beni müthiş üzdü. Öncelikle puanlamamı kahvaltı ve temizlik için yapacağım. Konakladigimiz 2 günün ilk gününde otelin kapasitesinin 3 katı walk-in ve grup rezervasyonu yapmışlar. Kahvaltıda dakikalarca sıra bekledik, ürünlerin bitmesi ve yerine gelmesinin zaman kaybı, kalabalıkta bedavaya gelmişiz gibi özensiz bir ortamda sabah kahvaltısı yapmak büyük hayal kırıklığı yarattı. Yine ertesi gün kalabalık olmamasına rağmen ürünlerde eksikler mevcuttu ve yenilenmemesi, beyaz peynir istememize rağmen zaten cesit çeşit peynir olduğu ve peynir koymak zorunda olmadıklarını söylemeleri ve F&B ekibinin ozensizligi, misafir ile nasıl iletişime geçeceğini bilmemesi üzerine Turkiyede bir otelde temel peynir çeşidinin “ezine veya beyaz peynir” istediğimde sanki Kars Gravyeri istiyormuşum gibi tepkisel yaklaşımları beni müthiş üzdü. On a pris nos chambre via internet, sur les photos c’était bien, mais une fois visités c’était beaucoup mieux que les photos. Les chambres ainsi que les extérieurs était très propre. Petit déjeuner et dîner il y avait beaucoup de choix. Les services était excellent. Piscine très propre. J’ai beaucoup aimé cette séjour de l’hôtel. Je recommande fortement.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have is it was very noisy. Our room could hear everything. The staff going up the stairs at five in the morning making noise early in the morning you could hear everything. I don’t know if it’s just because our room was located right underneath everything. But it was really hard to get rest with all the noise. I thought I had booked a room that had a balcony and I was told that there was no balconies. Other than that everything was great.

The hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous, with a maze of floors and rooms, beautiful view and the layout and all is spectacular. Plenty of stairs, so be mindful with kids and older people (Luckily our parents got one of the top floor rooms and didn't have to climb all those flights of stairs. The pool was pretty cold and not very big, but it served its purpose and the children loved it. Beautiful, spacious bathrooms and very comfy rooms. We had minor issues with the internet connection. The staff wouldn't give us wifi password and demanded to type it on our devices in person and we noticed other customers at the reception were experiencing the same issue. It wasn't a biggie though. The only downside was when we asked for late check-out (the check out was at noon and we asked to stay until 3pm) and the receptionist wanted to charge us 100 EUR for an additional 3 hrs of stay!!!! This was a ridiculous experience.

Unfortunately, my reservation was messed up and they brought me to a room with three beds when I only requested a double bed on my reservation. The breakfast was okay; they served the same meals every time, and the dinner was lovely. The room I stayed in was not soundproof and had no privacy. We arrived very late but staff were very helpfull & guided us to our well-appointed cave room which we loved. The hotel is a beautiful stone building spread over several levels on the hillside with a pool and carious outdoor areas. Breakfast was good with the ability to order eggs or omlete to taste

1) I’ve never experienced a hotel stay at this price point that didn’t have air conditioning. Rooms use radiant heat for winter. In the middle of September, our room was apparently prepared for winter. Because the temperature in the room climbed through the night while the temperature outside went down. Without air conditioning to cool the room, it became miserable as the night went on. We were able to open the windows. But, the arid, calm climate made it difficult to cool so late into the early morning. 2) Our breakfast eating area was bombarded with flies. It greatly distracted from what was otherwise a typical, rich, self-service, Turkish breakfast. Both issues could easily have been addressed by the installation of fans. But, the property is built for aesthetics rather than comfort.

The hotel location isn’t too bad but the service is absolutely terrible for room service. I’ve had to request towels on several occasions and staff don’t seem to know much about the hotel. When using the pool facility, I’ve had to request for towels on two occasions and did not receive it as requested and made a couple of visits to reception. I asked for a menu when by poolside, it never arrived and the staff have zero interest in assisting. When asking staff where the toilets are located when outside your bedroom, they are unable to assist. One staff member advised that there was no toilet near the pool whilst there was, the bathroom continuously overflows with water and there was no door for the bathroom when in the room so you need to request the traveller with you to vacant the room whilst you do your business. The hotel have a lot of work to do with their service and the service of their staff.

We stayed in the middle of February. It was a Gorgeous hotel. Friendly staff, clean rooms, multiple restaurants & in the heart of town. Couldn’t ask for more! We had a photoshoot in one of the lobby rooms because it was so beautiful. There’s a rock castle directly across the street. If we find ourselves here in the summertime, we’d definitely choose this place again. The Crowne Suite we stayed in kept a moderate temperature (barely needed the heater) and the bathroom floors downstairs were HEATED! They thought of everything! LOVED IT!!

Guten Tag haben eine Nacht in diesem Hotel mit meiner Familie übernachtet. Hotel ist sauber Frühstück ist ausreichend. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet in Felsenhöhlen. Pool müsste geheizt werden war schon sehr frisch im Wasser. Die anderen Gäste haben das auch so empfunden. Duschbereich ging von der Kabine die Tür nicht richtig zu . Fernseher Fernbedienung funktionierte nicht Rezeption angerufen. Es kam niemand. Aussicht sehr ländlich in der Umgebung sehr viele runterkommene alte Dorfhäüser. Sehr viele Touristen aus Fernost. Empfang an der Rezeption Verbesserungswürdig.

The Excexra hotel is a beautiful property however not in a nice area. Our room was spacious and lovely. I believe it to be a large tour hotel as it is close to Georme and was full of tours and tour buses. If I booked again I would book in Georme as it is a very cute town basically the same price. The staff were not that friendly and most of the amenities were closed when were there. We were unable to use the spa and spa facilities. Which was the whole reason we booked the hotel In the first place. When asking for a cork screw for our wine, were informed we were not allowed to drink wine on the property that was our own. Overall it was ok.

Not a great stay. We check in and were given a wrong type of room. We checked with them the next morning and they denied the mistake and then upgraded it. So if we would not have asked we would have been ignored. Bills not available on checkout and wrong items billed onto our room. Highly overpriced airport pickup. Lovely breakfast, very limited dinner menu. Good housekeeping service but leaking bathroom fittings.

The room we requested and booked a few months prior was not available and we were given a cheaper inferior room. The hotel refused to reimburse the difference despite numerous requests Also, on the first night, there were builders working in the room above well into the night and did not stop heavy hammering till near midnight. I had a ballon flight booked for a 4.40 am pick and only got a few hours sleep. The hotel refused to apologise or pay any compensation despite numerous requests and video proof. The breakfast was appalling on all three days, the food was all dried out unappealing, We made do with yoghurt and toast and had to pay extra for fresh orange juice. Very disappointing stay, a shame as the hotel setting and layout and location were not too bad.

The Excexra hotel is a beautiful property however not in a nice area. Our room was spacious and lovely. I believe it to be a large tour hotel as it is close to Georme and was full of tours and tour buses. If I booked again I would book in Georme as it is a very cute town basically the same price. The staff were not that friendly and most of the amenities were closed when were there. We were unable to use the spa and spa facilities. Stunning hotel with amazing views surrounding the property and very chilled vibes. The rooms are lovely, a good size and give you a cave like experience. They are clean, the beds are comfortable and there are cute courtyards to chill in, outside your rooms. Spectacular views from the pool, it’s slightly small but it was very clean and perfect temperature. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options and a beautiful courtyard to eat it in. We didn’t eat in the restaurant but the views are stunning from the rooftop and we had some drinks there. A special shout-out to Eray and Ismail who went above and beyond to look after us during our stay. Great location, with very friendly locals and great souvenirs on offer demonstrating the area’s craftsmanship. The area is not very crowded and feels a more authentic Turkish experience.

We stayed in the middle of February. It was a Gorgeous hotel. Friendly staff, clean rooms, multiple restaurants & in the heart of town. Couldn’t ask for more! We had a photoshoot in one of the lobby rooms because it was so beautiful. There’s a rock castle directly across the street. If we find ourselves here in the summertime, we’d definitely choose this place again. The Crowne Suite we stayed in kept a moderate temperature (barely needed the heater) and the bathroom floors downstairs were HEATED! They thought of everything! LOVED IT!!

We arrived very late but staff were very helpfull & guided us to our well-appointed cave room which we loved. Öncelikle puanlamamı kahvaltı ve temizlik için yapacağım. Konakladigimiz 2 günün ilk gününde otelin kapasitesinin 3 katı walk-in ve grup rezervasyonu yapmışlar. Kahvaltıda dakikalarca sıra bekledik, ürünlerin bitmesi ve yerine gelmesinin zaman kaybı, kalabalıkta bedavaya gelmişiz gibi özensiz bir ortamda sabah kahvaltısı yapmak büyük hayal kırıklığı yarattı. Yine ertesi gün kalabalık olmamasına rağmen ürünlerde eksikler mevcuttu ve yenilenmemesi, beyaz peynir istememize rağmen zaten cesit çeşit peynir olduğu ve peynir koymak zorunda olmadıklarını söylemeleri ve F&B ekibinin ozensizligi, misafir ile nasıl iletişime geçeceğini bilmemesi üzerine Turkiyede bir otelde temel peynir çeşidinin “ezine veya beyaz peynir” istediğimde sanki Kars Gravyeri istiyormuşum gibi tepkisel yaklaşımları beni müthiş üzdü. Ekip sonradan yaptıklarının farkına varıp özür dileyip durumu düzeltmeye çalışsa da bizim için bir önemi kalmamıştı. *Oda için ise ciddi bir gider benzeri koku mevcuttu, detay temizlikler hiç yeterli değildi, banyolarda ve lavabolarda muslukların yoğun kireçli olması da ayrı bir hijyen eksikliği detayıdır. Teşekkür edebileceğim tek kişi adını yanlış hatırlamıyorsam ön bürodan Sedat Bey dir. Güler yüzlü, çözüm odaklı, yardımseverliginden dolaylı tatilimizde destekçi oldu.

The room we requested and booked a few months prior was not available and we were given a cheaper inferior room. The hotel refused to reimburse the difference despite numerous requests Also, on the first night, there were builders working in the room above well into the night and did not stop heavy hammering till near midnight. I had a ballon flight booked for a 4.40 am pick and only got a few hours sleep. The hotel refused to apologise or pay any compensation despite numerous requests and video proof. The breakfast was appalling on all three days, the food was all dried out unappealing, We made do with yoghurt and toast and had to pay extra for fresh orange juice. Very disappointing stay, a shame as the hotel setting and layout and location were not too bad.

On a pris nos chambre via internet, sur les photos c’était bien, mais une fois visités c’était beaucoup mieux que les photos. Les chambres ainsi que les extérieurs était très propre. Petit déjeuner et dîner il y avait beaucoup de choix. Les services était excellent. Piscine très propre. J’ai beaucoup aimé cette séjour de l’hôtel. Je recommande fortement.

We had an incident with one of the cat scratched my son hand. The stuff was helpful in capturing and assuring us however the front desk reception lady was very rude and accused of my son annoying the cat. They wouldn’t give us detail on cat vaccinations.

What an amazing hotel… away from main stream traffic, and a town away from bars/souvenir shops, etc. Breakfast was fair. Unfortunately their coffee offered is instant coffee and is quite obvious. However the ambience is quite good. Do wear comfy shoes as you will be climbing lots of stairs. Initially, it looks like a maze. In the spur of the moment, we decided to go for a massage and what a fantastic Swedish massage we received (and we have had quite a few massages in the past). You have to take advantage of the spa services available.
