Pros Lakeside Location: Located directly in front of a small lake with free access to canoes, kayaks, and paddleboards Nice Room: Spacious room equipped with working air conditioning and attentive daily housekeeping. Indoor Pools: The indoor cold and hot pools facilities were enjoyable. Cons Unavailable Equipment: Pedal boats were unavailable, and all bicycles were locked and out of service despite good weather. Limited Spa Access: Only one sauna was open. The steam room was out of service for regular guests, and paying extra for full spa access just to use a steam room felt unreasonable. Before check in, I asked about spa amenities, but this wasn't mentioned. Poor Maintenance: Outdoor pool maintenance was lacking. On our second day, both outdoor pools were dirty and full of leaves. While in the outdoor hot pool, something brushed against my friend's foot, and a dead frog floated to the surface a few minutes later, while we were there for 10 minutes. It was disgusting and ruined our day, which could be avoided if pool was maintained daily. Slow Response to Hygiene Issues: We reported the dead frog immediately, but it took staff an hour to remove it. Due to sanitation concerns, we could not bring ourselves to use the pool for the rest of the day. Staff responded to our messages selectively. The hotel has more potential and strong core amenities, but poor maintenance.

Beautiful location and surrounding property was stunning but activities, like golf and pickle ball courts but not actually part of the hotel. The actual hotel amenities seemed reasonable with spa, restaurant and pool onsite but we didn't have chance to enjoy. Late check 5pm and early checkout 10am for the cost is really not reasonable and not allow for you to enjoy the property with 1 night stay. Rooms were clean, but room styles looked a bit dated, and dark. Entrance could use a face lift as well. Not sure I'd go back for the price.
