Parking spot was saved for us, which was excellent (and needed in the Istanbul traffic) and the staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful. Only slight isdue was the air conditioning, which we struggled to get loe enough, but would still highly recommend the hotel. Thanks for the stay.

They were super helpful given us directions and booking tours. The location was very good, about a 10 min walk from the main sights. It was a very clean property. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a few choices for vegetarians, though not very many. The stay was very comfortable. Great thing about the hotel is the location. It is hardly 5 minutes walk from the Blue Mosque. All other major attractions in the old city are also at a walking distance. I am not sure what is meant by VIP access.

Ich kann das Hotel ohne weiteres empfehlen, würde ohne weiteres wieder dort übernachten. Das Hotel ist nicht das neuste aber das macht nichts, es ist in einem guten Zustand. Alles ist sehr, sehr sauber. Das Frühstück ist auch gut und die Angestellten sehr freundlich und helfen, wenn du ein Anliegen hast. Die Position des Hotels ist auch super, nur wenige Minuten zu Fuss von der blauen Moschee und Hagia Sophia entfernt.

The Sultans Royal is an excellent place to stay, convenient for all the tourist attractions and within walking distance of the places of interest. The staff at the hotel are friendly and will accommodate any request (if they can), love their cheese toasties for breakfast. The rooms are cleaned daily and have all the amenities required for an enjoyable stay. We've been going there regularly and it feels like our 'second home'. Highly recommend staying here

The hotel is location is perfect if you want to stay around the Sultanahmet area, it's literally a 5 min walk away. There are also many restaurants and shops close by. The room was kept very clean and the breakfast was plentiful and sufficient. The staff were all kind and helpful. In particular, Rashad was very knowledgeable and made great suggestions all around. I had a great experience in all areas.

Our stay at Sultans Royal was enjoyable. The hotel was clean with good decor and comfortable. The location was perfect, with so many attractions within walking distance. The staff were polite, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good but the hot food section was small. The airport transfer service is more expensive that a local taxi or other airport pick up services. Our room was large and had a view of the sea, albeit over rooftops of other properties. Room is well decorated (Turkish style), comfortable and super clean! Internet works properly and the location is very convenient. Close to Blue Mosque but not in a busy area. Very quite to sleep! The only thing they could improve is the breakfast and I do not mean to add more itens but instead, reduce it but change everyday the variety. Its ok but could be excellent and enhance property's score with few and cheap adjustments!

Dieses hotel kann ich mit ruhigem gewissen weiter empfehlen. Zimmer sind groß und schön eingerichtet. Liegt in einer ruhiger Gegend. Zu den Hotspots wie die Moscheen und einkaufsmeile kann man zu Fuß in ca.10min. hin. Bazaar ist auch nicht so weit weg.

Staff was wonderful giving you tips and helping. Breakfast was ok eggs and bread and cereal And other local stuff. Room was ok. Kind of corky walls were not sound proofing so you could hear everything going on outside and next door. The area was safe and many food options in a walking distance 5 to 10 min And maybe 12-15 min walking distance to Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia. Bed was super hard same as pillows. There is one thing they can improve will be bed quality and pillows.

All the staff were friendly and helpful. They gave us tips on places to go and would help us get a taxi whenever we needed one. Rashit, Mehmed and Mehmut at the front desk were very nice and the cleaning person, Sonya, was really polite and nice.

The managers, daytime and night time, were amazing! We arrived early in the morning and check in was not until 2:00 p.m. The manager told us to go ahead and have breakfast on them and he would do everything he could to get us a room as soon as he could as we had flown all night. The first room that was available was more expensive than we had reserved but he gave it to us for the same price as our original room! There was also a nice a nice young gentleman who helped me late at night for an hour with my cell phone. Then there was Sonya, the cook, and maid. She was a sweetheart who went around at breakfast to make sure everyone like what she had made, She would go to the trouble of using the interpreter on her phone so she could speak to everyone in their language! When she cleaned your room, she would add a special touch to it like a heart on your bed or flower petals. That dear, sweet lady was worth her weight in gold!!!!!

Excellent property! Ideal for walking and shopping. All main attractions within 10-15 minutes walking distance. Sultanahmet area for restaurants are also within walking distance. The staff are extremely helpful. Both men on reception advised us of tours, places to eat and both booked our excursions and airport transfers for us. I would definitely stay at Sultans Royal Hotel again. Great service and plentiful and varied breakfast too!

Booked a 4 night stay at Sultans Royal hotel and I have to say I am (pleasantly) surprised by the service provided. Good room sizes, excellent breakfast and superb customer service. We spoke to mainly Mahmud at the reception who is exceptional (I am sure same can be said about other team members too). Helped us with the local area and assisted us with making various reservations. Will be recommending this place to friends and family but will also book stay at this place again.

chambre pas faite les 2 jours / 5 , la dame qui prépare le petit dejeuner toujours en train de crier , lorsqu'on lui demande de chauffer du lait elle le fait de facon trés enervé. Petit dejeuner trés pauvre, presque rien de disponible et ce qui est chaud en trés petite quantité parfois même vide. Je suis cliente Silver et devais béneficier de 12e sur les activités au final j'ai payé plus cher que les autres. SDB trés petite et mériterait un rafraichissement. Bref vraiement décue de cet hôtel et du personnel.
