Very disappointing. Place was in desperate need of repair inside and out. The bedroom we were in was dusty and moldy to the point that we left a day early, We would’ve left two days early however we could not find a reasonable rate this late date at any other place. My husband who has asthma had an exacerbation due to all the dust. The pictures online did not meet the actual room. The bathroom was terrible and the shower was in a separate room and it was like a portable shower. The fans were full of caked dust. Totally disappointing. The outside porch was in need of repair. The bed was so uncomfortable and the pillows were totally flat.

This space was gorgeous, the instructions stress-free, easy to walk to all major spots downtown. Breakfast was amazing, amazing, amazing! We will absolutely be back.

The hotel is shabby chic is the best way. Lived in, comfortable, and relaxing. The staff made sure to have our reservation access codes were posted on the door and they were very communicative about how to get in, house rules, and how to plan for breakfast. The room was glorious! We had the penthouse suite and we walked into the upper story replete with Persian rugs, stained glass windows, a 4 poster bed, dining and sitting areas, and a bathroom with a jacuzzi. We loved the space and my husband relaxed in a way he doesn't in more formal hotels.

Fantastic B&B, nicely restored to Victorian era paying homage to the era and building. Sneak down at night and have a look at dining room, it’s fantastic and fitted to a very high standard of design (NOT TACKY). We arrived at 2am due to delayed flights and getting into our room wasn’t a problem. Breakfast is simple, fruit, juice and pancakes with maple syrup. I think cereals were available.
