Air Boss Istanbul Airport and Fair Hotel

One thing about the hotel i must comment on is the hotels staff. Staff are helpful and friendly. However, the area which the hotel is located is quite bad, a nice looking hotel located in a very dodgy back road area. 30-50 mins out from any tourist attractions. So you'll be paying heavy uber rates to expore. Amenities are less than basic. A room, bed, bathroom, tv and towels and empty mini fridge with no AC. No coffee station or kettle so if you expecting a morning coffee you have to leave the room. Walls are thin. We heard people next to us and above us so a peaceful nights sleep was null in void. Everything on TV was local (turkish) so you cant watch TV if you english (South African) me. The breakfast included was not to my personal liking but each to their own. Cold meats and cheeses with pickled vegetables (cold mezze) basic scrambled eggs and processed meats for protein. No toast, just bread. Nothing really fresh except tomatoes,cucumbers and milk with no fruit at all or even pastries. Also not 24hrs. Sometimes the chef is off. Quite well traveled and for sure not a 4 star hotel not even 2 star. More like a 2 or 3 star motel, and i say this because its a building with lots of rooms, in a bad area. No hotel facilities, No gym, no spa, no pool, no AC only heat. (google hotel vs motel and that should explain everything) It was clean and the rooms were refreshed daily so for that 10/10. All in all a decent 2 star MOTEL. ⭐️⭐️

Kahvaltı iyiydi. Odaların temizliği kötüydü. Otopark konusunda sokağa parkettiğimiz için yer bulma konusunda sorun yaşadım. Merkeze yakın konumda.

Duş başlığı kırıktı oda çok temiz değildi.içecek olarak sadece su bırakılmış.Otoparkı mevcut değil park yeri bulmakta zorlanabilirsiniz.

freundliches personal und saubere Zimmer/Badezimmer, aber niemal 4 Sterne, nicht einmal 2 Sterne. Kein Wasserkocher im Zimmer. Besitzer spart am Kaffee und allem anderen. KAFFEE beim Frühstück war mit Sicherheit schlecht. Kissen waren unangenehm.

Otel oda temizliği güzel personel gayet iyi tek göze çarpan kullanıma dayalı yıpranmalar

Oda temizdi, çalışanlar nazikti. Kar yağmasına rağmen odalar gayet sıcaktı. İstanbul'da tekrar konaklama yapmam gerektiğinde tercih edeceğim.

Ho prenotato 10 giorni in questo hotel, dopo la prima notte sono scappato andando in un altro hotel. Dopo essermi sdraiato sul letto, dopo qualche ora, mi sono venute fuori chiazze rosse su tutto il corpo, non so se per bugs o acari, ma qua sotto vi pubblico le foto. L'ingene è scarsa, appena arrivati, abbiamo trovato capelli/peli sul letto e sul wc. Ho segnalato il problema, mi hanno detto che avrebbero fatto una pulizia approfondita, in 3 giorni non è stato pulito. Ho dubbi anche sull'acqua della doccia Abbiamo chiesto il rimborso,ci è stato negato dal manager. Abbiamo chiesto almeno un 50% di rimborso siccome andavamo in un altro hotel,ancora negato. Il bagno e la camera, non sono come da foto, i letti singoli sono minuscoli, dalle foto sembrano "queen size" in realta saranno circa 60-70 cm di larghezza. Il bagno è minuscolo. Dalla camera senti qualsiasi cosa che succede in corridoio, le porte e i muri non isolano il rumore, mi saro alzato 4-5 volte in una sera per il rumore causato da altri ospiti che rientravano in stanza. Poi, nella stanza non c era l'armadio, io e la mia compagna dove mettiamo i vesititi? (C'era solo un attaccapanni). Colazione, lasciamo perdere, meglio non commentare. Mi sono sentito truffato in quanto ho pagato per un servizio non conforme e non ho nemmeno potuto avere il rimborso, neanche parziale, pertanto, se sei un europeo, ti consiglio di cercare un altro tipo di hotel. Cerca un hotel, che se non può offrirti un servizio almeno possa rimborsarti

Do not book here. This is the worst hotel we have ever been to. The rooms are nothing like the pictures. They’re very small and dirty. Our room had mold and bed bugs, we tried to communicate with the staff, however, they didn’t speak English. The manager wasn’t helpful. We were supposed to stay 10 nights, we left early and they refused to give us a refund for the days we weren’t going to stay. They also advertised they had laundry services but when we asked for it they said they didn’t have it. The location is horrible as well. Do not stay here!! I left a review through Google and their reply is added in the pictures. To the manager since I can’t reply to your Google comment: My plans never changed. I stayed in Istanbul that whole time but went to a cleaner and better hotel. The pictures of the room don’t lie and anyone with eyes can see nothing I said is false as it’s backed up with pictures. You can obviously see the disgusting bed bugs and how dirty and moldy your washrooms are. Horrendous experience

Otel temizdi, personel güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. 2 gün kaldık, 2. gün terliklerimizi değiştirmişler, çöpleri almışlar, ilave havlu bırakmışlardı. Sanırım oda temizlenmişti. Teşekkür ederiz.

Great.Hotel Great Va)ue for Money Very Helpful & Professional Staff Rooms very Nice and Clean Bathroom super clean They give one of the most Lavish Breakfast. Which may be Standard in Turkey. But Having Travelled to 52 Countries GLOBALLY & Stayed in ALL Kinde of Hotels I would say its Excellent. Im from USA and i would rcxommend this hotel to All my Americans Friends . Only ONE Thing ..they have to Imprive theor--AC-- Air-conditioning It does Not cool ..Much ..even on Highest settings ! For.People from US & EURP It may become a issue ! Rest Everythung is Awesome .

The rooms are small but adequate for single person there is refrigerator and the beds are ok the tv has good selection of channels especially music the breakfast is adequate but some plates were not fresh especially the tomatoes cucumbers and salads the breakfast room is nice especially at night the surrounding area is not particularly appealing and there is not much to do there is noise from surrounding rooms with people talking loud on the telephone i rate it little better than two star but not quite three star but for someone on a budget that wants a decent nights stay this hotel is a good option

Gece boyu Odalar dan camin önünden bayagi gürültü geldi. Dinlemekte gucluk cektik. Onun disinda fiyata gore iyiydi

İş seyahati için 1 gece konaklama yaptı kaldıgım fiyat bakımından güzel odanın yanında asansör oldugu için gürültü geçti. Personel gayet güleryüzlü idi ben memnun kaldım tavsiye ederim

The staff was phenomenal. Extremely kind, attentive, and timely. Exceeded all expectations. The hotel was nice and had a cozy atmosphere. Many amenities included with your stay which is a plus. The food at the hotel was great and affordable. Overall my experience here was excellent.

Plus it had limited transportation in the area. We had limited options transport wise. The hotel room was small and they charged us too much. The door handle was broken, the bed had bed bugs. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone coming here.

The receptionist Farkhar , was amazing. He was so helpful with everything. I love ❤️ this hotel.

War soweit ein guter Urlaub . Für ein Kurztrip in ordnung dennoch 40 Minuten zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Ce qui m a choqué le plus c’est qu’ils font le ménage selon si on Demande. Très choquant. Pas de bellboy pour porter les valises. Très déçu pour un 4 étoiles. Par contre rien autour c’est très isolé comme quartier.

In a sum the price was ok for the value you got. The main complain is the quality of the breakfast buffet
