Wonderful property with amazing staff. Great breakfast every morning. Perfect view of the Bosphorus from our room. If you’re planning to work a bit, the business center is being used as storage, and WiFi can be spotty. Otherwise zero complaints! Would definitely stay here again.

The Levni is an excellent spot for tourists visiting Istanbul and wanting to be close to the old city and all that it has to offer. Great location to walk everywhere - great for getting your steps every day. The hotel is clean and well maintained and the staff are very helpful. The breakfast buffet has very good food options and is a great way to start the day. The rooftop bar had great views but drinks are pricey (seems to be everywhere in Istanbul) and they don’t have beer on tap as noted on the menu. Standard room sizes are small but again I think this is generally in Istanbul. There are stairs to get to the rooms from the elevators on almost every floor so again be prepared for that or ask for an accessible floor. If you get a room with a bathtub (most are) be prepared to climb into it. Not great for older people. Biggest disappointment - we picked this hotel partly for the pool but it was kept at a freezing cold temp. When we mentioned this to the staff they said it had to be like that to ensure no bacteria in the pool - this seemed like an odd response. They also asked for everyone to have a swimming cap and wanted to sell that to us for €5 each. We ultimately got the shower caps from the room and used them (did all this before realizing how cold the pool was! :)). When we asked to warm up in the sauna they said it would be €12 for each person. We had a few young adults (17-22) that were quite looking forward to the pool but this experience was not great.

Great location to important sights at Istanbul. Very safe, since it is right next to a police headquarters. Staff if very friendly, helpful and welcoming. They give the extra mile to make your stay more comfortable. Rooms are very nice and great for families. Love it the breakfast buffet! Hotel have a rooftop restaurants which offers great views of the Bosphorus and old town. Will definitely stay here is I ever travel back to Istanbul.

at a glance found the hotel was a bit old, but it didn't matter later. In fact restaurant was excellent (both breakfast, lunch and dinner) as well as hamam. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean. a few point to mention: tv not so modern and very few channel for English program. WIFI not pas code protected.

The hotel is within walking distance of Hagia Sofia. It has a reasonable breakfast. There is a terrace restaurant with a beautiful view of the city, but it is expensive. In fact, Istanbul is expensive. Reception staff very attentive and helpful. Comfortable rooms. My complaint is the bathroom has a strange shower. Overall a good hotel at a reasonable price.

L’Hôtel est propre,qualitatif et bien placer 5 a 10min de aya Sofia à pied. Niveau petit dej c’était correct sans plus l’essentiel était la. Concernant la propreté ce n’était pas au top qlq manquement. Et la piscine non chauffé très froide pour un mois de décembre .

Excellent staff who were very helpful especially the guys at the reception lobby. Location was perfect and reasonably close to Hagia Sophia and other tourist attractions. Roof top restaurant was perfect and has amazing views of the bosphorus. Kitchen staff made amazing breakfast especially Erhan’s omelettes. The best turkish baths in Istanbul. An excellent family hotel. Cant wait to visit again

Super Lage, aber der Pool war zu kalt und der Wellness Bereich nicht sehr ansprechend. Klimaanlage hat leider nicht allzu gut gekühlt. Ansonsten aber ein gutes Hotel und völlig ausreichend um Istanbul zu erkunden.

J’ai adoré mon séjour dans cet établissement. Le personnel était très accueillant. La chambre était très propre . Le petit déjeuner était excellent et les personnes qu’y travaillaient étaient très agréables . Merci à Ertan pour sa gentillesse et sa bienveillance . L’hôtel est très bien placé. On peut visiter presque à pied tous les sites touristiques . Je recommande fortement cet hôtel .

Hébergement terrible, les chambres n’étaient pas conformes aux images… j’ai eu une vue sur un mur, la porte de la douche ne se fermais pas, la télévision ne fonctionne pas, il y’avait de la nourriture à côté du lit, la douche était sale et j’en passe! Un hôtel 5 étoiles qui coûte 317$ ne devrait pas avoir tout ces problèmes. Je ne m’attendais pas du tout à cela! J’ai pris des photos en guise de preuve.

Personal muy amable, la calidad del servicio fue muy buena. El único detalle que encontramos es que la limpieza es mejorable, notábamos que no eran muy meticulosos al respecto, pero son cuestiones fácilmente solucionables con un poco más de atención.

I have visited istanbul every year for 5 years and stayed in hotels that state they are 4-5* but this has been the worst hotel in my experience. Had a Blackout 12:40-12:55 - called them and instead of apologising just states says all of Istanbul lights and it’s coming back. Though I can see outside there is light everywhere. Took ten minutes to come back and we were boiling. A&C controlled centrally btw - so you can’t control the temperature yourself. You need to call the reception to do it for you which is ridiculous. Even when calling you have to cal a few times before someone picks up. Shower overhead head doesn’t work The Sink tap only cold water came out - no hot water. Fridge stinks of alcohol couldn’t put any water or my soft drinks in there Loud construction work outside kept waking us up from midnight till 3am for 2 days straight. Cleanliness was 2/10. Found marks on the sink where it was not cleaned when we first moved in. Bina were not cleaned the following day. Marks on the wall, wallpaper ripped, sticky table. I deliberately left a crumbs on the floor to see if it is sweeped- still there. There is Construction work on the side of the building of the hotel so doesn’t look like the pictures. We opted for standard room as only came to visit a few days - they shoved us in the second part of the building that looked like a small attic room - fortunately they changed us to the standard room in the main building which was better.

Most rooms are very small, staff was kind enough to upgrade us after I was ready to go to a different hotel, size is not well described in the booking process. Have in mind that due to the location all hotels are very small in size, location is walkable to all of old downtown. That was very nice. Breakfast was really good and staf was nice.

I stayed with my family for 1 week from 4/2 to 4/9. I have to say that for the first two days we had a little rough time. My mother was with a wheelchair, and the hotel does not have access to cars, you need to be dropped off at several feet away and walk up a steep hill. Also, there was a construction in the building next to the hotel and they work overnight, which was not announced on their website, so for 2 nights I had a hard time sleeping. I complained and I was ready to leave the hotel, but the hotel staff worked it out and upgraded us to a much nicer room on the other side of the building where I was not able to hear the construction. Also, they saw on my ID that was my B-day and treated me with a delicious small cake. That was a very nice gesture from them. The hotel is in a very convenient area, at walking distance to many of the city's attractions, restaurants, shopping, and transportation. The staff was very nice and attentive. Breakfast was delicious and had many options to choose from. In general, we had a nice stay, and I would recommend Levni Hotel and Spa.

Great location. Stayed in king suite which has an amazing view of the bosphourus. The staff were great and very friendly. The room had some issues and needs a bit of updating. There were knobs that didn't work on the jacuzzi, no knob on the shower door. They serve a decent breakfast, but try to upcharge for espresso. The hotel fitness center is lacking majorly for something of this level. Minimal equipment, no ventilation, no disinfectant/water station. The location is perfectly situated to the old town and many attractions. Overall with a little more attention to detail and some upgrades to the hotel they can really elevate the experience

Although the property was nice and the staff was friendly - on arrival I was told the executive room I paid for was not available and I was downgraded without getting a refund. I was told by management I would be refunded the difference between the rooms ( the downgraded room was half the price). We were here for our honeymoon and it kind of left a bad taste. We spoke to expedia regarding this and they tried reaching out to Levni's staff and received no response.

We stayed at the Levni Hotel and Spa for a girls vacation for my sisters 50th. The hotel is in a fantastic location with all the main tourist attractions within walking distance and good metro and tram links to travel further out. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. A special shout out to Ahmad and Nurul who made our stay extra special with all the support they provided with getting to places around Istanbul. Levni hotel provided us with an IstanbulKart to use the public transport system and helped us navigate through the city. We will definitely be coming back to this beautiful city and staying at the Levni Hotel and Spa.

Great location to important sights at Istanbul. Very safe, since it is right next to a police headquarters. Staff if very friendly, helpful and welcoming. They give the extra mile to make your stay more comfortable. Rooms are very nice and great for families. Love it the breakfast buffet! Hotel have a rooftop restaurants which offers great views of the Bosphorus and old town. Will definitely stay here is I ever travel back to Istanbul.

Super hotel with perfect location for visiting all the best sites in Istanbul. 10- 15 min walk to Blue Mosque, Aya Sofia and Grand Bazaar. Easy to find good restaurants nearby. Definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

We stayed for 7 nights it was perfect from the start as a family of 6 they accommodated our requests with the bed arrangements. We had breakfast everyday and the menu and variety was really good. Rooms and beds are just perfect. Location is perfect loads shops and walking distance to trams, ferry and alsorts of restaurants. Will definitely stay again.

The rooftop bar had great views but drinks are pricey (seems to be everywhere in Istanbul) and they don’t have beer on tap as noted on the menu. Standard room sizes are small but again I think this is generally in Istanbul. There are stairs to get to the rooms from the elevators on almost every floor so again be prepared for that or ask for an accessible floor. If you get a room with a bathtub (most are) be prepared to climb into it. Not great for older people. Biggest disappointment - we picked this hotel partly for the pool but it was kept at a freezing cold temp. When we mentioned this to the staff they said it had to be like that to ensure no bacteria in the pool - this seemed like an odd response. They also asked for everyone to have a swimming cap and wanted to sell that to us for €5 each. We ultimately got the shower caps from the room and used them (did all this before realizing how cold the pool was! :)). When we asked to warm up in the sauna they said it would be €12 for each person. We had a few young adults (17-22) that were quite looking forward to the pool but this experience was not great.

at a glance found the hotel was a bit old, but it didn't matter later. In fact restaurant was excellent (both breakfast, lunch and dinner) as well as hamam. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean. a few point to mention: tv not so modern and very few channel for English program. WIFI not pas code protected.

The hotel is within walking distance of Hagia Sofia. It has a reasonable breakfast. There is a terrace restaurant with a beautiful view of the city, but it is expensive. In fact, Istanbul is expensive. Reception staff very attentive and helpful. Comfortable rooms. My complaint is the bathroom has a strange shower. Overall a good hotel at a reasonable price.

Excellent staff who were very helpful especially the guys at the reception lobby. Location was perfect and reasonably close to Hagia Sophia and other tourist attractions. Roof top restaurant was perfect and has amazing views of the bosphorus. Kitchen staff made amazing breakfast especially Erhan’s omelettes. The best turkish baths in Istanbul. An excellent family hotel. Cant wait to visit again

Great location. Stayed in king suite which has an amazing view of the bosphourus. The staff were great and very friendly. The room had some issues and needs a bit of updating. There were knobs that didn't work on the jacuzzi, no knob on the shower door. They serve a decent breakfast, but try to upcharge for espresso. The hotel fitness center is lacking majorly for something of this level. Minimal equipment, no ventilation, no disinfectant/water station. The location is perfectly situated to the old town and many attractions. Overall with a little more attention to detail and some upgrades to the hotel they can really elevate the experience

We had a rocky start and I’m leaving a 5 stars review because Jasmine and Murat and the management at the front desk handled the situation in such a professional manner. The hotel is conveniently located, the spa has great service ask for Yohana for the best Hamam and massage in town. Rooftop has an excellent view of the Bosphorus.
