Overall it’s a decent hotel with a good breakfast. The pool was down for maintenance which was not advertised when I booked through Expedia. It was very disappointing for my children. Fortunately they refunded a small amount for the inconvenience.

The staff was friendly and the room was clean. The beds were very comfortable but the hide away bed was horrible. You could feel the springs of the mattress... which they would poke you. Other than that our stay was nice. P.S. the jets in the spa didn't work and that was a bit of a disappointment

When I checked into my room my bathroom was dirty and the floor looked like it had not been vacuumed whatsoever. I was having a very hard night and was in tears.I didn't want to deal with much so I didn't say anything at night but I told the receptionist in the morning. First thing in the morning I could hear the vacuum.I want to say it was probably Seven o'clock after Not sleeping all night It was the laughing I wanted to hear.

Great location just off the 15 & you got everything you need close by & even a gas station in the same parking lot. Hotel is self was clean & smelling clean friendly evening front deck guy never was around for day time staff. Pool was warm & hottub was hot & opened on the date posted that was nice. Breakfast was really good ! Room was clean & in great condition other than a pee spot on couch for a small dog but otherwise really nice beds were comfortable & that’s in a pet friendly room.ill be back

Hotel is located close to I-15 and Costco . Check in was prompt and staff were friendly, particularly the breakfast crew - very friendly and efficient. Unfortunately that’s about all that is passable about this hotel that is in bad need of a renovation, walls & floors / ceilings are paper thin and all noises are heard on the rooms . All throughout the stay you can hear doors opening , footsteps , talking and traffic . Don’t get me started on the heating unit that is sooo noisy and kept making loud banging sounds through the night . Vehicles from highway can be heard from the rooms . Beds aren’t comfy , no bedding for the sofa bed and not a good sleep for any of our guests . Still searching for a decent value hotel in Montana , this is not the answer . Over priced and not a pleasant stay . The worst , a toenail on the bathroom floor - gross .

I had a very joyous stay for four nights. My bed was so comfortable and the room was perfectly clean. The lady who cooked our breakfast each day was so delicious and perfectly served. The desk agents were also so gracious and helpful. I will definitely stay there again on my next trip.

Staff was friendly, breakfast was good. Room was fairly clean… pull out bed had crumbs in it and there was gum on the ceiling. Otherwise ok. Beds were comfortable. Not the hotel’s fault, but several times during the night there was a drunk woman in the hallway on our floor screaming obscenities at the top of her lungs. It woke me and my family up at least 3 times. I called the front desk and they said they would handle it. We weren’t bothered again. I would stay here again.

Beautiful property even though it's right near to a sewage treatment plant, never had issues with smells of any sort. Bed was very comfortable and my room was clean. The service staff were very professional and courteous. Can definitely say I would stay here again.

Front desk night staff was lukewarm. The sink drain was very clogged. The shower drain had a visible hairball sticking out of it. The lighting in the bathroom was terrible, and there was no fan. The bed made my back sore. On some good notes, the breakfast spread was amazing and they had all the bedding we needed for the couch bed already in the room. The room was very quiet and clean.

Front desk staff was wonderful! Facilities and room were immaculate. Only complaint was a weird hum through the headboard which made it difficult to sleep in room 116. Other than that I would’ve given it 5 stars over and over.

The staff was great, however there is very little insulation and you can hear every little noise from outside to inside. We we're on the 2nd floor. If you want to sleep, not recommend.

This hotel was just minutes from many dining options and only 7-10 minutes from old downtown Helena and the capitol, parks, and the Cathedral of Saint Helena. Our suite was large and comfortable with a pullout couch/lounging area, which was greatly appreciated on our 5 night stay. The staff was helpful and polite, eagerly gathering extra pillows and shampoos/conditioners. The free breakfast was surprisingly varied and tasty including: biscuits & gravy, eggs/omelets, bacon/sausage, a selection of yogurts and cereals, muffins & breads, juices & cocoa, oatmeal, and fresh waffles. Our only complaints were minor: weak WiFi that continually dropped and a non-functioning hot tub.

The night before My reservations the hotel charge me for the first night of both my rooms and then when I checked out they charged me for two nights for both rooms. I only stayed two nights but they charged me for three nights for two rooms and when I asked them about it and told them that I was negative because they charged me way too much The manager on duty was so brazen and cold. Didn't even care that I had small children and get back to Billings

We were a half hour earlier than check in and we were immediately greeted by the rudest woman we have ever had to endure. She didn’t even ask our names to see who we were, instead she dismissed us and said she had nothing available and probably wouldn’t even at checkin time. She kept brushing us off with a swish of her hand when I asked for a manager. We left because nobody deserves that sort of treatment. We called several times to talk with a manager and she said they had no manager. At checkin time we again attempted to get checked in and she refused, said she had nothing available and would not have anything for us for hours. We are trying to get a full refund but she immediately denied our claim.

My husband and I came into town for a funeral. I called ahead to see if we could check in early to get ready before the service. The man I spoke with was incredibly kind and accommodating. I will definitely stay here every time I'm in town now. The customer service was exceptional, the rooms were clean and quiet, and the location was great. They didn't charge for parking, and the lot was nice. There's a convenient station within walking distance.

It took over 10 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to check us in. Not sure how long the lady in front of us waited. The room was ok, not great for what we were charged. Breakfast was horrible. Some kind of powder eggs that looked corn meal or something. Decided to have cereal instead but they had no milk. Everyone else had the same idea, so lots of wasted cereal in the garbage. I would not stay here again

I waited about 15 mins before anyone showed up at the front desk to check us in. The bathroom fan didn’t work, a lightbulb in the bathroom was out and we only had 2 bath towels for 3 people in the bathroom. The elevator was dirty as well.

This was an excellent Comfort Inn. Not all are created equally. The reviews and pictures interested me and the price sold me on booking this hotel for a last minute getaway. Other popular hotels with similar reviews were priced a good deal higher. The room was clean, AC worked well, beds were comfy and the bathroom was just was we needed. Breakfast was very good and even going a half hour before breakfast ends, there was still plenty of food. My kids enjoyed the pool. Would definitely book again.

The rooms and pool were great. Only complaint is breakfast. They close at 9 and the man running it was practically breathing down my neck because he was so anxious to close. I was there before 9 and trying to make some breakfast for my kids who weren’t ready to come down and he made it very uncomfortable.
