The hotel is old but relatively clean. No elevator and the staff that checked me in smirked when I asked if there was an elevator and he said no stairs. The stairs were old and creaky and I’m in my 60’s. If I did not have my younger daughter with me I would not have been able to bring my things up those stairs. If you have any mobility issues ask for the first floor when booking a room.

We loved to location of the property because it was close to different restaurants, and stores. The staff was friendly, and helpful. The property had ample parking. The only downside was that the breakfast was lackluster. We would definitely recommend.

Rating: ⭐⭐ (2/5) I stayed at the Eastbrook Inn in Lancaster, PA. The staff was friendly and the price was affordable, which I appreciated. However, the cleanliness of the room was very disappointing. The breakfast was not good, and the worst part was that my wife got bed bug bites from the mattress, leaving her with skin irritation. Because of this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel despite the good attention from the staff.

We arrived to find a used tooth flosser and drink rings on the nightstand that were not cleaned. Additionally the refrigerator was also not cleaned out from the previous customer. The gentleman was at the front desk was quite pleasant. We were trying to save some money by going with this facility over more brand named chains but will not do that again.

The breakfast is adequate (just cereal, toast, bagels, English muffins, juice coffee and tea) but ended too early 8:30! On a 4-day stay the toasters were not fully operational even though the staff knew it. This lack of attention to detail means we won't be back.

If all you're looking for is a clean room at a reasonable price, this was fine. The staff was friendly and helpful. BUT... the "breakfast included" was cold cereal and bagels, so we had to go out to get a decent breakfast and spent nearly another $40. The wooden floor overhead creaked with every movement of the occupants, walls were thin and loud "guests" in the next room let every shout through, the wall mounted lamp near the bed flopped and USB didn't work. The shower faucet was loud, that is after we fiddled with it and finally got it to deliver water at all.

I always stay here when I come to Lancaster. Decent room for the price, good location and close to my event and trip home. Management always friendly and helpful and they immediately handle any issues you may have. Very nice postcard perfect view out back and worth it for that, too.

We had a problem getting the television to work, within 30 minutes it was fixed. Seems it was only a loose connection. The gentleman who came to the room to fix it was very friendly and took care of the problem very quickly.

When I visit Lancaster for a day excursion, I stay overnight at Eastbrook Inn. It is close to the shopping outlets and priced reasonably for my budget. Upon arrival, the front desk was very polite and welcoming and accommodated my request for a first-floor room. The only challenge I encountered was the guest over top of my room were noisy and heavy foot walking made it a little difficult to sleep. But you have to take into consideration, the walls are paper thin, Inn needs remodeling, and its a 2 1/2-star hotel.

The staff was great. This is a no frills motel and not a hotel. Continental breakfast meant. Some packaged bagels and English muffins. Cheerios and froated minnie wheats cereal. Thats all. Coffee was good though. It is conveniently located to the theaters and Millers smorgasbord. This is why we chose to stay here. It was ok for 1 night. I wouldnt want to stay longer. I would prefer 1 step up at least.
