I thought a lot of the amenities being offered could of been addressed like their vending machine could of at least been repaired at a reasonable amount of time where it was still out of order when I checked out and the TV had a pixel deficiency where there was a vertical line through the picture of the screen on the Tv about a foot from the right side viewing of the screen. And the carpet could use to be replaced where it has seen better days or at least steam clean it. Other then that, I like the location to the store by the WaWa to get supplies for my stay there and at the beginning of the week the price is reasonable for the stay there. And best if all, glad to see the Continental Breakfast is a real plus from my previous experience being under the Econo Lodge..

The lobby was under major renovation. The inside of the property inside was beyond dirty. Dust and debris all the way to the rooms. It did not at all look welcoming or like the photo online or was there a mention of renovations taking place. By far one lf my worst stays in lancaster. I couldn’t tell the guest from the staff. And check in was a table in front of a make shift office that was a room.

There was mold in the shower, musty smell in the hallway, there was a water leak and they turned off the water for half the day and vending machines were broken. The staff were super nice though

The 2 ladies on staff were very nice & helpful. On the downside except for an ice machine, a vending machine & 24 hr coffee available there were no amenities at this place. The shower fixture was weird also. There were instructions on it but we still had to get the staff to show us how to change from hot to cold water.

The hotel was comfortable in the room, despite renovations. Didn’t realize it didn’t have a pool. Convenient to Dutch Wonderland. No elevator…..might stay again without kids.

The staff was friendly. The property is rundown and tired. The property is located on a very busy highway and the windows are not soundproof. The doors in the hallways slammed, the semitrucks and cars were breaking or picking up speed at the light right outside the hotel. While $175 is not a lot for a room per night, I felt that it was overpriced for the quality and location of the room and the hotel. The electronic key card had to be reprogrammed each day at the front desk. I would not recommend staying here.

Normal check-in area is under renovation, so check-in is at a table, outside a room, coving half the hallway. Rooms are nice and comfortable, but shower only worked halfway. Water temp was very hot and could not turn it down.

This hotel was one of the worst I’ve experienced. For over, no elevator, that was an issue because we had someone with a wheelchair and there weren’t any rooms on the 1st floor. Secondly, there was a heavily stained and dirty chair in the room and the room had such a bad odor, the front desk person came to spray air freshener for us. The carpet in the hallways were dirty, I couldn’t stay the entire weekend. I checked out next morning.

Looks like they are trying to upgrade the rooms. The first area they should do is the hallway on first floor leading to the rooms. The carpet is very dirty looking. Good for an overnight stay while passing through.

Don’t know where to begin. Pictures show a great looking hotel. Main reason I picked this location. Upon entry you are greeted by the smell of cigarettes in the lobby attempting to be masked by Febreze. The stairwell smelled like straight cigarettes and dirt was visible on the walls and the carpet as well. Upon entry to the room you are greeted by a musty smell again masked by spray. The bed sheets were dirty. Yes, literal dirt on the bedsheets. The bathroom was dirty, dirty mirror, dirty floor & the shower was also dirty with stains on the tile and floor. Asked for new bedsheets and was given a new set, which was also dirty. The business claims to be smoke free but the neighboring room had cigarette smoke flowing through into ours. The neighbor even smoked marijuana while in the room and that seeped into ours. So much for smoke free as the entire building smells like cigarettes. The only nice part about our stay here was the parking lot since it was never full. Twice we put on the do not disturb on the door and twice it was removed but not once did house keeping enter and clean the room. Also very welcoming of unsecured back door to the hotel which any of the homeless that were walking the area could easily come into the building. Beware, no refunds given by this business. No fault to Expedia as they just lost what’s given to them. Definitely not staying here in the future. Save yourself some money and go up the street to something cheaper.

Bed was very comfortable, room was spacious, ac worked good, floors were dirty and not swept or mopped it seemed. Rain like shower head was heavy sided. Stairs and Hallway carpet was extremely dirty with pieces of papers and whatever all over. Parking lot was littered with garbage but being right on Rt 30 is understandable to an extent. Staff was polite and well mannered.

This hotel was VERY dirty! We booked at a different hotel down the street which turned out to be absolutely horrendous so being late and last minute we went to the Econo lodge. First upon entering the hotel smells/dirty. Once in our room 113 I right away noticed it was clean there were hairs on the bathroom floor, the paint job is pretty bad, cracks in the paint, looked for bed bugs and there were blood spots on the skirting of the box spring and when sliding the bed out the floor was disgusting. I called down to the office to let them know we seen a bed bug and there were spots that we planned to leave he offered a room upstairs but it was more disgusting than the first. We decided to leave after he was pretty rude trying to say they’ve never had bed bugs but previous reviews indicate otherwise. He said the nasty stuff on the floor was from their mopping solution and slid the bed back over it. We left they won’t refund the 180 we paid for two nights but being out 180 is a lot better than 50000 trying to fight bed bugs so I’ll take my loss. I would NOT recommend! So after driving 10 hours from Michigan we are now heading to a different city in hopes we can find a hotel to book at 2:30am!

This hotel reeked of cigarette smoke. The shower nozzles were broken so only scalding hot water poured out of the shower. The floors were clearly damaged and there was black mold on the floor underneath the ac unit.

This hotel was very conveniently situated. The beds were comfy and the room had everything we needed. The bathroom sink was a little awkward ...raised on the counter so there was no room for anything. Other than that we were happy with our stay and the price was very good.

I've stayed there before and every time the shower head doesn't work properly and I am unable to get cooler water. I do not like extremely hot water. The complimentary bottles of shampoo and lotion, looked as though they were used and there was a towel that was dirty shoved in the back. This time the TV did not work so I had to use my phone for entertainment. They are still working on remodeling, but I'm not sure what is being worked in. The window at the end of the 2nd floor was open. The temp outside was below freezing. The beds are comfortable. I do like that they have early check-in, 2pm. I will stay there again because of that.

Beds made terrible noises in springs. Very minimal breakfast with no seating. Very unfriendly cleaning man. Desk very cordial lady. Nice room otherwise. Desk lamp inoperable.

Stayed here a total of a month. At first staff was great, after the 3rd week they were rude. They have free breakfast but told us we were limited on what we could have. If we didn’t go down and tell them we wanted our room clean they didn’t do regardless of the sign not being on the door. Overall poor cleanliness. It’s not that I wouldn’t suggest this place I just would be ware you get what you pay for. This is run by stingy people who want to do the bare minimum and will cut corners.

The staff was really friendly and the room was really clean, except for the cloth chair in the room. The ice machine was nasty so didn’t use any ice. Beyond those two things though the place was great.

This property is in transition from good to remodeled. They could not have been more accommodating for our Granddaughter in a wheelchair. They put all three rooms on the first floor! Alicia at the front desk was just wonderful, hard working problem solver. Cheerful and very competent.

Stayed with the family; the room was lovely - clean, comfortable, well equipped, nice bathroom. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great! The hotel was recently rebranded and is clearly going through a transformation. The most impactful change they could make next is to rip out the 90s bowling alley carpet in the hallway and replace it with the lovely tile in the lobby; the hallway carpet smells of cigarette smoke from the past. Otherwise, the hotel is lovely.

Management was rude, unfriendly and uncaring. Floors were sticky, TV remote was even sticky. The shower was broken. He did not respect my ADA rights to have a service dog in the breakfast room. I have reported this to the ADA. This practice makes you liable for citations.

Very disappointed at the cleanliness of the the room, chair in the room is very dingy & dirty, shower was not so clean, we were just upset that while the photos online looked like the room, it was definitely edited to appear much nicer. Online it says complimentary breakfast & there is no breakfast. We have things scheduled for morning so now we couldn't grab something & go. Definitely will not refer nor come back.

Stayed with the family; the room was lovely - clean, comfortable, well equipped, nice bathroom. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great!
