The first day was okay but the 2nd day they closed the pool and hot tub. Said it needed to be cleaned. Looked fine to me and it doesn’t take over a day to clean it. No discount for the loss of the pool and hot tub. I only stay at places that have these. Lots of places have them in Lincoln City. Lost us as future customers.

Neighborhood is not great. Rooms face parking lots on either side which is a little noisy. The staff was nice and the breakfast was good but the pool area was a little gross. Also it was advertised as having a "gym" with a treadmill and elliptical. It actually has a very small room with 1 treadmill and 1 low quality bike, no elliptical as stated, and the treadmill was broken. Very disappointing if a gym is important to you, for those of who like to stay on our fitness routine. Ice machine was also broken. It's not the worst place but for the price a little disappointing.

Heated pool is in a sepearte building, so you have to walk outside. The pool was chilly to everyone we saw, and it does get quite busy. There arent enough chairs around it. A shelf running the length would br helpful for belongings. But, its a big pool, hot tub and sauna. They have breakfast in the mornings. It was good, well staffed and clean. Had an ocean view room, so no AC but the weather was perfect and they provided a fan-thank you! We can't wait to stay here again

Upon our 1st minute in the room, we noticed a rubber band (small) that was for someone's braces on the bathroom counter. Hair in shower, lint on couch and smelled smokey. The grounds also dirty and breakfast was terrible.

My unit or room was unbelievably dusty. This place has drapes and when trying to work them you could see a cloud of dust. Everything in the room was dusty as well including art, tables and lighting. I wish I could upload photos. Overall a decent place but someone needs to educate staff on dusting

The price was definitely right and allowed me as a single mom to get away to the coast on a weekend with my daughter for a night. Overall the hotel was clean and the breakfast had adequate choices. However, there was water damage and a few mold spots on the ceiling of the shower in my room. The pool area definitely needs a facelift. Front dest staff were very responsive and understanding of these issues, so I would consider staying again if these issues were fixed.

The pool and hot tub were hazy water. The breakfast was mediocre at best. The sleeper sofa mattress was stained and littered with crumbs. The staff was accommodating and friendly though. Cute little place for a few days. Check in was easy and staff was friendly. Free breakfast was good. Things to know: there is no room service during your stay so bring extra trash bags. We booked the family suite, which was great but there was so much food and trash under the beds/couch. Could use a more thorough clean. Keep an eye on young kiddos finding snacks under furniture. Walls/floors are very thin so you can hear everything around/above you. Bring a sound machine. City view rooms are right up against the parking lot and the street lights shine very bright into the room. The blinds in the room aren’t the best, so I used a hair clip to hold them shut. Our tv/dvd player in the living room did not work. Someone came and looked at it and said they would send someone to fix it, but that never happened. The room key stopped working twice. Pool/hot tub were clean and well maintained. Location was great and close to beach access and lots of food options. Overall, a good stay with just a few quirks. It was nice for our family with 3 young kids.

Staff is always very kind. The rooms are always very clean. The only bad things were sauna wasn't working and hot tub had stopped working. The breakfast is pretty good. Have stayed there a few times while out at the coast would stay there again but will call ahead to make everything is working before we go.

Large spacious clean rooms. We had 3 groups staying here on the same night and we were all very happy with our rooms. Updated, clean, spacious. The staff here was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast in the morning is much better than bagels and coffee that can be fairly standard. You can walk to the beach from the hotel; passing under/through one of the other hotels on the way. Beautiful view.

Room was very nice with an ocean view. We book last minute and we're able to get a very nice room for the night. Also, the Indian place right up the road was outstanding. My only negative feedback is that the mattress is older and needs replacing. It's very stiff and lumpy. Not a huge deal for a night. The sheets and blankets were nice, though.

Nice lighting for doing makeup, beautiful view, good layout. I was on 2nd floor and when anyone was in room above on 3rd floor, extremely loud and shaking the walls. Sound proofing isn’t great if you're trying to rest. Otherwise awesome for the price, late adult swim pool hours, pets allowed in some rooms. Next time I will ask for 3rd floor balcony at the end of hall.

Decent property- rooms could use an update- King bed was pretty broken down on one side. Gas fireplace was nice, and the view was nice, as you could see the ocean from afar. Price was reasonable. I would stay here again

The bed was super uncomfortable. It would squeak anytime you moved. There was no AC in the room. There was a sad little fan. It was terribly loud. You could hear all the other people staying there. I will not be coming back.

We will be back here for sure. The staff was amazing and the rooms very nice. The pool, breakfast, and free movie rentals were bonusus. They also have a lil snack shop in which we got ice cream treats. Close to everything and the beach.

Guy working front desk didn't know what he was doing. Took over 40 minutes to check in with only 1 family in front of me when we got there. Then tried to charge me twice for the room. Manager fixed the problem.

Chris our hotel clerk was amazing! He surprised me by leaving a Finders Keepers Glass Ball on my bed with a sweet note that said “Happy Mother’s Day” from Wecoma! I was so excited I almost cried!

Front desk lady worker acted put out when checking in and kids running and stomping in the halls and adjoining room no way to contact front desk phone didn't wirk went down to notify the young guy at the desk but he seemed unconcerned and continued I had to use my own phone to call and complain again about the kids no one answered the phone had to leave a voice mail would not suggest staying here unless you like noise and bad attitude front desk help.

Front desk morning clerk very unfriendly. Also when booking online was never told about a $ 50 holding fee upfront at check in. So totally taken off guard about that never having experienced that before with any hotel I've stayed at. And after check out later that afternoon I saw the $50 was still not returned. I called and the clerk said room passed inspection and cleaned, but it would take 3 or 4 days to get my holding fee back which she didn't tell us when I returned key. She again was rude on phone and even hung up on me. The evening clerk was much nicer. But I would definitely replace the day shift clerk. She acted like it was a chore to answer questions along with not even a welcome when we arrived. She took her time to even come out of a back room. Not a good first impression of this hotel. We will never stay there again because of her.

We have stayed here many times and have always enjoyed it. We have always found the staff very helpful and welcoming. The walk to the beach is easy and has many cute houses and gardens to look at along the way.

The property is pretty clean. The pool is pretty clean although the pool water is quite warm, it would have been very nice and cozy in the fall/winter, but I thought it might be kind of hot for swimming. The bed was nice and firm, I slept pretty well. Love the shampoo and lotion, not the cheap stuff. The lotion is white tea and honey, I actually want to order some. Breakfast is like an upgraded Continental, not as extensive as a typical buffet breakfast but still have hot sausages, scrambled eggs,gravy and biscuits. Staff did a good job.

The front desk staff was great, and the pool and hot tub were relaxing. The free breakfast was disgusting and the same thing all four days of our stay. No fresh fruit or pastries and only plain oatmeal. The coffee was decent atleast.

The staff was nice. The room was older but okay . It was a basic roombut clean. The breakfast was not very good. Very limited options ( just plain bagels, no pastries or bread) and no fresh fruit. The flies in the breakfast area wasn't good as well.

Overall clean hotel nice staff. Went on weekend that all rooms where booked and hitel full the down sode is breakfast startes at 8am-10am by 8:45 they where out of alot of there breakfast items. Milk, creamer, yogurts, alot of stuff. Ppl where complaining and upset at the staff but the staff but we know it comes down to the owner approving them to go get milk and other stuff at the store. Staff just apologized not being able to do anything else. Thats why i gave it 3 stars. I picked the hotel due to location and breakfast which is on there' signage and my kids couldnt eat breakfast as they didn't have anything they would eat.
