We had a great time here. The staff is what shines. They go out of their way to help visitors out. We would definitely stay here again. Centralized to town. A great spot for those of us that don't need a Four seasons to have a great time on the coast.

My reservation is as not honored, downgraded with no price reduction. Dirty bathtub and no coffee pots in the room. There is not breakfast.

Only moderately maintained: pool and spa closed for repairs (sign very old, been there awhile), fitness center closed for repair (again, sign had been there for awhile), only ice machine in the basement working. Breakfast room closed with only coffee-muffins available in the lobby. Faucet in room 407 partially broken from the sink, Tub and sink both with hair and stains in them. Toilet looked uncleaned.
