The hotels staff was amazing. The only issue was the hot tub was the reason I booked the hotel. The filter was broke and on back order, which didn’t allow me to really enjoy the hot tub because there was a lot of sand looking dirt. The breakfast Was great. The only thing I had to do was clean the orange juice, apple juice machine because it were hanging around so Once I cleaned it the nets went away. The bananas were also attraction fruit flies. The front desk was amazing!

This resort was filthy and the sheets had stains I am not sure why but there were a lot of us staying there and we all had filthy rooms. Does not look like anyone cleaned the hotel room before we checked in. They actually made one of my family members clean and change their own sheets. Horrible.

Appeared as though the room was not cleaned. There was hair and dirt all over the bathroom and shower. Towels, blanket, and floor were covered in stains. And to top if off there was urine on the toilet seat. However, staff was very pleasant.

The staff is always more than accommodating, the property to conveniently located close to the freeway and there are multiple dining and shopping options available within walking distance. The staff were very friendly, but my stay didnt go at all as planned. From the time i arrived to time i left, the internet did not work. Ontop of that my room had a messed up shower that wouldn't fully switch from faucet to shower head, and all the warmer water was coming out of the bottom. I also checked in at around the same of serveral groups of teenager's there for a sporting event, so my stay was anything but quiet. I could hear them through the floor hollering and running throughout the floor above me.

The Hotel is decent. The staff were very friendly. The rooms are comfortable, but I think it’s time for the mattresses to be upgraded. We still got a comfortable sleep despite the mattress. The shower head in our room also needs an upgrade; the water flow was not that strong. Breakfast was ok. It’s not a bad place to stay if you’re passing through for a couple of days.

The property was very clean! We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite which was very spacious. The hotel is in a great location. There are several dining options, seat down and fast food. Tanger outlet shopping is a few minutes away. We stayed here rather than in Athens for a volleyball tournament at the Classic Center and it was the easiest drive to get to downtown Athens! It was well worth staying here and driving in for the tournament rather than paying other rates for hotels “in town.” Highly recommend and will stay here again.

The loudest hotel room I have ever stayed in. Was a terrible night due to extreme traffic noise in room 302. Would not recommend this whole exit due to this. Wish I had stayed at another location. Hotel was nice but they need proper noise reducing windows if one wants to actually sleep on that side of the hotel.
