There was a roll off bin in the parking lot so guess they were remodeling some rooms. Furniture is worn, and bed wasn't very comfortable, pillow were too firm. Staff was friendly at check in, so no issue with anything there. Overall just a tired property, and seemed overpriced for what you expected.

Parking was a little tight in the lot. Also there could be a tad more lighting inside the room as I have a hard time doing my makeup if the room is not well lit due to poor eyesight. Just a suggestion for people who can’t see good like me. Overall the property was very clean and the staff was friendly and professional!

The hotel was very nicely renovated and very clean. Thr staff were all very friendly and helpful. The pool was well maintained. The only thing that bothered me (and it didn't bother me much), was that the eggs and sausage were cold and the warmers didn't seem to be maintaining the temp to keep them warm. Its a small thing and will not stop me from recommending this hotel.

Very nice place to go to. I stayed in the accessibility room it was very nice and very acessible. The pool was nice but unfortunately couldn't get in because the pool chair was not working. The ice machine was down and no one care to fix it. Breakfast was very slim choices. Very clean place. Beds were very comfortable. Beds are not easible to getbsomeone in a wheel chair in due to the height. Very nice receptionist. Very close places to go eat at. Unfortunately you can't cook in the rooms. You have to cook outside in a certain area. Only cooking in the room allowed is in the microwave. Overall it was a good stay not perfect.

This is a clean, basic, no-frills location. We normally don’t like our room doors to the outside but it works here with parking right outside your room door. This is convenient for our stay.

Good area. Accessible to highways, shopping, restaurant, gas stations. There are a few restaurants that open 24 hrs. Good facility overall, nice and clean. Daily room service. One exception is that swimming pool is shutdown during my stay. Maybe, updates needed to inform.

Stayed for four nights. Property has been renovated but there is one little office chair to sit on in the room. Huge spaces with nothing. The two of us in the room could not each sit in a chair to talk to each other. Had to go buy a cheap camping chair. Also nighttime room filled with smell of weed. Was an unusually hot weekend. Called front desk and they told me that’s what you can expect if you have your air conditioning on. Not we will ask folks to smoke it away from the building….nope my issue as I wanted to have cool air. What a joke. Arrived back at room late evening and housekeeping hadn’t even gotten to us yet. No clean towels, garbage not emptied etc. this was a terrible experience. Stay far away folks.

The property was very clean, safe and secure. The staff were very efficient and patient with everyone checking in. I really loved the breakfast that was offered, as well as the convenience of being close to shops and restaurants. Overall, it was a great experience with staying at this property.

Staff was nice. Lobby pretty. Room needed work. Bathroom looked new. Very small. No grab bars, towel rack or even a hook to hold towel or robe. There were spiders and a few creepy bugs crawling around. Smoke detector continuously beeped on two different nights. Battery supposedly changed but started up again next night. Will not stay there again. Not sure about staying at any other Quality Inns.

Front desk was super sweet and accommodating. Fast check, bed was amazing, clean clean clean, I’ve just recently started staying at Quality Inn my last few trips and I’m definitely going to continue using them. Always great service at all of them.

The hotel was super clean. The lobby, breakfast area, and room were spotless. The bed was very comfy and the front desk staff were helpful. Great proximity to Athens, and about an hour 15 minutes to Atlanta.

Recently updated. Had a room/suite with two king beds and a sofa bed with another sofa, and two TVs. LOTS of room for 4 people!! Everything was clean. Breakfast was ok, but nothing special. One night stop-over. Overall a good stay.

We were in the "family suite" upstairs for 3 nights. There were pros and cons to this. Pros=large with 2 king beds, 2 sofas, 2 tvs, a fridge/microwave, & desk/chair. The beds were also very comfortable. Cons=awkward set up of the suite, the desk is in a corner where all you look at is the wall. It would be better to set it near the window. The tv in the "bedroom" is in the corner of the room and we got cricks in our necks watching it. The curtains on both windows showed a LOT of light all around the edges. There was no plastic shower curtain to prevent leaking on the floor.

Pros: clean, modern rooms. Comfortable mattress Cons: pillows are terrible, and the AC unit is so loud that it was impossible to sleep. The unit could have been broken and needs to be serviced. The breakfast was not an option as the eating area is being renovated - that could have been advertised ahead of time.

Nice hotel. Hits are the hotel is recently remodeled and the rooms are well appointed clean and quiet. Water gets hot and even the bathroom shines. The hotel seems to be in a nice and safe area. Misses are the bed was pretty firm and the pillows are tiny and not fluffy. The breakfast was ok; the pre-frozen egg and cheese "omelettes" were dry and kind of chewy however the sausage was good and other items on the buffet were good. Service was fast and friendly as well. Would definitely stay here agAin

The facility was clean. No frills. Quiet Room. Breakfast was nothing special. By 8AM no eggs or other item in hot plates. No refills. Only white bread. Cleaning & support staff friendly. Desk staff not very social. Lobby smelled of a disinfectant that was over powering.

There were some initial issues with the reservation, but the manager corrected it and me and my family had a great stay! It had a central location near restsurants and shops, which is ideal when you find yourself in Northern Georgia!

Just needed a place for a quick stop while traveling and didn't want to break the bank. Price was excellent and the property is not bad. The room has been renovated for the most part. Could use a few more touches. Staff is super friendly! The smoke detector battery was low in our room. They immediately came and changed out at midnight. The shower is the best we've ever had in a motel. The shower head was up high, was nice and hot and was powerful! We would definitely stay here again if passing through!

Coffee Mate is available, but no real/natural half and half. The vending machine was out of water and the tap water tasted chlorinated. The room was clean and staff was pleasant. The Quality Inn, Commerce, GA, was conveniently located on my travel route. I just needed clean, relatively safe accommodations for one night on the road and this hotel was certainly adequate for that. The cost for one night's stay was very reasonable. I didn't use the pool or other available amenities. Breakfast is included in the rate, but the selections were minimal. There is a Cr*cker B*rrel restaurant directly across the street for meals - if that's your jam. Other well-known chain restaurants are located within walking distance. There is also an outlet shopping center nearby. (Note: There aren't any sidewalks connecting these places.)

Good area. Accessible to highways, shopping, restaurant, gas stations. There are a few restaurants that open 24 hrs. Good facility overall, nice and clean. Daily room service. One exception is that swimming pool is shutdown during my stay. Maybe, updates needed to inform.

The hotel was super clean. The lobby, breakfast area, and room were spotless. The bed was very comfy and the front desk staff were helpful. Great proximity to Athens, and about an hour 15 minutes to Atlanta.

We just stayed for one night. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. The AC worked great. The pillows were kind of small but otherwise it was a very enjoyable stay. I was impressed with the breakfast as normally continental breakfast is grab and go but they had a waffle machine and cereal.

The hotel was very nicely renovated and very clean. Thr staff were all very friendly and helpful. The pool was well maintained. The only thing that bothered me (and it didn't bother me much), was that the eggs and sausage were cold and the warmers didn't seem to be maintaining the temp to keep them warm. Its a small thing and will not stop me from recommending this hotel.

Experience was good. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Office chair in room went back a little too much and was not adjustable. Cable TV was sufficient. Continental breakfast was adequate with choices ranging from instant oatmeal, yogurt, coffee machine, juice machine, waffle maker, cereal, apples, sausage patties, and muffins. I am limited with what I can eat but it is adequate. Wifi worked well. Shower/bath was clean and provided hot water. Location is within distance of Road Atlanta, Athens, and other great places. The stay was okay, but when we got to the hotel, there was a renovation at the moment at the Lobby. When I asked “how about the breakfast in the morning”, she replies that “Can’t help about that since we are renovating. I told her that nothing was said on the site and if we get a voucher or discount since this is why we took this hotel. “No, there’s nothing I can do about that”. Oh, well. I would call first before booking and find out if they are still on Lobby Renovation, if interested in staying and eating breakfast.

It was a nice stay. Our room was clean and smelt clean (double bed room) The property is quiet for being so close to 85/banks crossing. I had my 7 month old baby with me and the staff just loved her and were extremely sweet. Coffee in the lobby till 11 pm which is wonderful for parents like me because I need it at random times. They offered me a different room for convenience with my baby (also very sweet of them) The parking lot is pretty secluded, so it was really nice to let my other daughter just play a little bit outside without having to go anywhere. The parking lot and sidewalks were extremely clean and tidy. We will definitely stay again and recommend. Good price too for what you get. I think the only con I have is no meat option at breakfast. BUT they do have a waffle maker. I also recommend Koji Hibachi right down the street from them as well if you’re looking for a good eat.

Nice hotel. Hits are the hotel is recently remodeled and the rooms are well appointed clean and quiet. Water gets hot and even the bathroom shines. The hotel seems to be in a nice and safe area. Misses are the bed was pretty firm and the pillows are tiny and not fluffy. The breakfast was ok; the pre-frozen egg and cheese "omelettes" were dry and kind of chewy however the sausage was good and other items on the buffet were good. Service was fast and friendly as well. Would definitely stay here agAin

The bathroom was very clean and shower was awesome. The room was clean but it was so damp. The whole room was wet. My clothes were wet after being in there. I tried Turing the air up, down and off . Nothing helped. Room 108. The floor was even wet. Could not sleep well at all.

Very easy check in. Room was very clean and had a lot of towels to start off with. I only stayed one night just to pass through on I85. It's a cheap room with a comfortable bed, neat bathroom, with free parking. Didn't take advantage of the breakfast though
