It was quiet ! Safe ! It was easy to get to, great parking, nuce room ! Comfy bed. So many places to eat all right in a mile, like 24 places! Go to hot wings down the road a great local small restaurant. Gas right there. Flea markets 20 min away. Dog friendly too !!!! A great stay!

Property in great shape. Staff wonderful. Mattresses good quality so we slept well. But you could hear everything going on outside your door like people were standing in the room with you and it was 43 degrees when we arrived and no one thought to at least turn the heat on in the room before we arrived. Other than that everything was good.

The office was closed and after ringing the bell several times and no answers we had to sit outside because our key stopped working. I waited over an hour and went back to the office. Rang the bell and STILL NO SERVICE. The shower was DIRTY and had hair on the wall from previous guests. I have pictures to show the closed empty office at 06:30am. And forget the free coffee. The machine is in several pieces.

Upon arrival went to restroom and the toilet wouldn’t flush, they did fix it. It was a lot of blonde hair on the shower back wall. We got in late from our event I didn’t bother to complain about much because it was already late I was traveling with kids. Towels were limited thankful I packed own. When it rained the tv went out as well.

Pretty gross. All of the comforters had stains on them. One of them had cigarette ash burns and this was in a non-smoking room. Expectedly, it did smell heavily of cigarette smoke. Trash was left all over the room. There was no shampoo or conditioner on the property. One of their awesome staff brought me shampoo so I'd have something. The light in the bathroom didn't work. There was no service on the tv.

We were surprised of how nice and clean this hotel was for our two night stay. However if you are elderly and need a walk-in shower, be sure to request that because the tub is extremely slippery! We ended up putting the bath mat inside the tub and it worked out fine but just a heads up it's a slip risk!

Over the course of my 3 night stay (i only stayed 2) i had to get 3 diffrent rooms. First room they gave me was trashed. Beds were stripped and one was pulled away from the wall. Plus trash. Second room the ac sounded like a food processor and was super loud. Plus the shower leaked through the wall and caused water to constantly be on the floor. Finally the third room was good but the bed was super uncomfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful but yeah that olace was pretty bad.

When you arrive they tell you that you have to pay a ridiculous CASH only deposit even if you’ve already paid for the room online. When I asked what if I don’t have an extra $xxx (not allowed to include amount in this review) she said then I can cancel your reservation. She put it in an envelope and the next morning gave it right back without checking the room or anything. Not sure the point of that!

**Beware** I booked this hotel for a business trip because it was the cheapest around.i went to check in and lady at the desk ask for a $100 deposit. That’s fine. Whipped out company card. She then said it has to be cash. Hell no!! Had to go to the Holiday Inn next door fortunately they had a room available

We had pre-booked this motel for a stop on a cross country move with 6 dogs& 2 cats. When we arrived, the motel was completely closed due to an upstairs fire. Obviously unavoidable, but they had online reservations through the main reservation line and no email or call was made to let us know. When we called the customer service line they literally said well what did you want us to do about it. Completely unapologetic & didn't offer to help find a different location.

Convenient to freeway and restaurants. Room was large but only plugs available were on lights over the bed so we couldn’t recharge overnight. No plug in bathroom to dry hair. Guy outside blowing 6’ trie type horn until about 10. Of course it was a Friday night.
