Fantastic location just off Pearl. We were able to park and check in early which was great as Pearl St is very popular and parking can be tough. We were welcomed by Alden who was so sweet and showed us where the all day coffee/tea service was, the free sparkling and flat waters were and to our room, #8. Two double beds in a very spacious room and nice bath. Great windows and the curtains were able to block out the morning light. We overlooked the parking lot, no balcony- which we didn’t expect. They have a Happy Hour service from 5-6 where you get a glass of wine or beer with a very generous cheese and hummus plate- very nice snack but the fire in the lobby. It is a quiet inn despite being right off Pearl, so we slept well! Comfy beds, Tx, magnifying mirror, hair dryer , very nice clean towels, and wonderful smelling toiletries. The weekend brunch was huge and homemade and filling! Sausage veggie wuiche, chocolate pecan bread, hard boiled eggs, fruit, build your own oatmeal bowl, bagels, cream cheese, lox, peanut butter, almond butter, jams, juice and more. We thoroughly enjoyed our 1 night stay at thd Bradly and highly recommend! As mentioned by others, the parking spaces are tight, but we had a small car and had no problem! Stay here!! Such a perfect location. Well worth the money!!

The Bradley Boulder Inn was a fabulous place to stay for our first visit to Boulder, CO. It is located in the heart of the downtown area, walkable to EVERYTHING...restaurants, boutique shops, Patagonia, and lots of other outdoor related shops. The Bradley is clean and welcoming. Morning breakfasts, tea/coffee service all day and evening wine...makes the stay quite enjoyable and friendly. The downstairs gathering area has ample comfortable seating, a large cozy fireplace which had a lovely fire during our chilly stay, high-end wooden puzzles, games, and a quiet library area. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and high-end linens. The Innkeeper and his staff are welcoming and very accommodating! We highly recommend The Bradley!

The inn is located very close to the Pearl St. shopping area which if full of fun shops and a wide variety of places to eat and drink. All the staff were very friendly, helpful and polite. We would love to return in the winter as the inn has a fireplace in the common area downstairs as did our room.

Staff was very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Could not beat the location! We were moving our daughter in for her freshman year and we had the best of everything. It was easy for us to come and go with our car for shopping excursions and move-in day. It was also easy for us to park the car at the end of day and walk to everything else... and maybe a Lime scooter ride or two. The wine happy hour in the evening was also great, very relaxing. Would love to stay there again.

The Inn is very welcoming. Parking on-site, door code worked fine and the room was very nice. There was even a wooden kitty on the bed! How did they know I love kitties?? Breakfast was very good.

Great location and very comfortable stay. The breakfast was outstanding. Parking lot is tight, but there is free parking on the street at night until 9am. The staff was very accommodating and allowed me to make coffee earlier than the dining room was open for breakfast.

This is a lovely, well-cared for 2nd home for travelers. We were warmly welcomed and everyone was friendly. A couple of the guests were repeat customers, and we will be as well. It is a 1/2 bock from Pearl Street with many restaurants, coffee shops and boutiques. The rooms are nicely decorated, well stocked and housekeeping was very good. The breakfasts and nightly cookies are amazing! They should publish a cookbook so you can enjoy their creations after you leave!

Our stay at the Boulder Inn could not have been better. The bed was comfortable. The room was quiet. Everything was clean and tidy. The breakfast served was substantial, and the proprietor was very friendly. Perfect in every way. Highly recommended!

It a great location just off the Pearl St Mall. The staff where lovely. Breakfast was a simple buffet but had everything we needed. The hotel was spotlessly clean with loads of open space. Our room had a small balcony and an open fire. Very cosy! I would book this hotel again

The location of the inn is 10+ & the home is quite nice but we were highly disappointed in just about everything else. Our room was what you would see at an old LaQuinta or the like. I travel for a living and am in 40+plus hotels each year and this was such a let down. Our room had a full trash can of Mucinex boxes and tissues and the nightstand which was chipped and stained was disheveled. We thought we walked into someone else's room at first! The bathroom was clean but everything is old and the counters are chipped and needing regrouting. Thankfully we slept okay as the pillows and mattress were not bad. When we first walked in we were greeted by a half eaten mini muffin on the food counter where snacks are set out for guests. That's it! We went to dinner & got back to the inn just before 9pm to grab a cup of tea and enjoy the cozy Great Room and the hot water was gone so that was not an option. The tea choices are not even as varied as a Hampton Inn so another let down. The breakfast was lovely looking at first glance so I grabbed the yummy fresh fruit and a cup of coffee then went back up to the room to get ready for the day. We came down to eat at 9:45 (breakfast ends at 10) and both quiche were ice cold and warmer was off. The muffins were back on the counter in abundance but were not tasty. What an overall disappointment and waste of $300. This was a birthday gift to my adult daughter and supposed to be a special night at a quaint high end inn. Terrible choice sadly

Beautiful Inn in a terrific location. The atmosphere was wonderful and the service was top notch. The building itself is old so air conditioning is an add on and ran a bit noisy. But I would definitely stay again.

The location of the inn is 10+ & the home is quite nice but we were highly disappointed in just about everything else. Our room was what you would see at an old LaQuinta or the like. I travel for a living and am in 40+plus hotels each year and this was such a let down. Our room had a full trash can of Mucinex boxes and tissues and the nightstand which was chipped and stained was disheveled. We thought we walked into someone else's room at first! The bathroom was clean but everything is old and the counters are chipped and needing regrouting. Thankfully we slept okay as the pillows and mattress were not bad. When we first walked in we were greeted by a half eaten mini muffin on the food counter where snacks are set out for guests. That's it! We went to dinner & got back to the inn just before 9pm to grab a cup of tea and enjoy the cozy Great Room and the hot water was gone so that was not an option. The tea choices are not even as varied as a Hampton Inn so another let down. The breakfast was lovely looking at first glance so I grabbed the yummy fresh fruit and a cup of coffee then went back up to the room to get ready for the day. We came down to eat at 9:45 (breakfast ends at 10) and both quiche were ice cold and warmer was off. The muffins were back on the counter in abundance but were not tasty. What an overall disappointment and waste of $300. This was a birthday gift to my adult daughter and supposed to be a special night at a quaint high end inn. Terrible choice sadly

Beautiful Inn in a terrific location. The atmosphere was wonderful and the service was top notch. The building itself is old so air conditioning is an add on and ran a bit noisy. But I would definitely stay again.

When ww arrived the innkeeper told us he people staying in room befire us stayed later. So they could not clean for us. Gave us another room but not a toom with a fireplace. This is why I picked the Bradley. Wehad a very special occation to celebrate and this put a sadness in my heart when we arrived and were told this..

Staff was very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Could not beat the location! We were moving our daughter in for her freshman year and we had the best of everything. It was easy for us to come and go with our car for shopping excursions and move-in day. It was also easy for us to park the car at the end of day and walk to everything else... and maybe a Lime scooter ride or two. The wine happy hour in the evening was also great, very relaxing. Would love to stay there again.

I was very disappointed with my recent stay at The Bradley Inn. On the first night, I was in the common area with family and overheard a loud, unprofessional conversation between staff( Elizabeth) and another individual—filled with inappropriate language and clearly audible to us nearby. It was uncomfortable and not what I’d expect from a boutique property. More importantly, after checking out, I realized I had left my North Face rain jacket in the room. I immediately called, texted, and left multiple messages—but never received a single response. I was more than willing to pay for shipping, but no one even bothered to follow up or check on the item. The lack of basic courtesy or effort felt careless and dismissive. For a place that markets itself as high-end, the service was extremely poor. Sadly, I’ve had better experiences at chain hotels. I won’t be staying here again.

Fantastic location just off Pearl. We were able to park and check in early which was great as Pearl St is very popular and parking can be tough. We were welcomed by Alden who was so sweet and showed us where the all day coffee/tea service was, the free sparkling and flat waters were and to our room, #8. Two double beds in a very spacious room and nice bath. Great windows and the curtains were able to block out the morning light. We overlooked the parking lot, no balcony- which we didn’t expect. They have a Happy Hour service from 5-6 where you get a glass of wine or beer with a very generous cheese and hummus plate- very nice snack but the fire in the lobby. It is a quiet inn despite being right off Pearl, so we slept well! Comfy beds, Tx, magnifying mirror, hair dryer , very nice clean towels, and wonderful smelling toiletries. The weekend brunch was huge and homemade and filling! Sausage veggie wuiche, chocolate pecan bread, hard boiled eggs, fruit, build your own oatmeal bowl, bagels, cream cheese, lox, peanut butter, almond butter, jams, juice and more. We thoroughly enjoyed our 1 night stay at thd Bradly and highly recommend! As mentioned by others, the parking spaces are tight, but we had a small car and had no problem! Stay here!! Such a perfect location. Well worth the money!!

We were staying in town for night and Bradley The owner is very helpful and giving us information on hiking trail and where to eat. The breakfast in the morning was beyond expectations. Absolutely delicious. The end was very warm and inviting would highly recommend.

Great location and very comfortable stay. The breakfast was outstanding. Parking lot is tight, but there is free parking on the street at night until 9am. The staff was very accommodating and allowed me to make coffee earlier than the dining room was open for breakfast.

Wonderful stay at the Bradley! We loved the quiet, historic bed and breakfast. The room was clean and quiet with blackout curtains and the bed was comfortable. Furnishings were old but adequate. Parking was available on site and it was wonderful to walk to the shops and restaurants on nearby Pearl Street. Breakfast was adequate but we decided to go out for a few during our stay to have made to order eggs and variety. Loved the chocolate chip cookies and the pre dinner wine, beer and small appetizers. Close drive to nearby parks and hiking trails. Will stay again.
