Was decent. Our room had a fireplace! Great ambiance. Too bad it didn’t work. This is a really old building that is trying to keep up. Staff were friendly and room was clean. Parking was 10/10. Continental breakfast was as expected except no butter for toast.

To start off with the property would not take payment over the phone to allow my wife to check in as I had not flown in yet. Once we checked in the room looked nothing like the pictures we booked. The balcony door would not open. The TV didn't work and there was no heat in the hallway. The hotel also failed to advise us ahead of time that the elevator had been broken for a week so me and my disabled wife had to climb four flights of stairs

Good location with good restaurants within walking distance. Parking was included in the cost. Property is old, though, and needs lots of repairs. Light in bathroom was broken. Tub needed some repair. Elevator wasn't working. Bathroom curtain looked extremely cheap and tacky.

We stayed for 2 nights. Sunday to Tues. Facilities were clean in the room but not so much in the corridors. The carpets were cleaned instead of replaced so there's a strong unpleasant odor and no AC in the corridor. AC in the room was perfect. The white bedding was clean but dated (starting to yellow). Bed was very comfortable. The curtains need to be replaced as they didn't close properly.The beach is a 3 minute drive same for all the restaurants and shopping malls. Parking was free. Overall we had a good 2 night stay. It was quiet.

The registration was absolutely fantastic simply quick to do online made it simple quick when arriving at motel Staff were very pleasant The dining area on the fourth level spicy wok was absolutely wonderful very very friendly staff and excellent service dined there twice food was amazing recommend this restaurant will attend next time in North Bay

The sheets were dirty with many stains and a funky smell. The shower had dirt stains and stuff in every corner. The bedside tables were covered in dust. The carpet in the room was stuffy and dirty as well. The fridge had hair. Spiderweb covered the whole balcony. Front desk was pleasant but the bell hop or maintenance was not. They did not greet us when we arrived. Instead they stayed on their phones. The breakfast selection was limited and poorly maintained. This place needs a serious deep clean inside and out.

The room was still dirty with stains on the sheets and towels. There was hair left in the bathtub, and the tub had a few stains. The paint was peeling off the roof in the bathroom. The walls were also very dented. My room was also beside the security room, and every time they did their round,s they would slam the door and wake me up.

The rooms carpet could definitely benefit by having a professional carpet clean done. The paint was chipping in a lot of areas on the wall. The window sill needed to be cleaned as there was a lot of grime buildup. The tub had quite a bit of calcium build up that wasn’t properly cleaned, all the towels had stains on them.

Only one ice machine on 4th floor, broken. I’ve available if you asked at front desk. Advertise free wifi but it was t working for the 9 nights I was there. Staff very friendly and supportive. Facility run down. Halls, rooms, etc in desperate need of repair and upgrade.

This hotel is definitely dated and it appears that they have tried to cover up older designs and areas with quick fix things (bathtub was definitely a tub over tub with shower walls that were bulging). Room was extremely small and finding an outlet to charge my phone was extremely difficult. Our room had multiple power bars just to run the lights. TV, etc…. The cleaner must have long black hair because it was everywhere……. The front desk was helpful and accommodating. Our pull out sofa bed was broken and a rollaway bed was brought in replacement very quickly, only problem was that having the rollaway bed in the room it basically blocked access to the bathroom. Breakfast was cereal, toast or waffles - not super impressed with the breakfast!

Unfortunately this will be my last stay at this location I\'ve stayed here multiple times for the king suite however this location is falling apart, the jacuzzi tub was dirty to the point i had to bring my own cleaning supplies to clean the tub, the shower is full of mold and is just nasty, the room is out dated, its 2024 buy smart tv\'s no one watches cable tv anymore and for a king suite we had to ask for extra towels was only given two, and there was one really thin "comforter" on a king size bed, which was not comfy or worth the cost at all. you really need to spend some money on upgrading this location and having friendlier staff. We will not be returning. which is too bad because at one point was my favorite place to stay.

Overall, I didn’t like my stay. Maybe I just got the worst room there, I don't know. So, I got room 404, it was 4th floor, and you basically feel like you stay in the backroom of Chinese restaurant. Yes, there's one on that particular floor (!!), hence all the smells - mostly bed smells - from the kitchen are in the hallway up to your room. In the room, which already need some repairs, there were a smell of mold and some moisture, as well as some old smoking. The door to the room looked like somebody tried to break in one day: some paint was missing and door had some scratches. The bed was OK, though, no complaints. But the smells... well... that ruined everything for me. Breakfast was OK. They have a waffle maker:-)

Scam they come up with something to avoid giving back the deposit. They tried telling me that the debit machine wasn’t working and couldn’t return my deposit, I returned later on and the next worker told me that the machine was working the entire time

When I arrived at the hotel I entered the lobby to find no staff at the front desk just after 3:00 pm which is check in time. I waited about ten minutes and then was treated like I was interrupting when someone appeared. The property has fallen into disrepair.....i used to be a regular guest. The breakfast room was scantly stocked and absolutely no staff were around at all. Sad.

The reception staff were inconsistent. Appears that the female staff were better informed and more professional. The male check-out employee was not well trained and questioned me on my payment and did not let me leave until he checked the room. *I felt embarrassed and insulted by his treatment. I have never been held back on check out in over 40 years of travel worldwide. Very disappointed with this treatment

2-night stay while visiting family. Friendly staff and easy check-in. Location right downtown was convenient, but few amenities in area. Hotel in general is dated and in desperate need of upgrading but room was fair condition with comfortable beds. For a place to sleep overnight, it fit our needs.

The hotel staff were excellent snd helpful However my husband had reaction to the food in the breakfast room He had a bowl of cereal and one boiled egg He said the egg tasted off and only ate a bit of it By 7:00 pm saturday he was in great pain and had explosive diarrhea every 90 minutes I would suggest that the eggs be changed more often than weekly

I am giving two stars to this hotel because of the location and the friendliness of the front staff. It was close to the lake and some landmarks, including the Boat restaurant and farmers market. Otherwise, it is a run down motel - the carpet smelt funny on our floor, and there were cobwebs on the windows everywhere. The most ridiculous thing was the supposedly "continental breakfast". What you get is cereal , toasts, boiled eggs, cream cheese, jams, some fruits. No cold cuts, no fried eggs, no chesses, no bacon.

The tv didn't have the channels on the guide. Desk clerk came up and gave us an updated list. Still wrong. Breakfast wasn't as expected. We expected warm eggs and there was only cold boiled eggs. Not appetizing

You can tell it’s an older hotel. The room was OK not the cleanest I’ve ever seen, but you can see that they are trying. The bed was so hard and uncomfortable. Unfortunately, I did not get a good night sleep. The breakfast was good. A good variety some protein some cold some warm items very close to drive to Walmart.
