Comfortable beds, nice spacious room. The pictures show a hot tub by the pool but that has been filled in. Housekeeping did not come to our room the second day even though we took the do not disturb sign down. Had to request the linens for the pull out couch bed. The front desk staff were very friendly

My stay at this hotel was the worst when I got there upon arrival I found out that the pool was not able to be access due to the hotel being under renovations. Then I went to my room and my room had a smell and the guy at the front desk advised me that there was very limitations to the rooms because the Ovations that was going on the hotel so I knew it was going to be no reason for me to attempt to try to get a different room. I dealt with that then the next morning at 8 o’clock in the morning even though check out at this hotel is at 12 PM EST I was awaken by consistent loud banging so this hotel decided that it’s good to have renovations occur seven days a week even on a Sunday morning when you’re just trying to sleep in to say, I am disappointed in this hotel to say I am disgusted by this hotel is not even the words I want to use. I am pissed that I even decided to stay there. I am annoyed at the fact that I had to endure such nonsense. They should have closed the hotel altogether if they’re gonna be doing renovations and they shouldn’t be doing renovation work on the weekends when people probably want to sleep in , and then when I called the front desk, they didn’t care that I was awaken early in the morning. I will never stay at this hotel ever again.

The property is under renovation, so expect to walk through a construction site to get to your room. (We peeked in at the renovated rooms and they look very nice.) We have stayed here four times in the last two years. Staff are friendly and efficient. Easy check in, quiet, plenty of parking, nice pool area. A good place to stay with kids.

This hotel was great! It was clean and convenient. I felt very safe within the surrounding area. There is a lot of great restaurants to eat at. My only complaint is they advertise a jacuzzi in the pool area; It’s no longer there. It’s been covered up for years.

The breakfast wasn’t as nice as the springhill suites in east Rutherford. Also, the pool is not heated in the off-season, but the hotel is very nice and comfortable and good location for business trips.

Newly renovated, this is a great place to stay, to visit Princeton and the surrounds. The 1 bedroom suites are ideal for privacy and if you're sharing. Breakfast great, staff very friendly, laundry, pool, gym and new outdoor grill.

My room which overlooked the front drive of the hotel did not have the net curtains, the black-out curtain was broken and this meant i could not keep the black-out open for fear of being seen by others. My bedsheets was not charged at all during my my 4 nights stay (arrived Friday ' check out Tuesday) despite my asking for room service twice. It is concerning that room service does not extend to changing the sheets or hovering the floor and as much ss i have enjoyed staying in this hotel over the years, I am unlikely to return this time around. The front desk and catering staff were however fantastic, as usual, but that does not make up for the lack of standards in housekeeping.

While laying in bed I found bedbugs on my pillow. Reported it to the front desk and they moved us to a new room. That’s it’s… when I showed the front desk the video of the bed bug on the pillow they just said “ew… sorry about that.” When we got to the new room I flipped the mattresses over and checked every crack and crevice I could to see if that room was infested too. I didn’t find anything in that room but that didn’t really give me peace of mind… my family and I could barely sleep, any little thing had us thinking it was a bed bug. I was previously in pest control for 18 years so knowing how bed bugs operate and what they can do to a home in a small amount of time left me on edge all night. We left the hotel extremely early in the morning. Couldn’t spend 1 more minute than we had to at that point.

I checked in and thought the room was amazing as I inspected the room my refrigerator had hair in it my dresser draw had hair which turn my smile into a frown cleaness is a big thing with me house keeping have to be very aware of everything my refrigerator had a funny smell thank goodness I had my cleaning supplies

The check-in staff was great. The bed was not comfortable. The mattress seem too thin over all the cleaning list was not great. There was debris in my bathtub. My television did not work the entire day. There were no remotes in the room I called the front desk for the remote to the televisions.The staff tried to make the remote work for the television, but it did not work, and there was no resolution.

The refrigerator in the unit was extremely loud and it also rattled. The HVAC was also very loud and rattled. I sleep with a fan, but the noise from the HVAC was clunky . . . not good white noise. The noise from both made it impossible to relax. I had to unplug the refrigerator so I could relax and sleep.

We chose this hotel for the suites. Traveling with a toddler, having a separate bedroom is a luxury so the adults can stay up later than the toddler’s bedtime. However, the ac/heating unit was noisy enough to frighten the toddler when it kicked on, and it felt like cold air even when set to 72F, and the bedroom vent blew directly onto one of the beds. AND THE BEDS! The worst night sleep I have ever experienced on a hotel mattress. My husband and I were both in pain the next morning and had a 4 hour drive ahead of us.

It was a nice room. And great to have an actual kitchen for our stay. Free hot breakfast was very good! The only issue we had was the walls are thin. We could hear the conversation of our neighbors who fought day and night! It was hard to sleep or relax as we feared that something would happen in that room and affect us.

Our room was overrun with ants. They got into our cooler and even our laundry basket overnight. We mentioned this to the front desk who said they couldn’t compensate us because we booked through Expedia and they had to reach out. When Expedia reached out they were either unresponsive or denied the request.

Had a reserved room. At check in they could not find a room for me. As I was in a hurry to keep a dinner appointment I was quite mad. When the clerk called what I believed to be a manager in to help, they communicated in a different language so I did not understand what was exactly going on. Manager left and the clerk kept repeating he was sorry and it wasn't my fault. I knew it wasn't my fault - I had the reservation in my hand! Ten minutes later he had to go back and find the manager and the two of them did the exact same thing! I said I wanted to cancel the room but lo and behold they found me a room. Internet did not work. Never again.

The staff was amazing and helpful, I can not get over it. We had a hotel in Philadelphia Hilton garden in, we went to Halloween nights at eastern penitentiary and after that we went to hotel to relax, we had to park in a garages as the hotel doesn’t have parking, we went to the hotel and got completely ignored, the female Clerxk at the desk was talking to her coworker not to us, we were exhousted and were planing to visit phila and new hope, I asked her is anything wrong? Yes we don’t have room for you- excuse me what?!! It was overbooked you have no room, the only hotel which has rooms is days in. Ok great, we got our family and left. We still had to pay for parking. Because the parking attended who was on FaceTime with a naked women, told us that we stayed 16 min, and it’s over the allowed time of 10min. We decided to stay closed to Princeton and new hope and it brought us to that hotel. First when I walked in and found out there is no room with 2 queen I made reservation for, I thought I will cry, but that the receptionist made adjustment and accommodated all of us. We had a great night sleep and nice breakfast!!!! Thank you guys for understanding!!!!!!

We booked two rooms. The heat in our first room did not work, and we spent a very cold night. They could not fix the issue the next day, and we had to switch to a different room. The second room we had booked had an awful "fishy" smell to it. At breakfast, we asked a staff person who was managing the breakfast what type of meat was the sausage as it was unlabeled. She mistakenly told us it was beef, and my kids at some of it before someone else correctly identified it as pork which is against our religion. In general, the breakfasts should have non-pork meat options and clearly label what the meat is to avoid such errors. Our rooms ran out of toilet paper, and we had to go downstairs multiple times to get a roll as one of the rooms only had a half roll left in it. I do not recall staying at a hotel which didn't have extra rolls of toilet paper in the room - particularly a suite meant for 6 people. The staff was friendly and polite, but the hotel needs some serious attention.

Extremely clean. No issues. Staff was AMAZING. They were very cheerful: we asked them at separate times for: extra blankets for pull out couch, extra pillows, lysol wipes, asked about pizza place close by, booking a new room, and then to rectify an extremely loud TV at 1am. They did it all with politeness and a smile. We would def stay there again as we plan to visit every other month while visiting our college daughter.

The apartment was huge, more than expected. The area around the hotel is boring. No restaurant. Bad public transportation. To go to Princeton, you must take a taxi or you must call Uber.

We liked the suite, with two queen beds and a pull-out couch. The kitchen was good & stocked all the essentials. The shower was okay, although you basically had to get sprayed with cold water before it turned warm, even while standing outside it. However, the sheets didn't seem to fit one of the beds, and we had to ask for more pillows and towels. The minimart at the front desk was almost empty the night we arrived. And the breakfast food just wasn't very good, nor was it replenished quickly on a busy morning.

The property had construction everywhere which was fine on the weekend but noisy through the weekdays. Of all my travels to Hilton properties this was the worst breakfast arrangement I have ever experienced. Very basic foods, The portions for the self serve was very small and always scraps. They ran out of eggs many times over. They ran out of the protein, even the bread for the toast. After our second day of this we bought groceries and did our own breakfast. The room itself was very clean and well kept. Everything with the room itself was great. Cleanliness and quality was good and that was the most important.

The hotel was very nice but the breakfast was sub-par. There was no fruit or muffins and they had a hard time keeping the trays filled. Only one kind of yogurt, etc. It was ok but could have been a lot better. On the plus side, the room/suite was spacious and well-appointed, quiet, and they allow pets, which is huge. 4 stars.
