Excellent stay. The Westin is in a safe complex off the main road. There are great restaurants that are within a few minutes walking distance. The property is clean and well maintained. The indoor pool and gym were nice and the breakfast buffet was very good.

The property was lovely and well kept for the most part. Parking was a breeze. Common areas and bathrooms are modern. The indoor and outdoor pool were a nice touch. Bed was comfortable. Huge extra special shout out and acknowledgment to Asad W. (waiter at the Parallel 40 restaurant.) He went above and beyond to serve and take care of me and my family. The food was delicious too! Kudos to the chef! Back to Asad, he deserves something special for his patience and kindness. My daughter was being a bit chatty and he entertained her conversation. The kids menu was really delicious, my children loved it and they are picky eaters. We love you Asad! Also, Reynoldo at the front desk, the process for checkin was smooth and he was attentive. Overall, nice stay for a last minute trip in the area.

Overall, the property is nice and our room was very clean. The indoor pool, however, is seriously in bad shape. Mold everywhere you look, crumbling mortar and tiles, piles of dirt in the corners that seemed to suggest the floor had not been vacuumed in years (not being hyperbolic here)! The kicker, however, was me noticing one of the submersible lights in the pool was not attached to its assembly, and dangling out of the socket by an open wire. Underwater. With kids around swimming. Pretty terrifying. That said, the bartenders were class acts and no real issues to report. Well, maybe one: no channels coming in on the TV. I reported to the front desk, they said they'd send an "engineer" to come up and take a look, and nobody ever showed.

Didn’t like that the pool was down. And I didn’t like how you had to get bags of ice. No ice machines on the floor but the staff were amazing. The food was really good and the room was really cozy and comfortable. I would definitely go back. The place is beautiful.

Our stay at the Westin was absolutely amazing! The rooms and surrounding property was so clean, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. We enjoyed the indoor pool with our granddaughter…such a perfect amenity! We had breakfast on two occasions. The service was excellent and our meals delicious! We will definitely stay there again as it was perfect and close by our family in Princeton.

It was pouring rain and our room's window had significant leaks. We had to use towels to stop the water from dripping to the carpet. We requested to change into a new room, the new room also leaked. We moved to a second new room and it also leaked. There is evidence of significant water damage. The hotel smells like mold and mildew and needs significant repairs and maintenance.

Very nice stay - great bed and nice lobby area in good location. Walls seem a bit thin - the guests were quiet but you could hear flushing toilets, etc in other rooms around us. Room was nice but starting to show some wear. Still, I would recommend it. Front desk staff were great.

Everything was great. Comfortable bed. Super clean. Lots of space. My only complaint is the WiFi was very poor. I couldn’t really do anything online. It would work for a short period of time, but then it would keep disconnecting.

There was a loud portable AC unit outside and it could be heard from our hotel room on the sixth floor. When we called about the noise (we didn’t know what it was), we were offered a room on the other side and given breakfast vouchers for our inconvenience. I was pleasantly surprised and it was greatly appreciated.

I was asked if I wanted to be in a room by the elevator and I said I didn’t care as long as I couldn’t hear the elevator dinging and people coming and going from the elevator. I was then assigned to the room right next to the elevator where all of that happened. Why ask???

Clean rooms. Nice amenities. Only downside is the rooms are really small. And the beds are truly doubles as in fulls. Which I should have paid more attention to when booking. 4 people can’t sleep in 2 fulls. That’s ridiculous for a Westin. Mattress comfy. But won’t ever book a Marriott without making sure it’s 2 queens again.

On-site bar and breakfast was good, and service was truly amazing in so many ways: --at one point the latch on our door locked on its own after we left the room. I let the front desk know, and the front desk person walked up to our room and waited with us for the engineer, who showed up in less than 5 minutes and fixed it. They also gave us complimentary snacks to apologize for inconvenience. Honestly could not have handled it better. --at one point we asked to use a microwave, so they DELIVERED one to our room for us to use. Awesome. --We asked for a late check out. They said fine until 4 pm. I've never gotten a late check out that late at any hotel, and I've stay at quite a few. --in general, all staff, including the servers in the restaurant were incredibly courteous and helpful in every way. Every request we had, big or small, was catered to right away and with a smile.

Staff from Jason who checked us in to the very talented bar tender to the awesome servers at breakfast could not have been more accommodating. Hotel is very clean and many dining options within walking distance for dinner. I’d give it more than 5 stars if I could. If you book this hotel remember to book another hotel too at the same time. They will deny the room you booked any time without any care. Front desk lies and when you catch them they will blame it on third party in this case Expedia. If you ask for any service, answer will be coming in 5 min even if it’s the toilet blocked and family members waiting to use it. Their 5 min can be any number of hours. Then you keep on calling they will not pick up. I checked in with one disable person and a kid a 9:30pm, all were very tired and front desk denied the type of room I booked and gave me one room with one bed. First blamed me for it then blamed Expedia. When asked for manager put me on hold for some time and then provided me with email to send concerns. When I asked for next morning to meet manager, answer was they are not sure, as they to check manager’s schedule for it he have time to meet hotel guest with concerns. I will never ever book Westin hotel and will never let me family and friends to book it. I checked in at 9:30pm and checked out in 2.5 hrs. They never cared or even bothered to see that a guest is leaving in middle of night with a disable person and a kid. I am not sure how should I say that these type of people works in hospitality business.

The staff was friendly. I especially liked the woman server at breakfast (Turkish lady) and the food was really nice. Renaldo at the front desk was very helpful when we had problems with our TV. Large, open spaces in entryway are very welcoming.

We had a very nice stay at the Westin, Princeton for a family weekend. There were a few items that I noticed needed attention….an issue with a small leak (that stopped) with our mini fridge in the room and the sheer curtain had a rip in it. That being said, it was not a big deal and did not affect our experience at all. The hotel is lovely and had many nice public spaces. The fitness center was thoughtfully appointed. The restaurant and bar were very good, with fast and friendly service. The staff were outstanding! From the front desk, restaurant/bar and housekeeping we were so very pleased with the level of friendly service and competence of the staff! I would definitely recommend this hotel and will come again! Thank you.

What a lovely property! Although the shopping area around the hotel appears to be dying, our stay at the Westin was ideal. It had plenty of comfortable, discreet seating areas inside and out. The indoor/outdoor pool was very enjoyable. The only limitation are moderate dining options within walking distance.

My experience during check-in could have been more straightforward had there been clearer communication regarding the pool facilities. I was informed that both the indoor and outdoor pools were inoperable, which influenced my decision to book this hotel, as I was looking forward to enjoying both options. After spending 33 minutes searching for another hotel that could accommodate me, I learned from another staff member that only the outdoor pool was unavailable. However the indoor pool was dirty and I did not get in. The following two days both pool were much cleaner. My view of the fountain would have been nice if the window were clean. It seems like the room could really benefit from some cosmetic updates, especially with the visible cracks in the bathroom ceiling and door. The limited TV channels were a bit disappointing, especially with no options for updated TV or streaming services. Still, I found moments of enjoyment during my stay. Peace and quiet. The bed was comfortable, and the abundance of soft pillows made a difference. Breakfast was hot and delicious! I also appreciated having a nice bar area to watch TV, along with various lounge spaces that allowed for a change of scenery. It was lovely to take day and night walks around the village, too. Overall, while there were some issues, there were also many positives to take away from the experience.

The “Village” was a ghost town on a Sunday, including lots of empty storefronts, but pleasant to stroll around. Staff were great. We didn’t like needing to call front desk for ice. Our room was missing tv remote but staff responded promptly with a remote when we called. Overall a very nice property. We enjoyed dinner in the restaurant (other local options were closed) very pleasantly surprised with quality and value.

I honestly wish I could get a refund from my stay. I was very shocked at my experience and expected it to be way better. When I first arrived I was told the incidental was $75 even though the website states $50 (I know it goes back to your card but it’s the principle.). Checked in went to our room and the door was already open (I’m thinking maybe housekeeping just forgot to close it.). I then proceed with my night we leave the hotel for a few hours get back and the door was open again (we made sure it was shut we tried opening it before we left and it was fully locked.). I ignore it just brush it off go to sleep. The morning we wake up expecting to go down and at least get complimentary coffee and we became disappointed when there wasn’t anything complimentary (normally hotels have complimentary coffee at least.). So we go back to our room and make the coffee that’s in there (which everyone knows is never great.). Come to find out the creamers in the room are expire it’s all curdled to the top of the coffee cup. I smelt the last two and they where spoiled!!!! So gross not a good morning at all!!! Then proceed to take stuff out to the car to leave and go back to the room and THE DOOR WAS OPEN!! Again!!! Very disappointed for a “higher end” hotel.

Booked a last minute stay due to a family member in the nearby hospital. Very nice room in a quiet corner and breakfast was included. Slept great as the bed was a better one than we have at home. Very comfortable. Sunday breakfast buffet was mediocre but the regular menu on Monday and Tuesday was excellent. Try the blueberry pancakes, trust me. Nice bar to unwind after long days at the hospital. Ruth Chris steakhouse across the parking lot was a bonus treat one night for dinner. Plenty of dining options nearby. Will return again.

I ordered “take-out” from the restaurant. It was one of the absolute best meals I’d had in a long time. (Salmon, quinoa, Brussels sprouts, and house chips) Everything was hot and tasted amazing. My compliments to the chef!
