You can't beat the location for walkability. A couple blocks to shops/resturants/entertainment either way you walk out the front door. Big box also right across the street include Dick's and Macy's. Nov 2025 parking is a hot mess FYI.

Parking should be included I do not agree with paying $25 a day They are no walkable paths between the building and the parking lot. Guests have to go through and step on the garden

Biggest issue was parking. Lot was so full by 8:00pm that we had to park at the mall across the street and cross the street to the hotel in the dark. Daily parking fee was refunded. Also had issues with hot water.

The hotel was great and the staff was wonderful!! But we had to call for the robes in the room and enough towels for me and my daughter. I didn’t like the gym/fitness center it was too small and people were way to close together in there. I felt that could have been bigger. There was also no water, the water thing was out of water. Bottled water should have been provided. The only other thing was the information about the hotel on the TV said the pool outside was heated. It was not. That upset my daughter. We would stay there again though because of the staff being so wonderful and the location is great!

Great place to stay. Comfortable beds and located on the edge of the Domain. The only item I didn't like, was the advertisement says "Free on-site Parking". That is false. They charge $24 a night to park on-site. You can park for free on the street or at a nearby parking garage and walk.

The hotel is nice as expected. The staff was great and my suite was very nice. The pool is in bad need of re-plastering and the cool decking is cracked and pieces are all over the place. This is dangerous for kids and older guests. I mentioned it to the front desk twice and you could tell they had heard it many times from guests. Too bad the owners won't fix it.

Great stay. I clean because you just never know,but everything was clean except the side of the toilet which had bot been clean. That's my only complaint. Parking is self parking for$24. There is Macy's cross the street...but you might get towed. I didn't chance it 😕.... lol It rained, so no pool... but i had a great relaxing stay.

The service was terrible. We needed towels and called twice to the front desk and they said they were on the way. Towels were never delivered after an hour and a half we gave up and found housekeeping ourselves. Sheets on the bed were stained. Counter in the bathroom was also stained and looked dirty.

My experience at this hotel at least this time wasn’t good. The towels were dirty, which I believe was either due to them not being changed or the need for new towels altogether. Upon entering the room, I noticed a strong humidity odor, suggesting something might have been wet and left unattended. I kindly ask that this issue be addressed. Additionally, I woke up with a rash on my skin, which raises concerns about whether the bed sheets are being properly changed between guests. Overall, I did not have a good experience, and I hope this was just an isolated incident. Please improve the cleaning standards, as the location is excellent. Based on my experience, I cannot consider this a 4-star hotel. I hope these issues are resolved for future guests. Location: Great

Classy, clean, updated. Great location!! Swimming pool was great, resort type feeling. Everyone super nice. Elevators fast and clean. Room was bright and quiet. Love it!

We have been staying at Westin hotels consistently for the last year. They are always above and beyond in all aspects. This location is no exception. Amazing room with an amazing view. We had a little difficulty getting room temp where we wanted the first night but to be fair we had just come in from Dallas in triple digit heat so I will blame Mother Nature and not Westin.

A couple bad things were the thermostat did not work all night and it got too warm in the room. The sink did not drain properly and the shower wand did not work at all. I wish they offered two types of pillows. The ones they had were about two feet thick. Killer on my neck so did not use a pillow at all.

Everything was great except, the room air conditioning unit would only go down to 65*F. We sleep at 60*F at our home because I am menopausal with hot flashes when I am trying to sleep. I wish the temperature control could be free for paying customers to lower the temperature control to make them comfortable enough to be able to sleep!

The room was very comfortable. Walls are a little thin. Young lady at the front desk was great! She was very friendly and helpful making our check-in quick and seamless. Food at the hotel was good and aesthetically pleasing. Parking was very convenient. No issues connecting to wifi for a zoom meeting.

I had a paid reservation for one bedroom with two queen beds. I checked in late and was informed that the hotel did not have a two double queen bedroom available anymore, but they could put me on a one king bed bedroom. This would not be a problem if we were not three adults that could not fit in one king bed. They offered me then two rooms with a king bed each, but I had to pay for the second one knowing that it was not my fault that they oversold. The manager offered me a discounted price for the second room and a couple of vouchers for breakfast and drinks. I am very disappointed with the whole situation and the way it was handled by the manager. All she could say was that she was very sorry, that there were another 10 people in the same situation, but I still had to pay for the second room. Unacceptable!

Sensed some passive agression from the gentleman who checked me in. I presented my ID upon request and the gentleman did not notice, and then asked me curtly for my ID as if I did not hear him and offered no apology when he realized that he was in error. Also made me guess which card I had on file with the hotel? No big deal over all, but checking into a hotel should not have to be turned into an episode of Curb Your Enthusiasm. Very needlessly awkward check in.

Terrible experience. Someone entered the room with a key while my wife was bathing my son. The person who checked us in duplicated the room. They made us change rooms, and we had to take my son out to the lobby in a towel.

I’ve never stayed in a hotel with more accommodating and friendly staff. Doug at the pool, was patient, helpful and always smiling, Ethan at the bar, mixed up some delicious cocktails and helped with our toddler granddaughter, Kevin at the front desk, informative and efficient, and then, Tammy in the restaurant, was helpful and prompt. Also… the bed… amazing. I slept so well. If I ever have to go back to Austin, I’m staying here!

Wonderful one night stay for business travel. Comfortable bed & bedding. Quiet room. Easy to access the internet. Tammy, the server at breakfast this morning was just so kind and attentive. I highly recommend this Westin.

The staff was really friendly and made checking in and checking out quick and easy. The room was clean and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The Domain is a large residential area with an outdoor shopping mall and lots of restaurants which puts plenty of options within walking distance.

We like the walking distance to domain shops and many restaurants, we don’t like the lack of safety, for example, you don’t need room key to use the elevator. We got someone knock our door at 3am, and we weren’t sure why, whether it was a prank or someone knocked at wrong door. The swimming pool water is very cold while the air temperature is 80s.

I stayed here for my birthday and chose it bc it had a spa and also boasted a golf cart to take you around the shops. When I checked in they told me the spa was broken and also there was no water for the entire hotel meaning I couldn’t wash my hands or even go to the bathroom! It was raining so we called down to the desk to get a golf cart ride, nope he’s o my there in weekends! I ordered a salad and it had a bug in it! They comped the salad but honestly that was the least they could do! I would have chosen a different place to stay if I had known all this beforehand.

I loved everything about this property. A very nice outdoor pool, a dozen nice restaurants nearby, and a fantastic restaurant called Corinne in the hotel! This is a perfect weekend getaway hotel or for business travelers. The staff was next level as well. Cheers!!
