This Motel 6 exceeded my expectations. It was exceptionally clean and roomy with fridge and microwave. The clean hard surface floor was perfect for our dog. The decor was simple but up to date. There was also a very nice gym - again, unexpected. Great place for a night or two.

Room was functional as always, clean and everything worked fine. Noticed that carpeting in hallways on floor 2 and three need cleaning or replacing badly, very unsightly with big stains around elevators and up the hallways. Painters were busy on first floor touching up. Staff were friendly and helpful at all times.

The front desk staff woman was very helpful and considerate. The property was clean. The room was clean but the vinyl flooring looked a bit tired with rolled edges and gaps (certainly practical for cleaning purposes). The room did not have a closet and seemed lacking of practical seating and table space. The room served it’s primary purpose for sleeping.

I stayed here for 1 night. Room was very spacious and clean. Temp was set a little hotter than I felt comfortable but everyone is different. Slightly noises with the traffic from the 401 but that’s to be expected when so close and did not keep me awake. Bed was a little hard but was still good. Would stay here again for the decent price option alone.

Although they accommodated my late arrival, I was a female travelling alone and got put on the first floor unit next to the door that went outside. I didn’t feel comfortable with that. I let them know that he offered me a room in the system. It said it had been empty, but as I entered the room, there was a man sleeping, stared at me and I can only imagine his thoughts as I entered his unit. They put me into another unit around 1- 2 PM. During my trip I did not experience no hot water at all I tried waiting even until later in the evening don’t know hot water. Maybe it went warmer around after midnight but I was sleeping. The next day tried to shower. The water was actually freezing called the front desk. They told me to wait a little bit after waiting almost 2 hours. It was still cold and it was time for me to check out.

I liked how clean it was. I do wish the communication was a little better— I didn’t find out about complimentary coffee and muffins in the morning until my last night. Upon checking in, I also wasn’t asked for my license plate as well. I feel there just needs to be a consistent amount of information provided no matter who’s on staff at the front. Other than that, no complaints. I do wish also that if the room needed to be cleaned etc, it was communicated to us that a request needed to be put in.
