Terrible Stay – Absolutely Disgusting Conditions Unfortunately, my stay at this guesthouse was one of the worst travel experiences I’ve ever had. I cannot believe how this place is still in operation. The in-room jacuzzi was filthy — full of grime and soap scum from previous guests. It was clearly never cleaned and was completely unusable. The towels were old, worn-out, and did not seem freshly laundered. The blankets were disgusting — visibly dirty, extremely old, and covered in hair from past guests. It was revolting. There was no trash can in the room. The microwave, which was located in a shared public area outside the room, was so dirty and grimy that it was completely unusable. The same goes for the ice machine — communal, poorly maintained, and extremely unhygienic. The outdoor pool and jacuzzi were in the same awful condition: murky water, visible dirt, and buildup everywhere. I couldn’t even consider getting in — it made me feel sick just looking at it.

I really enjoyed my stay here! My second day the attendant knocked on my door to replace my used towels with fresh warm ones. There’s also a great pool and jacuzzi attached on the top-right corner of the pool with some great jets that you can turn on if you’re looking for a massage. It’s also extremely close to the Fallsview entertainment complex and the falls is just down the road as well. Would definitely stay again - thanks guys!

Close to the falls. You do have to pay an extra parking fee when you arrive, I think it was $50 for 3 nights. No microwave in our room, that would have been nice. Also, it would have been nice to have some "do not disturb" hangers. We didn't need our room cleaned, I left a sock on the doorknob to show we didn't need clean up but was cleaned anyways. no big deal, just unnecessary.

Great location close to falls and casino and olg stage. Aging property but fun. Pool was really nice and clean. Nice spot for a quick getaway.

Our favourite place to stay in Niagara. So close to everything we can walk. Room was clean and comfy.

This was a horrible experience, once I saw the cleanliness of the check-in area I should have requested a refund and left. The first room I was given had animal feces right on the bed. The second room was caked in dust and particle bits of I don't know behind and beneath every piece of furniture. There was no central heat, only a fireplace which I was scared to use based on the cleanliness of the rest of the room and a dirty old wall air conditioner. The hot tub and taps in the bathroom were extremely loose and the water took a long time to heat up. The parking was not free nor was there a lot of space for parking and there was no coffee maker in the room.

I booked two rooms and both rooms had alot of dirty around the covers and towels look clean but everything else not clean and both rooms smell cigarettes not there again.

I have stayed here multiple times with no issues… Room is clean nothing fancy… Staff is amazing always willing to help… It’s my number one choice for overnight in Niagara Falls… It’s within walking distance to the casino and many restaurants…

I am writing to express my outrage over the most appalling hotel experience I've ever had, booked through Expedia. The entire place reeked of dog, including the beds, and it was evident the room had not been cleaned. The towels were dirty, the bathroom stank of dog urine and feces, and I found a spider in the bathroom and centipedes on the ceiling and bed. I have photos of the spider and what appears to be dog feces in the bathroom due to the strong odor. Even calling this experience "terrible" would be an understatement; it was literally shocking. This ruined my trip to Niagara, forcing me to find alternative lodging. I am shocked that Expedia would list such a deplorable place.

The front desk area looks like someone is living in it. Dirty dishes and garbage all over. The room was gross. Dried urine on the floor in the bathroom. There was not a clean surface anywhere. I slept in my clothes because of the whole non-hygenic vibe. There was no hot water coming from the tao in the bathroom just from the bath tub. The towels had dirt marks on them. The only reason i didn't leave was because it is right across from the olg stage. My destination.

disgusted by the room.In the washroom ,was dirty towels on the floor, an already used hair conditioner in the bathtub, blood stains on the light switch plate and blood stains dripping down the bathroom door. A small amount of toilet paper on the holder and no new one to replace it. When getting into bed, i cut my toe on something sharp that was in the sheets!!! Probably was from the toenail that i found later on thr floor at the foot of the bed. I will be seeing a Dr about this. i also found blood stains on the lampshade by the bed that didnt have any lightbulb. when i complained to management, they did check it out . Their best of rectifying anything was to give me a discount on my next stay there. 😂 THERE WONT BE A NEXT TIME !!!!

Everything needs more cleaning

La chambre n’était vraiment pas propre, nous n’avons même pas dormis dans les draps… Sans parler de l’odeur… Les photos affichées sur le site ne représentent vraiment pas ce que vous avez rendu là-bas. Plus jamais pour nous.

What a dive. Beat up old motel. Dirty rugs out dated furniture tv hardly worked no microwave no phone flys i will never go back-up

Some of the staff were friendly enough, but they didn’t come in and make your bed or tidy up the room. They basically replaced your towels and emptied the one tiny little garbage can that they provided. They didn’t remove other garbage that wasn’t able to fit into that garbage can. Also, there were several things in the room that should be repaired, i.e. Bathroom fan did not work and it was stuffed with insulation and cobwebs; bathroom sink would not drain the way it should so it was always up to me to clean the sink; TV was a struggle because it kept losing its signal so you had to get up and change the TV back to HDMI. Limited viewing, limited viewable channels, most channels needed subscription or were French; bedspreads were old and looked dirty upon arrival; chairs also looked very used and somewhat dirty; there were cobwebs in the corners of the room; the insulation of the wall air conditioner was in need of maintenance; the door to the room did not fit properly and you could see light coming into the room from outside; the two chairs sitting area outside of the room was a wasp heaven, we reported the issue because we couldn’t enjoy sitting there for long because wasps were constantly swarming, and it looked like someone had plugged the crack that they wanted to go into with a tissue. No one came to check or fix this matter before we left; we were unable to open our window in the room to get fresh air, the crank to open the window was broken. The room was very dated.

Furniture and fixtures were old and worn. Ceiling smoke detector was missing its battery. Despite this, the room was clean and relatively quiet. About what you would expect from a budget 2-star accomodation.

Room smelled horrible, had to run the a/c to get the stench out. Beds were comfortable. You can hear noise from outside, but not terrible. Outside around property is alright, very close to all attractions, Tim Hortons right beside property. Wouldn’t stay here again, although management are nice people.

Room is in need of repairs and updating - Room smelled of smoke , cigarette burns on top of the fridge - Hair dryer was off the mount with exposed wiring (not safe to use)

Good location, affordable prices, nice stuff, but cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired... Also, if you stay in closest to Tim Hortons apartment you will be forced to constantly listen to negotiations about ordering food from their Drive Through

Lobby was a mess. We climbed 3 flights of stairs to our room, only to find an ashtray full of cigarette butts outside our door. Room was ok, but all we could hear was the next door Tim Hortons drive thru taking orders all night. There was junkies shooting up near the parking lot.

Worst bed ever

On checking in I was not given a password for the internet.There was only one plug in the room, no plug in the washroom for my husband's shaver or to plug a nite light in. The room was cold even set at 90. The bathroom was freezing, you'd have to run the water forever to get hot water, and to make the bathroom warm enough to get wet and not shiver. Such a waste of water. I chose not to shower as I knew I wouldn't be able to get warm. The TV was not checked to make sure it was working and there was no instruction to how to operate the cable. I was hoping since it is so close to falls view casino that I could save money by staying here. Maybe in the summer when it's warmer. They need to put a door sweep on the door as there is a real gap letting light and cold air in.

The room was clean and comfortable. Updates are needed, though (extension cord to plug in the lamp and fireplace; took a long time to get hot water.) No cable TV; indoor digital antenna only. No elevator. But conveniently located and reasonably priced. 10-15 minute walk to the falls. If you are just looking foe a comfortable place to sleep, it was great.

I wish I could submit few picture! Old and dirty!! Seems this place runs by family member, the guy who was in the office was rude and careless and wouldn’t respond to me but the next morning the lady with a gray hair was in the office and was nice. Oh by the way office was full of junk and unorganized The room has a bad Oder and the mirror and tub was dirty parking fee was $15 ! But Why???

The people that work at the desk are rude. Mean and miserable. I will not tell anyone to go there. Clean it up. Get people that enjoy working

I checked in late, but I'm grateful to the staff who waited for me even though it was a cold, snowy day. They were very friendly. However, the room was very cold. I will definitely book this place again in the warmer months. The location is also excellent. One thing ! We needed hot water machine or microwave.

Got a Room with a Jacuzzi for myself and my fiancee. Hot water did not work properly and we were forced to abandon the jacuzzi. We thought the issue would be resolved in the morning. It was not and we had to take cold showers before leaving. Also the hotel staff front desk man repeatedly entered our room while we were inside. Not respecting privacy at all. Pretty sure this is illegal I do not recommend staying here. I was naked when the man opened the door so was my partner. After all that the man threatened to call the police to charge us with trespassing. checkout time was 11 am and clearly stated on the rules that late checkout would incur an extra charge which i was okay with paying. to go from making us pay an extra $10 per hour to threatening to charge us with trespassing and entering a room where guests are sleeping naked is really not okay. tv sucks and no wifi. also pretty sure there are many fire hazards.

Table lamp missing light bulb, Smoke detector out of battery make sounds for a whole night and I called the Management nobody in the office and the next day morning I checked out at 7 AM

There was no one available to assist us. We stand for 30-40 minutes in front of motel but no one came out from the office. No one picked up the phone, we called them 10-15 times on the phone numbers they provided. There was no option left to call expedia customer support. Hopefully, customer support resolved the issue.

When I checked in ower told me I was only booked for four nights when I showed him my email confermation that I already paid for six nights. He then proceeds to charge me for four nights and told me to get refund from expedia. Cancelation option for me at check in was not an option. I complained to expedia and have yet to hear from them.

Although I booked for six days. Booking was ignored even though I had expedia booking confirmation that I prepaid for. I was told to cancel booking for refund and charged for four days It took me four days to process claim for refund from expedia. I have been notified that my initial payment will be refunded.

This is a bare bones motel and as long as you accept that and know what you are getting it is perfectly acceptable for a night or two. The pluses: Location. You are within easy walking distance of Clifton Hill, the Scotiabank Convention Centre and the actual falls. A Tim Horton's being next door also a bonus. There is a small fridge to keep food items cold. WIFI mostly works for what you want to use it for, especially if you just checking emails and things like that. The negatives: The included antenna TV is not very good at all. Often channels either won't come in at all, or the selection is pretty bad. No coffee maker or Microwave in the room.

The beds were good, The toilet was clean but lots of dust on heater Door did not close tight and banged the first night, put a chair in against it and it stopped knocking. We thought there was breakfast none, or a coffee maker- none There was no front lobby- looked like someone was living in it. Was within walking distance of where we were going

If you want a room that's not fussy, cheap and comfortable, for me it meets all the requirements for a decent stay. There is a nice pool, many restaurants in the area. If you don't have a car it's convenient for Niagara transit.

Didnt like internet ..kept kicking out..tv channels ..only 5 and all U.S.. channels..had a small dog and they put us on second floor even though there were only 3 othercars in parking lot..no rooms available on first floor apparently ready..had to carry dog down and up cement steps which became icy..website stated a restaurant and coffee/cafe on premises..they didnt exist... no coffee machine or hairdryer in room..heater shut off and 10 seconds later it came back on..no a great sleep..garbage all over on the first floor parking lot area never in the 50 years of travelling have i been so upset at a place..don't book this place
