Staff is fantastic, rooms are spacious and clean. staff really goes far to make you feel welcome. you working in lounge, they offer tea, we got complement desert when checking in, our cab driver card reader was broken, and hotel just paid my fare and put it on the room. spa in the hotel is very good, although hard to book, as it is busy we really enjoyed our stay

We were there for brain surgery at the hospital down the street. The hotel was in a good location near the hospital and plenty of restaurants to walk to. We got massages and the spa rooms were impressive.

This is a great hotel at a very convenient location. The room layout is nice. A good sized bathroom. In close proximity to restaurants, bars, and shopping. I find the area to be extremely safe and quiet enough (there is some live music later in the day that is audible but not terrible. The place has a nice bar/restaurant to have meetings. A good selection of buffet breakfast is served (if paid for). Only aspect that subtracts from the experience is the perceived scrutiny by the security each time you enter. This is nothing invasive just a glance but I could do without it :)

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und man hat alles im Zimmer was man braucht. Die Mitarbeiter (Rezeption, Restaurant, Zimmermädchen..) waren alle sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sehr modernes Hotel und zentral gelegen.

Staff and service is very good, it's clear that it's a 5 star hotel in that aspect. They make you feel comfortable. Rooms are big enough, but some amenities need renovation. For example, TVs, air conditioning control system, or plugs are old. Area is nice as you have next to you a mall and lots of restaurant options, however, this also can make the area litte bit noisy, specially on weekends.

We stayed in the suit room as a family. Beautiful, clean, comfortable room. Good views, and the best bathroom we have had in a hotel with a specious jacuzzi. Location is great with restaurants and a shopping centre. At your doorstep. We enjoyed the breakfast, but as more of a business hotel, perhaps the choice was a bit more limited for kids. Pool is good, small but hi enough. No child pool though if this is a consideration for you. Great service and staff. Overall an excellent stay and one we would return to

We just wanted to sleep for a night before my surgery. There was a celebration in the garden, which were high volume music and a lot of bass. Until midnight, we couldn’t sleep. I called the reception and they just told me they can do nothing, Only thing we asked for was a good night sleep, Stay away from this hotel if you want to sleep even it is a five star expensive one they cannot guarantee a good night sleep for you.

Bir gün önce arayıp ertesi gün için erken giriş yapıp yapamayacağımı sordum. Ankara’ya geldiğimde aramamı söylediler. Aradım ve erken giriş için yardımcı oldular. (Ücret talep etmediler) otele erken saatte vardığımız için otelde konaklamayacak arkadaşım ile kahvaltı yapmak istedik. Kahvaltı ikram ettiler. Daha sonra çok güzel bir oda veriler odalar çok temiz ve konforluydu. Sadece oda tutmuştum. Ertesi gün ücret karşılığı kahvaltı yapmak istedim. Yine kahvaltı ikram ettiler. Özellikle resepsiyondaki Anıl bey çok ilgiliydi. Arkadaşımın aracı için vale hizmeti ve otopark kullanımı içinde yardımcı oldular. Günümün çok güzel başlamasını sağladılar ve çok güzel bir gün yaşadım. (Odanın manzarasıda çok güzeldi.)

Staff and service is very good, it's clear that it's a 5 star hotel in that aspect. They make you feel comfortable. Rooms are big enough, but some amenities need renovation. For example, TVs, air conditioning control system, or plugs are old. Area is nice as you have next to you a mall and lots of restaurant options, however, this also can make the area litte bit noisy, specially on weekends.

Öncelikli tercih nedenim otelin konumunun harika olmasıydı . Armada alışveriş merkezinin yanında ihtiyacın olan her yere yürüme mesafesi ile ulaşabiliyorsun. Ayrıca otelin çalışanları çok güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi . Odaların temizliği ve düzeni çok iyiydi. Bir şehir otelinde aranabilecek her türlü özellik vardı. Ankara ya tekrar geldiğimde kesinlikle gideceğim tek otel .

We had a lovely stay over the weekend with my friend. Very clean room, nice food and friendly staff. Area is nice in the city center, a lot of shops and restaurants around. Definitely recommend for the trip to Ankara.

This is a great hotel at a very convenient location. The room layout is nice. A good sized bathroom. In close proximity to restaurants, bars, and shopping. I find the area to be extremely safe and quiet enough (there is some live music later in the day that is audible but not terrible. The place has a nice bar/restaurant to have meetings. A good selection of buffet breakfast is served (if paid for). Only aspect that subtracts from the experience is the perceived scrutiny by the security each time you enter. This is nothing invasive just a glance but I could do without it :)

Das Wyndham bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten die man benötigt und der Service ist hervorragend. Es liegt gegenüber einer Einkaufsstraße mit vielen guten Restaurants und jungem Publikum. Einziger Minuspunkt ist die schmale, dunkle Zufahrtsstrasse und der Schmutz vor dem Hotel, der aber mehr von dem Mercure gegenüber kommt.

Odamiz temizdi, hatta, rahatti. 2 cocuk ile rahat bir sekilde konakladik. Ancak havuza 11-12 ile 21-22 saatleri arasinda cocuklarin girme izni var. Bu hic hos bir durum degil. Zaten 2 gun boyunca havuz temizliginden dolayi cocuklar havuza giremedi. Kahvalti dahil konakladik, fakat ozellikle peynirler cok vasattı, hic yakistiramadim.boyle iyi bir konumdaki otele. Kahvaltidan ac kalktik. Cocuklu ailelere gore degil ama konum olarak cok guzel bir yerde. Umarim eksiklerini en kisa zamanda giderirler.

We stayed in the suit room as a family. Beautiful, clean, comfortable room. Good views, and the best bathroom we have had in a hotel with a specious jacuzzi. Location is great with restaurants and a shopping centre. At your doorstep. We enjoyed the breakfast, but as more of a business hotel, perhaps the choice was a bit more limited for kids. Pool is good, small but hi enough. No child pool though if this is a consideration for you. Great service and staff. Overall an excellent stay and one we would return to

AC did not work, the room was so hot it was impossible to sleep. Only heating worked no cooling. No coffee machine but coffee pods were available! Mini bar available but locked. Did not understand that part as well.
