The elevator seems to have a mind of its own. The room keys didn't work. We had to go back down 2x to get keys that worked. Other guests complained of the same problem. A sheet on the bed had blood stains on it. It took over an hour to bring a clean one. There was water on the bathroom tiled floor and we found a puddle later on that was coming from a leak in the back of the toilet. The advertising a buffet was misleading, it is not included and lots of guests had the same impression. It is sad considering it was probably a beautiful hotel at one time and has not been maintained.

A little nickel and dimey. It's a 4-star hotel with 1-star Hospitality. Parking was extra. Breakfast was extra. Final straw was that a 12 noon checkout (instead of 11:00am) they were going to charge $20. Penny-wise and dollar-foolish. Just doesn't leave the guest with any warm and fuzzy.
