What guests think
Across reviews of Parkhouse Hotel & Spa, travelers praise the central Kadıköy location and consistently friendly staff, while feedback on rooms, cleanliness, breakfast, and the spa is mixed, with comfort noted but several maintenance and odor issues recurring.
Rooms frequently offer comfortable beds, yet several guests report small layouts, weak soundproofing, cigarette smells entering via ventilation or in supposed non-smoking rooms, and occasional issues like outdated TVs, patchy Wi-Fi, or unresolved AC. Cleanliness feedback ranges from spotless to disappointing, with reports of dirty bathrooms, smelly towels, stray hairs, and missed housekeeping, while the spa and sauna are appreciated but often have cold pools or jacuzzi and need better upkeep. Breakfast opinions vary from excellent and plentiful to limited or basic; overall, expect a central base with warm service and uneven quality in facilities and rooms.
