We stayed 3 nights booked thru 3rd party so we could not upgrade? On second night I heard my floor neighbor was not in room he ordered. Not a suite. So I went down to get his room. Could not make it work but she found a Presidential suite up on the 20 th floor. Corner room with floor to ceiling glass .OMG No better view of fireworks nightly and view of all 3 Falls. However my wife and I commented the next day how uncomfortable the mattress was.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel overall. The staff was absolutely amazing, welcoming, friendly, and professional from the moment I arrived. The guest service was exceptional, and everyone I encountered went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. It was clear that customer satisfaction was a priority, and I truly appreciated the hospitality. The only concern I experienced during my stay was when the fire alarm was activated. Unfortunately, there was little to no direction provided to guests regarding the emergency. In a situation like that, clear communication and guidance are extremely important, especially for the safety and peace of mind of everyone staying at the hotel. I would encourage management to review the emergency procedures and ensure guests receive clear instructions if an alarm or emergency occurs in the future. Aside from that, I had a great stay and was very impressed with the staff and level of guest service. Thank you to the entire team for making my visit a pleasant one. Need improvement with valets parking, last Friday I was check in with my hotel the valet parking doesn’t help me at all and gave me no tickets I had to go lower level to get my ticket and my vehicle then going out from hotel garage then second days valet not doing anything then third days valet not do anything too. I don’t know if they still charged or not charged please need improvement with valet parking and better improvement with there speeding had three different options 35.00 70.00 and 100.00 can you explained to me what it’s??

I stayed in the Premium Falls View 1 King room. The room was clean and nicely maintained, and the view of the falls was excellent. However, the room layout was unusual, with a significant portion of the square footage dedicated to a long hallway leading from the entrance to the main room. This made the actual living space feel smaller than expected. The bathroom was also disappointing compared to the photos online. There was virtually no counter space, making it difficult to get ready. Additionally, the bathroom was not well suited for taller guests. At 6'4", my head was approximately one inch from the ceiling while standing in the shower, making it difficult to shower comfortably. The rest of the bathroom had slightly more clearance, but I still found myself frequently hitting the ceiling while getting ready. This was particularly surprising given that the bedroom and hallway had normal 8-foot ceilings, with no clearance issues in those areas.

We loved the location and the cleanliness. Figuring out the elevators and the parking was confusing but there was always a host or hostess close by to direct us. They are very cheerful and gave great food recommendations.
