It seemed as if some of the security lights and cameras were in need of repair. Fortunately I was able to park near my room and in a very well lit area. Some areas of the building and parking lot are in total darkness. Overall, a good place for a nights rest. Vending machines near office are clean and well stocked with a variety of items, from snacks/drinks, to toiletries and health items.

There were small roaches crawling on the floor. The room smelled like cigarettes even thought I booked a Non-Smoking. The parking lot was loud through out the night with yelling people. I had also noticed the smoke detector was not on the wall and many dead bugs in the restroom light cover. And to top it off they had no ice at either machine...For the money spent it was not worth the stay.

Nice hotel for a quick stay. Hotel is fully monitored by several cameras with a security guard on property. Downside upon check in room had no towels and bath water was hard to regulate

The property was easy access to the hi-way but that's about the only good thing. We got a non smoking room but as soon as we walked in it the stench hit us like a ton of bricks. It was like every surface in the room was absorbed by cigarettes smoke and mildew stench. I had to buy Febreze but that still didn't help at all. The floors were sticky and there was no cover on the outlet which is a fire hazard. There was a burned up room in the back that was boarded up. The bed was supposed to be a queen but it looked like a full, there was also no comforter just 2 sheets. I would definitely not recommend.

When we checked in the room was dirty and had an awful smell to it when you walked in. The room was not cleaned when we got there. You can tell the previous people were there because the sheets were not changed and there was roaches on the wall were they had killed them. There were no towels, no complimentary shampoos or conditioners, and no blow dryers!!!! Never AGAIN!!!!!

Cockroaches and fruit flies in the room. Everything was disgusting. I don’t even want to know what was on the walls or how it got there or how they are never cleaned. Dog poop inexplicably peppering the parking lot. I really couldn’t believe how gross the room was. So much noise in the parking lot all through the night. People listening to music and yelling. Not a complainer. This was the worst hotel room I’ve ever experienced. Unbelievable really.

Not much to be expected of this location besides its proximity to downtown Austin. First thing I noticed upon entering the room was the floor either it was very dirty or covered in soap (I did not take my shoes off while I was inside). There was some pink stuff on the sink counter and black stains inside the sink and a little baggie with some sort of (illicit?) substance inside and the sink and bath only ran hot water. There was a roach in the bathroom but luckily no bedbugs. The refrigerator was full of mold as it was left unplugged and leaking on the floor.

There was no bedspread or blanket of any type in the room and the AC had no control, so I ended up wearing my hoodie to bed and using my coat for a quilt. The flooring in the bathroom was coming up - I didn't use the shower. The room looked nothing like the picture on the website. I would never stay there again.

It's a Motel 6, so we weren't expecting anything fancy. However, the place wasn't very clean and several things were in disrepair. The bathroom floor was sunken in and the bathtub leaked. Some outlets weren't working. That sort of thing. I had called a few days in advance to request a mini fridge because I have medication that has to remain refrigerated. They assured me we would have one, but when we checked in they gave us a room that didn't. Fortunately, the lady at the front desk was very helpful and switched our room. She was courteous and efficient. The one other positive is that the beds were comfortable. For the price, it was about as good of a stay as could be expected.

Property showed a lot of wear. Not a great neighborhood. Several things in the room didn't work (no plug for the tub, AC functional but noisy...). There are other Motel 6s in Austin, the one at Airport North is MUCH nicer

Had me pay for my room smiled to my face and then when I left for work banned me from the property and kicked me out of the room and kept my things without applying me to get them. Was also called rifling through my personal belongings while I was thought to not be at the property.

When I arrived at the property, to check in, there was no one at the desk. I waited close to 20 minutes before someone came. When she did come, she was very unfriendly nd unhelpful. Ultimately, she refused to check me in and I had to go somewhere else. I think it was a blessing in disguise, though, because the property felt so unsafe and dirty.

Desk staff even manager not knowledgeable and attentive of their guests, terrible checking in process…waited long for checking in. Went there as a group, my friends were given the key to the room not even clean yet! Definitely not coming back, not worth the $326 per night!

The location is bad. Most of the people staying at this motel look like more than overnight stays. There was an abandoned (looked like damage from a fire) room near OUR room. We asked to be at a room in the front and she said, "No" We had a room the back where no lights were on. We didn\'t feel safe. Found a roach in the room. I\'d NOT stay there again.

The stay at this location was fairly well. It's near I-35 and with a lot of stores nearby. The only thing that felt sketchy was the amount of random people just hanging out outside that weren't part of the hotel.

The room looks clean inside but the surroundings shaddy. Hard to get in the property from the highway. The area lots of homeless. The agent very unpolite. I will not recommend this motel 6 to anybody.

The photo shown for this property is not at all with the property looks like. It is a true motel with exterior doors for each room. They were prostitutes and young children running all over the place at 4:00 a.m. The place was fairly quiet. The room was not clean and I didn't want to touch anything. There was a police officer that appeared to be staying there all night long. That made us feel somewhat safer.

Room was less then 100 buck during South By, clean enough & only a 10 dollar lift to downtown! They take dogs to, I got to pet Gogo the puppy

I wouldn’t leave anything unattended in the motel or in your car. Terrible neighborhood with people loitering in the parking lot and digging in dumpsters.
