We were only there for one night. Slept well. But the tv was unplugged and hard to reach outlet. Most disappointing was the closed pool. Had a kid who could have really used up some energy in there.

Room was clean. Finding room was confusing because of hotel layout. If you’re handicapped you might have a problem. Had to take elevator up, walk down some halls and walk up a flight of stairs to room. Pool was closed, although they offered a pool several miles down the road. There was tea and coffee bar but cafe closed and had to hunt for place to have breakfast because it is very rural. It was ok for one night but in the summer there’s probably better places.

Room was huge, the jacuzzi tub off the bedroom was extra special and to top it off the outdoor heated pool was but wait the sauna and off course the bar and restaurant all great and the proximity to the mountain rounded out things nicely

Great place to stay if skiing Killington or other local mountains. The heated pool is excellent. There is a bar on the fourth floor, which is nice. Coffee is available at 5 AM. The only minor issues I had was that my bathroom sink was partially clogged. Also, the water pressure is low in the shower. However, those were very minor inconveniences, and I look forward to staying there again in the future.

Great place. Great location- close to mountain and good restaurants. Simple and clean. Outdoor pool felt like a hot tub and we really enjoyed that after a day of skiing. Game room was also fun for kids. Would stay there again!

We really like staying here. It's the perfect ski hotel. We like to sit by the fire in the lobby and play cards, go to the bar for a drink and live music, and soak in the "very" hot pool after a long day of skiing. Some rooms are a little dated. Our kitchen was on the older side but had an oven. Our friends kitchen was newer but only had a cooktop. A little bit of peeling paint and wallpaper but overall clean enough.

We had a great stay at the North Star Inn and would definitely stay again. Quick drive to both Skyeship Base and Ramshead parking areas (~7 mins by car). Loved the game room and common area with the wood burning fireplace. The bar was also super convenient to grab drinks and bring down to relax by the fireplace. They also have a laundry room which was super helpful to dry our gear after being soaked in the rain one day skiing. Did not use the pool but many others did and seemed to enjoy. The rooms are not fancy but are clean.

The person who greeted us was very nice and she did her best to accommodate us. My husband is disabled and despite asking for an accessible room we were given a room on the 5 th floor with elevator service only reaching the 4 th floor. He and I struggled to get him up those steps. Not ADA compliant at all. So many things need repair and cleaning. There were spiders in our room. Bed had a lump in it. Pillows smelled. Blinds dusty and broken. The rug was dirty and cumbersome. My husband tripped twice. Taking a shower for him was exhausting as there were no legitimate bars for him.

My granddaughter and I spent the weekend at North Star in Killington so we could visit Wilson Castle and see Killington in the summer. North Star was a perfect resort, it was clean, friendly, the staff was amazing. The pool was beautiful. We spent a lot of time in the pool. So much fun! My only complaint is that the bed hurt my back. Next time we stay there I will try a king bed.

I had a nice time and your resort was nice and in a nice locale. No complaints. You may want to shampoo the carpets for a nice facelift! I don't care about eco-friendly too much.

The accommodations are outdated but for the price, at least this time of year, is understandable. However, the sheets were clearly not changed from the prior guest. There was garbage left behind and the bed was not comfortblenat all albeit managable. Will not be staying here again.

Great location for our trip. We were visiting family in Rutland but wanted to stay out of the city. Fun to be near Killington access road. Lots of fun bars and restaurants open all year. We walked to The Foundry which was excellent. Hotel gives 1970’s ski chalet vibes. The room was fine. Could use some updating but price and location were great.

I reserved 2 rooms at this property about 6 weeks before our stay. When we arrived, I was informed we had 2 rooms, both on the 5th floor which doesn't have an elevator. One person in my party is elderly and unable to navigate stairs, so we had to pay extra for a room she could get to. After we got to our room and saw the condition, we checked out and went to another hotel. The beds were sagging, part of the lock on the door was missing, part of the bathroom sink fixture was missing, the bed coverings were old and the place seemed like a firetrap.

The mini blinds were broke, so anybody could look in the windows. The heat didn’t work. The staff was rude really didn’t want to stay there, but nobody else had a room for that night.

Very happy with my stay although my room did reek of strong women’s perfume throughout our stay. When I asked them to address it, they said “open the window”. At 10F, I don’t think that’s a viable option. Otherwise it was wonderful!

Our room was clean and comfortable but it overlooked the parking lot and some of the blinds were broken so there was no way to keep the light out from the lot or keep the room dark in the morning. The greeting we got from the front desk when we checked in was less than lackluster. Probably wouldn’t return.

We had a late check in. Probably around 10:30ish. It took a little while before someone came to the front desk, but once he was there it was a very easy check in. He was cheerful and very informative. Our room was on the 4th floor. While walking to the room, it was cool to look down to the fireplace. Which I might add is very cozy and welcoming when you first enter the building. This was a one night stay with my son for a college tour and we had to leave early. We did not get a chance to enjoy this place as much as I would have liked. It looked as if there were many fun activities. I would have loved to beat him in a few games of air hockey or sat in the giant bean bag chairs and just hung out. The bed was comfy and I loved having 4 pillows to myself! When the sun came up we were able to see the snow on the trails from our room. I would definitely like to return in the future.

The water was not useable as per the note in our room and we needed to use bottled water to brush teeth/ get clean We were not notified before arriving and then when we checked in we’re not told either had to find out after we got to our room by a note

Management told expedia no refund, they don't care if I had covid and show up. Was trying to do the right thing. Lost all respect for this lodge. I have always gone here. I have always liked this lodge.. but now, So unfortunate. 1 star forever. Shows you the real true colors of management. How many times I have gone here and stayed when they have no water or water problems... but they do this to me. Alllll set. Just beware.

No one should stay here. No usable water (with no advanced warning and no compensation), no water pressure for the showers, filthy dishes but no soap/sponge to clean anything, rude people behind the front desk at night, stained sheets… overall a bad experience.

The staff was courteous, pleasant and supremely helpful! The heated pool was absolutely wonderful! The only downside was a cramped (size) sauna and the absence of an exhaust fan in the bathroom. But overall it was a blessing!

Central location in Vermont! Best place I stay at up on Killington. Has fireplace with sitting area in lobby, game room, coffee in morning and a Heated Pool! The grounds are. Ice with picnic tables around pond! Located near everything in mountain!

Nice place to stay. Convenient to Killington Mountain. Lots of eating options locally. The room had a refrigerator and microwave, which is all I needed. Coffee was ready at 5 AM, which is also good for those of us who like waking up early.

The property is in a great location, easy parking, near 1 of the top restaurants in the area, comfortable rooms, and the staff is always super friendly and accommodating. Always on the top of my list when visiting. Book early, they sell out quick.

Every person here was extremely polite and welcoming.They were a very welcoming group.Room was clean. It is disappointing the breakfast area and the bar are closed in the summer.I understand why the bar is closed, since less people stay in the summer, but they could provide a little more then coffee, even just donuts.

Clean rooms, great hotel bar, great location on the killington main strip and super friendly staff. The outdoor hottub is simply the best and can confirm you will not find a hotter tub in killington.

I was told that they had food available. There is absolutely no food no snacks no breakfast no nothing we went from Saturday to Sunday no breakfast. Then I was told that they do breakfast on Monday in the summer off-season one would think they would do breakfast on the weekend?
