Enjoyed the lounge, bartender and billiards table… did not like that both the pool and hot tub were closed without notification… very disappointed after a day of skiing. We were looking forward to soak our aching muscles and were very disappointed that the hot tub was closed for 2 days( the whole time we were there… ) without notice.

Super convenient to ski slopes. The hot tub was not functioning, also water was out when we arrived. Water was murky & cold through the next day once it started working. Check in for 1 of the rooms out of the 2 we reserved, was well past check in time.

The stay was good and the staff was absolutely wonderful and friendly! The only part I did not like about this hotel was that they charged a $10 parking fee. I feel like if I were to pay for my room, one parking spot should come with that room.

Everything was great, ,,extremely clean, amenities were wonderful a super game room with tables to play any game you can think of from rummy cub to chess with a pool table and darts...wonderful hot tub with exercise room and snack with Starbucks coffee available.... beautiful setting near everything and the staff are the Best!!!

Jacuzzi outside had a trash barrel overflowing with rancid dirty diapers. Front desk staff is dismissive and rude. Trash strewn about the property. Place is disgusting.

The hotel is in desperate need of renovation. The carpets walls doors are all pretty gross. The beds are comfortable but the place is overall sub standard. Our shower didn't drain and there was sewage coming up through the drain. It was not a place I'd return to.

This is a great place to stay while skiing at Killington! The only bad thing is that the walls are thin so you can hear if you have loud neighbors, it didn’t bother us though. Overall a clean, comfortable hotel.

This is a really neat place. Staff very friendly! However the hotel doesn’t live up to expectation. Room had a great layout and was very nice. However the carpet had stains, boards on balcony weathered, toilet seat only attached on one side, and the WiFi never recognized us and let us login. Food and bar service was awesome however there actually isn’t a restaurant as we thought in the listing. The night was saved by a great bartender however for the price we will pass next trip.

I have stayed here multiple times and I love how clean this place is. One thing that was unpleasant however was that we were given one of those rooms with a door that could open into the room next to us if we were traveling with a bigger group. This door made it literally feel like the random people next to us were in the room with us. They must’ve been drunk because they were being so loud and were throwing up which was VERY unpleasant to hear. I was also woken up by them at 5:50AM. My boyfriend was also not happy that there was a skylight in the room directly over the bed with no shade on it as this woke us up due to the sun shining in our eyes. Not the best experience. We got stuck another night because of the snow storm but decided to stay somewhere else for the night.

The mountain lodge inn was a wonderful place to visit. Our room was on the 2nd floor and we had a fantastic view of the golf course, hill side and hot tub. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We’d stay there again any time.

Bit weird with skylight in room not having covering, which is fine if you don't want to sleep in, but that should get resolved (it's a bit quirky and would be annoying if you had kids). Place is overall fine, clean but shower head way too low as example. For shooting up w/o kids to go and ski, it's fine. Walls not super quiet but not terrible.

We stayed in the two "bedroom" suite. It's actually one bedroom with the door, the two double beds were in what looked like what could have been a living room. So no door. It was very spacious though. The corner suite had access to two balconies. That over looked the main road. Bathroom was large. Water pressure was wonderful! Not a big fan of the sink. The central stopper did not come all the way up. Please keep the light on for the second elevator at the Ground Floor or put a sign in front indicating directions to Lobby. I thought we were in the wrong elevator and got off in the staff section of the hotel. We still liked everything about it as it gave us what we needed. Thank you for our stay!

Unable to contact the property on the day of the reservation to inform of late arrival. Through our many calls, we heard a number of possible causes for why the calls from the property phone tree did not reach the front desk, but were assured the desk was staffed all day and night. By the time I could reach the property via phone, they had cancelled the reservation. They would not provide any accommodation because of the "no show cancellation" and the booking being third-party through Expedia. The only recourse available through hours of back and forth phone calls, was to book a new reservation.

Very friendly staff! Jess the receptionist allowed us to check in at 10am rather than 4pm! The ladies working the bar and strabucks counter were super friendly and helpful. The property manager accommodated myself and kids even though the hot tub was out of service, jets didn’t work and it wasn’t hot, she brought us new towels and allowed us to stay in the pool.

Front desk staff need professional training. One wore a nice top, the other's attire best for winter plowing or digging dirt. Hair styling advice recommended. Grooming lessons! Noisy, cackling laughter, loud talking with other staff while checking in guests unprofessional. Windows in our room couldn't be opened. One missing a handle. Screen on the other ripped in several places which would have allowed black flies into the room. One heavy drape missing a pull rod. Door to room had to be manually latched-potential security problem. The house phone didn't work. I needed additional towels. When I headed to front desk to request them and report the malfunctioning phone, I saw a housekeeper in the hall and started to talk. She said in Spanish, I think, she didn't speak English. I was frustrated, grabbed towels from cart. As I walked away, she uttered some phrase whose tone wasn't nice. Baseboards in first floor elevator alcove filthy. Elevator very shabby. Pub: high top table & two out of four chairs wobbly. Carpets dirty. Food tasty sandwich cold. Server personable, polite but needs training on how to present orders to a table. No follow up. We visited after over a decade away, previously lived there 20+ years. We remember when the lodge was in its heyday, known for high quality in all areas of operation. In general, based on our brief time there, those days are gone. The facility now has a tired look to it with attention to service and maintenance details lacking, sad to see.

Best staff EVER!! Tracy the manager is professional, caring, helpful, kind, and made our family trip our best ever. She is warm and made us feel at home and always helped us. Her front desk colleague Alex was so sweet and friendly. It was my birthday and he made sure that it felt special. So kind both of them. The housekeeping staff - Enrique and Adrian and others are helpful friendly always ready with an extra towel or a smile. Buffet staff for breakfast Kevin and others started our ski days with yummy healthy great food before hitting the slopes the restaurant area was clean beautiful everyone here it is dynamite. We love this place.

We just left today and I was looking forward to sharing this review! This was our third time staying there, and each time prior was great. But this time was a bit different! The staff all throughout the lodge were more than polite and professional, they were very heartwarming, down to earth, and personable. Now, my initial expectations are for staff are to be polite, helpful, and professional. To mentiona few, the front desk staff, the bar tender, and the waitress coving the dinning room. I believe they have a great team there, and you can see it. This includes the two cleaning individuals that were taking care of my floor this past Wednesday. They were extremely personable and pleasant as well. Lastly, I will mention the chief. The breakfast as well as the dinner were both Delicious! My husband actually lists the breakfast as one of the highlights to his trip! 👌

Be aware that Parking cost $10/day. Front desk knows little their business. We left a winter coat in the hotel, the next day we went back to find it. The front deck staff has zero patient, without checking, told us nothing was turned in. But we tried our luck and walked in the lobby and happen ti see the coat was hanging right in their office. No big deal. But cold.

This is my 4th stay here and worst one yet. I did feel bad for the very nice guy running checkins with a very long line on a Monday at 5pm - checkin time is at 4 and I saw him have to break it to a good amount of people that their room wasn’t ready. He was very nice and friendly so kudos to him and thank you! Our room was ready but we had no towels. We were told they would be delivered and they never were. That was not acceptable. We ended up having to go to pool the next day and grab from there.

This property is not suitable to be a Hilton. I had the following issues : - Rude staff at the front desk. - No coffee in the room. - Unclean room and bathroom. - Room service did not make the bed. - Pool was closed. - No breakfast. They only had a snack bar. Also they had a breakfast buffet but only for the tour bus people. - Not much onsite food options. The bar and restaurant was open only from 6-9 pm with very limited food options and no beer on draft. - Overall a terrible and sub-par experience. - Price gauging. I was charged about $400 a night whereas the rates are from $100-$200 a night on an average.

Room was nice. Toilet Flush and shower drain was weak. My only major issue was the sneaky $25/person mediocre breakfast buffet that you don't realize you're going to be charged for until you go to leave and get handed a receipt to list your name and room number. There was no warning that they were not offering a complimentary breakfast to guests which was the expectation when booking.

The property is absolutely gorgeous. Front desk was great. The room I got had a skylite, which is nice but the sun was right in the pillows of the bed, so in the afternoon, if you wanted to take a rest from your days activities, you couldn’t due to the sun being in the pillows, and no way to block the sun. I had to move the bed out of the sun, moving a king bed wasn’t easy!! Breakfast…. Well I orders the fruit cup and toast, the toast came out cold, I ate 1/2 of the fruit cup before I noticed that the cup was dirty. I showed the staff, she said she wouldn’t charge me for the food, but 10min later she came to me with a receipt asking how I wanted to pay for the food!! After reminding her I wasn’t going to pay for it, they didn’t charge me. Also the only hotel I’ve stayed at that doesn’t have a 24/7 coffee bar. Overall out of 10, I give it a 5.!
