I’ve never stayed here before, but I needed a last-minute stay and they accommodated me by giving me an earlier check-in. The front desk was amazing and they contacted the manager of the building and he was smiling and very happy to help me and I got my room right away. When I got to this room, it is a new establishment I assume because everything was absolutely clean and perfect. There was an amazing refrigerator, cleanest water and ice. They have dishes cleanly put away. Everything looks amazing. Nice balcony amazing pool where you can look out on or go to. Restroom has multiple towels, cleaning items in the shower, makeup remover wipes, wrapped nicely and towels next to the mirrors. Laundry room, washer and dryer. Amazing bed. TVs where you can stream because I love to watch my Netflix lol I will almost every time go back to this establishment if needed. This is a very nice place. Don’t use anywhere else because it’s also a very good price!

My stay in Austin was great, especially considering my luggage decided to arrive a day late! Thankfully, the room had a washer and dryer, which was a lifesaver. I was able to wash my plane arrival outfit and wear it again until my suitcase finally showed up the next day. 😂 The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout my stay. I really appreciated how easy they made everything, especially with the unexpected luggage situation. I’ll definitely be staying here again the next time I travel to Austin!

The road noise was terrible. The sliding glass doors need to be sound proofed and maybe add noise filtering curtains. Also, the bed sheets had a stain on them.
