Palm Beach’s best kept secret. No pool but the best location. Great value for the money and in the heart of palm beach.

The reason that I give this four stars and not five is that this is truly a simple but cozy and lovely inn. The location is wonderful. The rooms are lovely and it is small. Many of the people who come here come regularly. Ask for Crystal! There are snacks all the time and it is a block's walk from the beach. It does not have a restaurant or a pool or 24 hours someone at the desk. There are stairs.

The hotel Is Amazing.. great location near the beach and Worth av. The room is very clean with a great and comfortable bed. The complementary breakfast and snacks was a unexpected surprise because it has a great variety and good quality. The unique negative point is they don't have a private parking but they provide a plate (30$ per night) that allows you to park at the street. But I recommend 100% the hotel.

Very nice place, the staff is vey kind . Be aware of the steep stairs, they are terrible ....and no elevator.

Wonderful little boutique style hotel. Lovely little breakfast/snack bar that is available to you 24hrs. The beach was a 2 minute walk and the front desk provides their guests with towels, chairs, umbrellas and even has some sunscreen/lotion/aloe for your use. Would not hesitate to book again!

Would recommend the parking pass as parking around hotel is a bit tight...perfect location...close to everything on island...for the price and location cannot beat it

Staff was so welcoming and available 24/7! The guest kitchen was amazing , fantastic selection of snacks and breakfast foods, and available all day . Wonderful to have beach chairs , towels and umbrellas, and the beach just 2 blocks walk . This Inn was a little gem !!

Parking was free on street overnight, but $5/hour during the day. Or, buy 24 hour parking for about $30. Continental breakfast offerings were underwhelming. Very nice staff. It's a nicely renovated 1920s building. Not noiseproof, but was quiet.

There were bugs in the bathroom crawling on the sink, towels, floor, etc. I had to switch hotels at 9pm concerned about what could be in the sheets. It's unfortunate because they are trying and charming hotel.

Please fix the plumbing......the sink would always fill up and the toilet was not flushing properly....the water was luke warm, and the shower head was weak.....other than that...the carpet in the hallway on the second floor was no secure....the stay was grea howevert!

Great location but absolutely no one there at night when you have a problem and no plunger to be found: We stayed in December and the sink was very slow to drain throughout the trip which is mildly annoying. This trip the toilet came up to the rim and with each flush went higher. In the middle of the night we had to use the bathroom in the lobby DOWNSTAIRS. Clearly there’s an issue with the plumbing.

Location is excellent, but property is tired. Bed was comfortable. Bath is tight. Window style A/C runs constantly at a high volume. Overall, it was a decent stay. No parking lot and street passes were limited (we didn’t receive one). Street or nearby parking is doable. Best to know in advance where to go. I expected significantly nicer based on reviews. Staff are not on property before 9:30am or after 7pm. Phone calls route to call center.

The whole building Creeks when you walk. The garbage collection trucks come at 7:30 a.m. and make extremely loud noises. The bed is horrible and super cheap. I was not able to get a wink of sleep. It's a great location but the owners have not spent a dime on the property over the last 100 years. I knew that I'm going into a older property but I did not expect such horrible mattresses. The bathrooms are so tiny that there's no way to get around the door because the sink and the door have a gap of 6 in when you try to go to the tub!!! The reception service was the worst. I lost my key I had to wait for over an hour before somebody on the phone figured it out and told me to go into a safe and get it.

We liked the friendliness of staff and quiet location.The premises could use some refurbishing, though, i.e. repainting bathroom, where paint is peeling.

Perfect Palm Beach Getaway: We booked the Palm Beach Historic Inn for a weekend getaway, and it far exceeded our expectations! The hotel was spotless, quiet, and charming. The staff was warm and welcoming, the rooms were comfortable and well-kept, and the location couldn’t be better—just a short, easy walk to the beach, shops, and great dining options. Being in Palm Beach rather than West Palm Beach made all the difference, and we loved every moment of our stay. We can’t wait to return!

Property is old. They are doing construction so it looks messy. It’s a good value for the price and location. They didn’t have bikes like it said on the website. I was woken up at midnight by other guests in the hallway yelling. The parking is difficult

Parking is a big issue. The parking they sell is at least 1 block away, subject to availablity. It can be much further than 1 block. Air conditioning in the room is super noisy. Breakfast included is just a kitchen where you can toast some bread and have some coffe machines and a fridge. Fruits and also some pastries. Its a Do It Yourself breakfast. No other breakfast option anywhere close. Receptionist attitude not very polite. They are at the counter just from 9am to 7 pm. Checkout date, she arrived 9.30 am. Rooms are very noise, so your privacy is limited

They were very accommodating with my early check-in and were so kind and considerate. Check-in was super easy and I stayed out late and getting back to my hotel and was easy. I slept fantastic on a very very comfortable king size bed. I will be back!!

The front desk person was excellent, the room was bright and airy. The only negative the coffee was awful in the room.

There is no parking, absolutely none. We had to walk 15 minutes each way, the TVs were ancient and the smell was stale. There is no elevator and no staff after 7. There are no shops worth seeing within walking and no reason to stay here. Credit to the staff, they were great but this place was just terrible.

Great location. Helpful staff. Clean. I accidently locked myself out of my room before the staff hours. I called the emergency number and they assisted me immediately.

Sorry - 1 star. Upon check in - (before 8pm) no one will be there to assist you, and a fellow traveler could not get a hold of Jenna, he showed me his phone with 8 calls unanswered. Breakfast means a Nutri-Grain bar, for which no one will be in the reception area either during your departure unless its after 9:30 I think. Room was frezzing cold, and heat didnt work. Worse thing...no hot water. This was the worst stay I've ever had on Hotels.com

Old world charm personified! We cannot fault a thing. Nicky on reception went out of her way to make us feel like family. The open snack bar / breakfast bar is a deal clincher as you can take a drink and a snack and head to the beach. The beach is so close you can stroll back and forth. We highly recommend it and it was the best accommodation choice we made in the whole of Florida !!

Location is great and close to worth avenue. Staff is always more than accommodating. Very small and quiet at night. You feel like you are a guest in someone's home. This is our new Palm Beach place. Our second time within a year.

We recently stayed at Palm Historical in Palm Beach, and it was fantastic! The hotel’s charm and elegance were matched by the excellent service. Nikki at the front desk was especially helpful and made our stay even better with her warm hospitality and local knowledge. The rooms were beautifully appointed, and the location was perfect, close to beaches, shops, and restaurants. We highly recommend Palm Historical and look forward to returning!

Room climate was controllable and worked seamlessly. Shopping was as expected in the heart of Palm Beach, high end products. Front desk staff was exceptional, very informative and involved with all the lodgers I observed her assisting.

Solo traveling for 3 nights. On the first night I realized one of the windows in my room did not lock or close properly. Outside of the window is a Roof area that makes the Unlockable window accessible to anyone in the adjacent rooms and anyone that was aware of this rooftop. I called the number listed for afterhours calls and as there is no onsite staff overnight there was nothing that they could do. So I barely slept this night - as it was really easy for anyone to climb into my room. So concerned was I, that I Booby trapped the window in the event that someone opened it - I would be aware. The next morning I went down to the front desk however as I left before 9am there was no one at the front desk. So, I left a note with my unresolved dilemma and a request, that Maintenance close/lock the window, and my phone number, to reachout to me. I received no response to my note. No response to my request and the window remained open. I spent 3 sleepless nights with this window open, all lights on throughout the night and a "weapon" close to me and NO ONE made any effort to resolve this. I have never been so disappointed in the level of service and complete ignoring my request to resolve this problem. The windows were also new and NOT historic originals - so their inability to operate was unacceptable and beyond comprehension and was NOT part of the CHARM of this building. There is NO staff available except between 9am and 7pm. I do not recommend this hotel

Great location. Walk everywhere. The hotel staff was so friendly and helpful. Cute hotel and quiet part of palm Beach. We would come back again.

I love the proximity to restaurants and Worth Ave. No car necessary to some of the best restaurants, shopping and art in the world.

Very close to the beach and such a beautiful area to walk around.

Absolutely love it here! Perfect location and within walking distance to shopping, dining and the ocean. Very clean and comfortable beds. Complimentary bottled water, juice, snacks, coffee etc. available in the lobby 24/7.

The hotel was undergoing renovation. That was not disclosed in the listing. Guests have to park on the street, $5/hr 9a-5p, and that was not disclosed in the listing. The food offered for breakfast was mostly packaged junk food. The bed was comfortable. No central air. The room had a noisy AC unit in the wall. There was only one chair. The room lacked a full-length mirror. It could be a nice place, but not when we stayed there.

Wonderful stay at this quaint and charming boutique hotel. Lovely courtyard. Excellent service and staff are polite. My room was gorgeous, impeccably clean and the hotel itself is very quiet. It's only 5 minutes to Municipal Beach and very close to Worth Avenue. Great selection of continental breakfast which is always fully stacked. Definitely a 5 star. I would definitely recommend anyone visiting Palm Beach to stay at this lovely place! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

A lovely stay here with a 3 minute walk to the beach! Great towels and beach chairs as well. The breakfast/snack bar had lots of options including coffee all day. They even provided me with gluten free snacks/oatmeal so that I could fully enjoy! Thanks for a relaxing stay!
