Amazing stay and service. Love the Colony and highly recommend it for couples. Love the pool and the restaurant on site. Centrally location in the island and walking distance to all the shops.

Impeccable service and beautiful property. The complimentary car service was a wonderful amenity. Bathrooms are on the small side for a suite that can accommodate up to four.

I think the property is adorable. Sadly multiple construction projects were going on at once and ut did upset the experience for me.

The Colony is as iconic as described. The lobby and poolside restaurant were smaller than anticipated by seeing pictures, but that was not a big deal to us. The staff was so friendly and always eager to help with anything needed. The beach butler setup was darling, just as pictured on the hotel website! The house car took us to and from shopping and dining. It is decorated so beautifully, I can't say enough great things about the hotel! Loved our visit!

Loved this hotel- always enjoy Palm Beach and decided to stay over a night on the way south. Enjoyed the restaurant, cafe, pool, and proximity to the beach. I would have preferred a patio room and a gym onsite as opposed to next door, but still a 5 out of 5. Staff is attentive, energetic and knowledgeable.

The hotel was fabulous! All of the staff was exceptional, so friendly and helpful. The poolside food and drink service was great too. Onsite restaurants are so good. Our beach day was amazing with everything set up and ready for us when we arrived, including our own cooler with food we had required.

Cons: $750+ room per night with a view of a parking lot, small hotel room, loud construction every morning at 7:30-8am, dirty windows in the hotel room, all of the pools on property are not accessible to hotel guests

This was our second visit in less than a year, and we’re already looking forward to the next. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was impeccable. Every member of the staff goes above and beyond to ensure guests feel genuinely welcomed and completely cared for. A special shoutout to Marina, one of the bartenders, whose bartending skills, warmth, professionalism, and personal touch truly elevate each visit. Equally impressive was Phillip at the front desk, who provided us with a wealth of information about the property and even helped us start planning our next stay. His attention to detail and enthusiasm made a lasting impression. Joy, another front desk team member, welcomed us with genuine kindness at check-in and ensured we felt right at home throughout our entire stay. The beach service is easy, comfortable, and handled by friendly staff who take care of everything. The hotel’s complimentary car service made getting around Palm Beach effortless, with drivers who were prompt and helpful. Dining at The Colony is another standout. The Pink Paradise Café and Swifty’s both serve fantastic food in vibrant, stylish settings that capture the charm of Palm Beach. The Colony isn’t just a hotel—it’s a destination. Elegant, inviting, and with service that consistently exceeds expectations.

Only negative was room faced brick wall - at 40 occupied that night, thought could have been better. Otherwise, terrific place, staff etc. lots of construction going on.

The colony hotel in palm beach is just as luxurious as advertised! From the moment we walked in through the moment we left we were pampered every step of the way! The beach concierge and pool attendants were lovely and so helpful. Pool and hotel facilities spotless and everything we ate was amazing! From the meatloaf and key lime pie at Swiftys to the lavender spritz at the bar and the pastries at the pink paradise cafe- all to die for! A must stay if you are visiting the area you will not be disappointed!

This is my 3rd (and last) time staying at the Colony. The rooms are too small/bathrooms tiny to justify the rate. The walls are paper thin. We heard neighbors full on conversations. The housekeeping staff was lovely, but their carts were in the halls all day and night. There was also a very big dumpster in the hall. Lastly, this is the third time we looked onto a concrete wall, so just not worth the money in my opinion.

Beautiful property and berry well taken care of. Everything is beautiful. At the same time kind of cramped but that’s okay. The beauty takes over. Everywhere smells great.

The Colony definitely has a vibe to it. Plenty of activity in the lobby and around the pool. The staff is friendly and helpful. My particular room was awful, as it was located behind the elevator and the bathroom was tiny, with peeling wallpaper and pretty dirty overall. I had asked to get in my room early, so I think this was their way of teaching me not to do so again. Have stayed there in the past and never had an issue with a room. Will try the Palm House Hotel next time as it is new and both rooms and bathrooms are definitely a step up from the Colony.

This is the third time we go and it is always better than the last one. The food is excelent . The service too. The cleaning….

An amazing place! Loved it the minute we walked in and greeted by a very friendly staff and a glass of rose. The rooms were very clean and beds were very comfortable. Swiftys was amazing in every way . The food was delicious and the atmosphere was a lot of fun. I highly recommend The Colony Hotel.

Absolutely spectacular stay! The property itself is a pink paradise. Super clean and fresh with breathtaking grounds. A short walk to the beautiful turquoise water of the palm beaches and an even shorter walk to the famous Worth Avenue. The staff was beyond attentive and accommodating. My daughter is a Type1 Diabetic and when her blood sugar dropped at 6am, the front desk agent could sense my panic. He went in the back and brought her a glass of fresh orange juice and stayed with us until she felt ok. Can not wait to come back to this hotel!

Our arrival was a bit rocky. The first receptionist seemed quite new to hospitality and struggled to assist us properly. Thankfully, the manager, Albir, stepped in and handled everything with care and professionalism. From the following day onward, everything went much more smoothly. The hotel has an elegant yet relaxed vibe—chic, tasteful, and somehow still feels like visiting good friends or family. Great cocktails, delicious food, lovely restaurant, and excellent staff all around. Big shoutout to Albir, Marina, and Fausto for going the extra mile. The beach service is excellent, with complimentary transfers and cold water. The rooms aren’t too spacious—understandable given the hotel’s nearly 80-year-old design—but they’re cozy and well-appointed. One oddity: there’s no minibar in the room, and room service ends at 11:00 p.m., which feels a bit early. Despite those few things, we would definitely return. A charming and memorable stay.

I thought the rooms had a cheap finish to it (you could see on the walls where plaster had been used to cover up holes and it didn't even match the wall colour). All but one of the lamps had white light bulbs, which made it feel more like an office rather than a hotel room. I also upgraded to a Junior Suite, and while I was pleasantly surprised at how spacious the room was, I was quite shocked at how tiny the bathroom was. There was even more space in the closet than in the bathroom.

Our room was very small, but beautifully appointed. The same with the bathroom, small but very well done. $40 for parking. Great high-end shopping just outside the door, but very limited poor restaurant choices.

Best hotel in Palm Beach in my opinion - beautifully decorated, great location, lovely dining inside and out. Rooms have been renovated nicely, however the rooms and doors need sound insulation as you can hear every hall conversation and door slam. We will be back!

the walls are apparently very thin. the woman in the room next to me came in drunk and was very loud on her phone at 11pm for about an hour. it was like she was in my room she was so loud. i needed a good night's sleep because i had an important business meeting the next day, i *specifically* picked a small, expensive hotel because i thought it would be quiet. so that was a waste of $800.

Property was beautiful. The beds were such a miss though, they were too firm to comfortably sleep.

The food and drinks on the island are absurdly expensive and overpriced which is not right. Hotel ownership should invest in the amenities as they are non existent or lacking tremendously.

We arrived and left our stuff in the room tongonto the pool. There were no beds ans it was super diorganized they didnt even ask for proof that we were staying in the hotel. Beach was also full so we stayed in our room. Service was slow and the waiter forgot to bring some of our breakfast plates .. the housekeeping woke us up at 8:30am while we were sleeping i wouldnt go back. Location is the good thing they have

Very disappointed with the handling of a situation we encountered. We had cold water. Could not take showers, but to make things right, the managers comped my breakfast. Blown away by the poor customer service. flew in for a special weekend with my wife, paid what I could have paid at the Breakers Hotel and came away very disappointed.

The hotel is great although our room was extremely small. Otherwise it is very convenient to worth Ave and all the great palm beach shopping and restaurants. I would stay here again.

They have done a beautiful job restoring this iconic hotels charm. The beds are amazingly comfortable. Very clean. Staff great. Restaurant in hotel is fantastic. Walking distance to worth ave and the beach so great location! Tons of personality will def be back!

Service is first rate. They responded efficiently and enthusiastically to any request. They always had a good suggestion for restaurants and activities. Swifty’s is a great place to dine - food is superb, atmosphere is fun, drinks are imaginative and the weekend music is perfect. The rooms have recently been renovated and have captured the Palm Beach vibe.
