We stay at four and five star hotels and this did not seem like a five star hotel. The level of service of a five star is just not there. I will relate good and bad points: when I got to the hotel after a long drive and ordered a Mai Tai the bar tender lady clearly did not know how to make drinks. You should not have people at the bar that don't know bartending. The next morning at 7:30 I went downstairs to order a cappuccino but was told that the "espresso machine has not warmed up yet" so I had to go somewhere else. It was very difficult to figure out how to turn the warm water on in the shower, there should have been signs. Apparently there is a tiny button you have to press and then turn the faucet to the "cold" direction instead of the "hot" direction (???). Also, the photos of this hotel look much nicer than the actual hotel. The pool is very small. No VIP benefits at all. On the positive side I liked the drawer type safe in the room, the glass water bottles, the pretty flowers in the lobby, the car service and cushy rug in the room.

The hotel was newly renovated top to bottom and gorgeous - lots of little details incorporated into the design. All staff were very helpful and accommodating. The biggest issue we had was the pool, a smaller area, felt more like a day care than resort pool. There were more babies and small kids there than adults and the screaming, splashing, and bathroom accidents on the pool deck prevented us from really relaxing or being able to even use the pool. I think management will need to do something to address this issue or risk anyone traveling without kids choosing to stay elsewhere.

We enjoyed our short stay thanks to the friendly reception, and professional service. The room was lovely and spacious with a luxurious bathroom and spa shower. The gym was amazing and had options for cardio and strength training - great selection of equipment and stocked with my favorite italian mineral water! I could have stayed much longer!

The hotel was chic and upscale. There wasn’t much lobby space to relax. And the pool had no open chairs most of the time. The restaurant didn’t offer snacks or apps between meals. Location was good. Overall I think this hotel should be priced much lower than it was.

What a cute boutique hotel, I wasn’t expecting it to be as nice as it was being that it was a renovated old hotel. But I was pleasantly surprised, it was really nice, great atmosphere & it was the perfect weekend girls getaway! The service was great, they have an app you can text & communicate with them & they had a free shuttle/ car service for around the vicinity like to go to dinner or shopping on Worth Avenue. The pool area was really cute with the cabanas and there is someone who come around for drink & food service by the pool. The bar area was great for pre-dinner drinks before going to dinner or after dinner getting back closer to the hotel, or anytime. The restaurant was great for breakfast & lunch, we did dinner other places. I highly recommend!

This is a beautiful boutique hotel in a prime area of Palm Beach. The staff & valet are so friendly & helpful. The hotel & grounds are pristine. The salt water pool & the surrounding pool area is perfect. The room & bathroom is beautiful. They bed was very comfortable. They provide a house car to take you around town & to the beach including umbrella & chair set up. Close to shopping & great restaurants. Would definitely stay there again!

Beautifully decorated and spacious guest room with comfortable bed and furnishings. The guest rooms should have a full length mirror in them especially for “season”. The inside bar area and outdoor pool area are well laid out and tastefully done. The only downside was the bar staff who were curt and unfriendly when compared to those at the Colony, Brazilian Court, and the White Elephant.

One main reason I Picked this place so I didn’t have to pack beach towels or worry about chairs. Unfortunately they do not provide chairs/ umbrellas or towels if there’s a”chance” of rain or wind in the forecast. Very disappointing. Despite no rain or wind, the kid as the beach attendant would not set up the chairs. When asked why, he was rude and snippy. No rain came - wind was less than mild & he still refused to set stuff up- he preferred hanging out with the life guards. The car service was nice and the driver was professional and kind. Love the area - but would pick a less expensive place next time

We had a wonderful stay! The service was excellent from start to finish—everyone was so attentive and friendly. The beach staff, pool team, and bartenders were all amazing and made our time extra enjoyable. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, and the whole property left a very impressive impression. Highly recommend!

The hotel is visually beautiful and well maintained. The lighting in the restaurant is not good. Seems there are still many kinks to work out as it is a new operation. Managment seems invisible.

Great centrally located property with very gracious staff and clean updated rooms One suggestion is to have a hot coffee/water station in the lobby for clients to serve themselves There were 5 People waiting for a hostess to go back into the kitchen and make cups of coffee for us thus delaying speed and elongating wait time so not efficient at all

Our stay exceeded all expectations. The room was large & comfy. The entire property immaculate. But, it was the staff from valet, front desk, restaurant, bar & poolside that made our family feel like VIPs. The service was unparalleled. How nice to be greeted on arrival by Maeve & attended to poolside by John. We will be back!

I really enjoyed my stay here! It is impeccably clean, and everything looks and feels brand new. The bathroom was spacious which is a big plus, and the decor is adorable. I used the hotel car free of charge to go to The Breakers which was super convenient. Would certainly return back here

This is a very nice little hotel - rooms are sizeable, nice patios, well decorated and maintained. It’s close to the beach and the beach service was attentive and well set up. They got many of the small things right - waters on hand at valet, notifying beach service when en route, etc. Unfortunately mishandled our check in; room was not ready until 5pm and desk attendant mismanaged situation. The shower temperature was also finicky - could’ve been our room only but very hard to get a nice temperature.

What impressed me the most about my stay is the excellent staff they have on this property. Superbly helpful and attentive. My wife absolutely loved the design and details of this hotel. The only negative thing I can say is that the sound from the lobby/restaurant travels into the room, especially having a room close to the front. Aside from that, this is a great place to stay.

Very generous room size, excellent shower, fantastic mattress and excellent dining options. This was our first stay here and we loved it. Professional staff, fast service and very accommodating. We highly recommend this hotel.

We stay at four and five star hotels and this did not seem like a five star hotel. The level of service of a five star is just not there. I will relate good and bad points: when I got to the hotel after a long drive and ordered a Mai Tai the bar tender lady clearly did not know how to make drinks. You should not have people at the bar that don't know bartending. The next morning at 7:30 I went downstairs to order a cappuccino but was told that the "espresso machine has not warmed up yet" so I had to go somewhere else. It was very difficult to figure out how to turn the warm water on in the shower, there should have been signs. Apparently there is a tiny button you have to press and then turn the faucet to the "cold" direction instead of the "hot" direction (???). Also, the photos of this hotel look much nicer than the actual hotel. The pool is very small. No VIP benefits at all. On the positive side I liked the drawer type safe in the room, the glass water bottles, the pretty flowers in the lobby, the car service and cushy rug in the room.

We had a wonderful stay! The service was excellent from start to finish—everyone was so attentive and friendly. The beach staff, pool team, and bartenders were all amazing and made our time extra enjoyable. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, and the whole property left a very impressive impression. This property is definitely not worth the 1,000 night rate. Service was awful. It was apparent they are under staffed and not ready to be open. I now am in a dispute with charges doubling what our balance was when we checked out and nobody will return calls or put me in touch with the accounting department to take care of over charging me. I would NOT stay in this hotel unless you want to be disappointed.

What a cute boutique hotel, I wasn’t expecting it to be as nice as it was being that it was a renovated old hotel. But I was pleasantly surprised, it was really nice, great atmosphere & it was the perfect weekend girls getaway! The service was great, they have an app you can text & communicate with them & they had a free shuttle/ car service for around the vicinity like to go to dinner or shopping on Worth Avenue. The pool area was really cute with the cabanas and there is someone who come around for drink & food service by the pool. The bar area was great for pre-dinner drinks before going to dinner or after dinner getting back closer to the hotel, or anytime. Our stay exceeded all expectations. The room was large & comfy. The entire property immaculate. But, it was the staff from valet, front desk, restaurant, bar & poolside that made our family feel like VIPs. The service was unparalleled. This is a very nice little hotel - rooms are sizeable, nice patios, well decorated and maintained. It’s close to the beach and the beach service was attentive and well set up. They got many of the small things right - waters on hand at valet, notifying beach service when en route, etc. Unfortunately mishandled our check in; room was not ready until 5pm and desk attendant mismanaged situation. The shower temperature was also finicky - could’ve been our room only but very hard to get a nice temperature.

Absolutely gorgeous property with excellent staff. We were some of the first guests to experience this hotel so there were some hiccups but the staff remediated issues as best they could. Its in a great location, food and drinks are very good, and I can see this being a 5 star hotel in the future. We will be back.

Very very impressive stay. Accommodations were top notch and the overall feel was very inviting but high end. Attentive staff were happy to go above and beyond when asked. Don’t hesitate to book, very close to the beach and they have a beach attendant there everyday.

The hotel was chic and upscale. There wasn’t much lobby space to relax. And the pool had no open chairs most of the time. The restaurant didn’t offer snacks or apps between meals. Location was good. Overall I think this hotel should be priced much lower than it was.

I really enjoyed my stay here! It is impeccably clean, and everything looks and feels brand new. The bathroom was spacious which is a big plus, and the decor is adorable. I used the hotel car free of charge to go to The Breakers which was super convenient. Would certainly return back here
