Schöne große Zimmer aber ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen Bräuchte mal wieder einen neuen Anstrich.Das Reinigungspersonal müsste gründlicher sein. Poolbereich ganz schön lieblos gestaltet. Frühstücks Restaurant könnte auch viel sauberer sein. Das Personal super lieb.

ビーチはまあまあ良い．でもホワイトサンドではない．朝食はビーチで気分良く美味しい．しかし4星のレベルではない．スタッフは親切。．部屋は大きいがメンテが悪い．全体的に改装が必要．部屋の窓から　猿やオオトカゲ　リスなど間近で見れる。プールはオーシャンビューで綺麗．近くに安いレストランが多数ある．レンタカーかスクーターが必要。いずれにせよまあまあのホテル．でも3星ならいいかもしれない。

Rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat alles gegeben. Die Anlage war in einem guten Zustand. Ich hätte mir ein gehobenere Liegen so wie hochwertige Sonnenschirme am Strand gewünscht. Am Strand gab es zu meiner Reise keine Sonnenschirme.

Fint hotell, tyst läge nära djungel. Rummet hade väl några skavanker här och där, lätt slitage, men inget som störde oss och fint designat. Lite väl mörkt för att se sig själv tydligt i spegeln annars mysig belysning. Bekvämt för det mesta. Tyvärr var vår AC otroligt dålig och kylde knappt rummet jämfört med tidigare hotell. Toalettutrymmet luktade avlopp emellanåt och det dök upp en kackerlacka en natt, men det är också normalt för tropikerna. Vi bodde på ett 2-stjärnigt hotell precis innan detta och SriLanta upplevdes ändå som en upgrade från det. Angående bekvämligheterna… trevligt med massage på plats och två pooler. Även skönt med gräsmatta ifall man inte ville bli sandig. Beachbaren var dyr jämfört med närområdet. Solstolar för få och många trasiga. Mer parasol behövs också för skugga. Detta hotell ligger kanske lite off. Bättre att bo uppe vid Long Beach för mer gångvänligt, mer att göra och fler restauranger. Men vill man ha avkoppling och inte röra sig så långt (eller har transportmedel) kan detta vara ett bra alternativ.

My wife and I stayed in one of the hotel rooms and enjoyed it. Had a view of the forest and were able to watch monkeys in the trees. A/C worked well but we never had very hot water for the shower. Staff was great and the pool / beach access area was very nice. Bar and restaurant on site as well as massages. You can rent scooters and book tours directly from the hotel. Bit of a walk to other restaurants and bars but not too bad.

Was an enjoyable stay. Property is divided into a beachfront area with pools and restaurants and the actual lodging area on the other side of the road. There’s a pedestrian tunnel that goes under the road. Our lodgings were a decent walk from the beachfront. Would have been a little difficult for anyone with mobility issues. They provide a shuttle service but that can be unreliable at certain times of the day though. Overall would still recommend though. Family enjoyed the beach a lot.

Excellent hotel…staff were lovely and the hotel was fantastic…clean big rooms with comfy bed….very quiet resort with lots of space in the garden and beach….place had 2 pools

The hotel is well situated with great access to a nice beach. However, it needs a lot of TLC. The room was large with separate bath, shower and toilet and a great view with balcony; however, it is showing its age. The staff was very nice and you are close to a few restaurants and bars.

Wir waren eine Woche dort und ich muss sagen… nein! Wir hatten erst ein Zimmer, indem es fürchterlich nach Schimmel gestunken hat. Dann kamen wir in ein neues Zimmer und das war einfach echt abgewohnt. Frühstück war ok, aber nichts besonderes und der Kaffee in einem Riesen Kanister zum Zapfen. Für eine Woche 900€… nein! Das ists nicht wert!

Hôtel délabré malgré son excellent epmocement et la gentillesse de son personnel! Petit déjeuner et ménage catastophique

Odeur humidité désagréable obligé de changer de chambre, lit pas du confortable on a l’impression de dormir sur une planche en bois. La climatisation qui fuit… chambre inondée..Cafard présent dans la chambre, isolation 0 en entend les portes claquées des chambres voisines

Unfortunately our stay was meant to be our longest stay of 5 nights but this was dampened by the awful smell of damp in our room. The smell was so strong we had to have air filter put in our room to try and help with the damp We also had a huge amount of mosquitoes in the room and had to purchase numerous room sprays for hiding the smell and mosquitoes I wouldn’t be able to recommend this hotel

Das Zimmer sah leider aus als wäre es überhaupt nicht gereinigt worden. In der Dusche befanden sich Spinnenweben, die Amaturen hatten Kalkflecken und auf einer Kommode befanden sich noch die Fußnägel vom Vorgänger. Nie wieder.

The restaurant toilets were in very poor condition and absolutely stank, the pools were dirty, with insects and leaves floating in them. My hotel room was a long walk from the beach and involves hills and steps, so it’s not suitable for anyone with leg, mobility, or back issues. Service was disappointing throughout. Staff appeared very young and unhelpful, and interactions often felt dismissive. On one evening, I went to the hotel bar after dinner, only to find it closed at 10pm despite signage stating it should be open until midnight. I asked the receptionist where I could go nearby for a drink. She gave a vague answer and turned away. When I asked her to help point it out on a map, she took my phone, marked something, and handed it back without acknowledging me or making eye contact. This is not the level of Thai hospitality I have experienced elsewhere on my trip. Food was another major issue. Despite informing the hotel at check-in that I am vegan, there were no suitable hot breakfast options available, so I had to go elsewhere and pay again for a proper breakfast, which was inconvenient and disappointing. When a “vegan breakfast” was prepared the next day it consisted only of plain stir-fried vegetables, which is not an acceptable breakfast. If you have any dietary requirements, I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. Overall, not a good experience, and I would not stay here again.

Var i første etasje, så det var ikke noe spesiell utsikt fra rommet. Vi så ut på «veien» (ikke bilvei, så var ikke plaget av støy) og over til andre hotellbygget. Lystette gardiner, som er veldig positivt. Lytt (lydmessig) ut til gangen, uten at det var et stort problem. Som flere steder på Ko Lanta-hotellene var det fortsatt en del søl rundt baderomsservant og speil, som enkelt kunne vært vasket bort. Ville ikke badet i badekaret. Vi bodde på to forskjellige rom i løpet av oppholdet og opplevd kloakklukt, noe som også dessverre er noe typisk her nede. Det er også jevnt over nokså harde/faste senger her i Thailand. Både min samboer og jeg fikk vondt i ryggen, men det handler nok også en del om preferanser. Minus at de har skittentøyskurv på rommet uten å tilby klesvask. Frokosten var helt ok. Det man må ønske av egg og frukt, så alt i alt slik hotellfrokostene er på Ko Lanta, med mindre man drar på de ordentlig fine resortene. Opplever at det i likhet med mange andre hoteller har forfalt noe de siste årene. Fordel at hotellet er litt unna «sentrum». Så lenge man er komfortabel med å kjøre scooter eller gå et lite stykke er det behagelig å ikke bo oppå andre hoteller og restauranter. Opplevde å ha stranden for seg selv. Fin stor gressplen og to bassenger som vi antar passer bra for de med barn.

This hotels wants to do everything, ends up not doing any one thing very good. Great location. Rooms: if you idea of a romantic get away is being able to watch and hear your partner go to the toilet this hotel is for you. It’s basically a glass stall so you can’t both hear and watch your significant other doing their business. Restaurants: None of them were good. Breakfast decent but boring. Room service: everything is by an app like WhatsApp. We used it once and they never responded. There are no phones in the rooms so I ended up walking down to the reception. Service: the concierge is very helpful in booking tours and renting out scooters. But when asked to book a restaurant for us they refused since they didn’t want to support “the competition” I feel like this is a hotel great if you bring kids that want pool time and bland food. Also your kids won’t be knocking on the door to the toilet since they can watch you through the glass door.

Jag blev väl omhändertagen av Lisa vid incheckningen, mycken service minded och trevlig precis som alla annan personal på Sri Lanta. Jag stannade i cloud suite och var mycket nöjd med rummet, stort och fräscht med fin utsikt. Trevlig frukost, lugnt och skönt, om jag besöker koh lanta i framtiden så kommer jag absolut att ta några nätter här igen!

Rummet (statt path) var stort, rent. Dock var rummets golv i 3 olika nivåer, vilket inte alls var bra med småbarn. Sängen var stenhård, har du inte ont i rygg och höft innan så kommer du garanterat att få det nu. Vi hade en resesäng på rummet vid ankomst vilket uppskattas.för att kunna använda hissen krävdes det att man tog trappor, så anpassat för barnvagn och småbarn var det inte. Lyxigt med badrockar i rummet!

Super fijne accommodatie met een ruime kamer. Scooter gehuurd om de omgeving te verkennen, dit is wel nodig omdat niet alles op loopafstand is. Wij hadden een koude douche, dit gemeld bij de manager en deze werd dezelfde dag nog gemaakt. De douche werd nu heel warm maar ook weer heel snel koud. Dit hebben we meerdere keren aangegeven maar de rest van het verblijf bleef de douche niet goed. Dit vonden we jammer

I really recomend this resort! Our room Super nice and clean everyday, good breakfast, location is exellent on the Beach with grass around the pool area, with a restaurant and beach bar on the resort, and a lot of really good restaurants along the Beach. The staff is amazing and they took so good care of us and specially our 9 month old baby. Special thanks to Rose and Lisa who worked on the resort, and Premie who worked at the massage spot. Also, the neighbouring restaurant Mr Leek is a great spot for really good food and a funny welcoming owner.

Vi hade en cloud suit på översta våningen mot havet med magisk utsikt. Fint hotellrum, inte toppskick men helt ok. Lisa I receptionen var alltid på topp 👍

We had 4 types of rooms. All was good and had everything we needed. The TV didnt work in our room though was not there to watch tele. The staff was very helpful especially the General Manager. We stayed over the Christmas period so the hotel was fully booked. There seemed to be alot of broken sunbeds and umbrellas that was much needed !! The breakfast was good and enough choice. The dinner menu lacked choice and the bar service was slow. Overall as a group of 9 and a young child we had a great stay and i would definitely recommend and return for what we paid.

Väldigt slitet. Bodde i bungalows. Förväxlade min räkning med min vän. Mycket dålig WIFI. Tv funkade inte. Nä inget för mej igen,

Bunty and his team get a solid 5 stars or more if I could give more stars. They went above and beyond to make our stay an amazing one. Bunty is always receptive to feedback and is always there to help us with tips on things to do and places to visit.. So service is 10/10. The location is also amazing 10/10. Right on the beach with lots of food and drink options. The Thai food at chedi and the cocktails at ten face are also amazing. So they have really good chef(s) and bartenders. As for the hotel and rooms, it looks like renovations are in progress and there is still work to be done on that front. Our original accommodation was still undergoing renovations so we were given the accommodation above it which was almost fully renovated, but it still needs some work to be done and needs attention to detail so for now 4/5 stars. To compensate for it they offered us a free dinner on the beach which was amazing and we really appreciated it. They are slowly opening more and more sections of the hotel so once all the renovations are complete, the rooms might get the full 5 stars. I believe the 2 year shut down during Covid caused a lot of wear and tear that the team is currently working on addressing. Hopefully the rooms get to join the 5 star club soon.

God beliggenhed, dejlig strand, store værelser. 3 pools som var 30+ grader varme. Personalet i receptionen samt housekeeping var meget imødekommende, dog virkede personalet ved strandbaren og restauranten ugidelige og ikke imødekommende. Ikke smilende som man normalt møder thaierne. Det gjorde desværre oplevelsen lidt blandet. Morgenmaden og thaimaden i restauranten var lækkert. Vi anbefaler at man holder sig fra deres “western menu”. Vi lejede scootere og kørte øen rundt. De kan lejes fra hotellets concierge.

Hotel não corresponde à descrição e às fotos. Os quartos ficam numa colina, com uma rampa imensa e do outro lado da estrada, distantes da praia, da receção e do restaurante. Tudo muito degradado em ambientes muito sujos e descuidados. TV não funciona, Internet não funciona. Tudo improvisado e muito amador. Fomos embora na manhã seguinte à primeira noite.

Had a very nice stay at this hotel, room was spacious, clean and quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel and area was very quiet when we stayed which was nice as pretty much had pool and the beach to ourselves most of the time. Definitely a place to chill and relax, would need transport if you wish to go further afield than the small strip of beach front hotels and restaurants.

Mysig bungalow. Massa apor utanför i träden som var lite roligt att titta på. Hotellet låg dock en bra bit ifrån restauranger och annat så taxi , tuk tuk eller en egen moppe va ett måste. Frukosten va inte den bästa men man kunde ändå äta sig mätt.

Frukosten var inte något särksilt, vi har ätit betydligt bättre frukost på våra andra hotell. Men läget var otroligt bra, personalen var väldigt hjälpsam och det låg bra då vi hyrde moppar samtliga dagar av vistelsen. Det är värt att bo här då denna delen är mer varm om man ser till turister, de som äger resturangerna längst stranden är otroligt trevliga och det är bara en good vibe! Så kan absolut rekommendera hotellet för att det ligger på rätt sida av ön, och på en bra strand att ta sig! det var vårt beställa ställe under vårt thailandvistelse, rummet var stort men det behöver nog en upp fräschning hela resorten! :)

Men läget var otroligt bra, personalen var väldigt hjälpsam och det låg bra då vi hyrde moppar samtliga dagar av vistelsen. Det är värt att bo här då denna delen är mer varm om man ser till turister, de som äger resturangerna längst stranden är otroligt trevliga och det är bara en good vibe! Så kan absolut rekommendera hotellet för att det ligger på rätt sida av ön, och på en bra strand att ta sig! det var vårt beställa ställe under vårt thailandvistelse, rummet var stort men det behöver nog en upp fräschning hela resorten! :)

Food was so good and resort was very clean

The room itself was nice, but overall the hotel is in need of a refresh. The restaurant toilets were in very poor condition and absolutely stank, the pools were dirty, with insects and leaves floating in them. My hotel room was a long walk from the beach and involves hills and steps, so it’s not suitable for anyone with leg, mobility, or back issues. Service was disappointing throughout. Staff appeared very young and unhelpful, and interactions often felt dismissive. On one evening, I went to the hotel bar after dinner, only to find it closed at 10pm despite signage stating it should be open until midnight. I asked the receptionist where I could go nearby for a drink. She gave a vague answer and turned away. When I asked her to help point it out on a map, she took my phone, marked something, and handed it back without acknowledging me or making eye contact. This is not the level of Thai hospitality I have experienced elsewhere on my trip. Food was another major issue. Despite informing the hotel at check-in that I am vegan, there were no suitable hot breakfast options available, so I had to go elsewhere and pay again for a proper breakfast, which was inconvenient and disappointing. When a “vegan breakfast” was prepared the next day it consisted only of plain stir-fried vegetables, which is not an acceptable breakfast. If you have any dietary requirements, I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. Overall, not a good experience, and I would not stay here again.

God beliggenhed, dejlig strand, store værelser. 3 pools som var 30+ grader varme. Personalet i receptionen samt housekeeping var meget imødekommende, dog virkede personalet ved strandbaren og restauranten ugidelige og ikke imødekommende. Ikke smilende som man normalt møder thaierne. Det gjorde desværre oplevelsen lidt blandet. Morgenmaden og thaimaden i restauranten var lækkert. Vi anbefaler at man holder sig fra deres “western menu”. Vi lejede scootere og kørte øen rundt. De kan lejes fra hotellets concierge.
