Es war wunderschön. Wir haben in den Betten sehr gut geschlafen. Super freundliches Personal, super sauber, Frühstück sehr lecker. Wir hatten eine wirklich sehr schöne Zeit! Auch die neuen Poolliegen und Auflagen waren sehr gut (wir kennen das noch anders)

We spent 5 days in the garden hut and we loved it. The bungalow is not big but comfortable and the bathroom is new. The garden is beautiful and swimming pool too. The resort has improved a lot and now there is a nice bar where they serve an excellent breakfast and in the evening good cocktails. Soon will open a restaurant too but outside there are other places to eat. The beach is one of the best one on the island. Staff is extremely kind and friendly and always smiley. We will come back!!

Séjour d’une semaine très agréable superbe chambre pour 3 ménage fait tout les jours petit déjeuner excellent carte avec 7formules différentes et carte pour enfants très bon service personnel adorable très professionnel surtout mr Mo au restaurant piscine très sympa petit bémol pour le mobilier de la Piscine est très vieux les parasols sont percés et cassé mérites un vrai changement de mobilier sinon je recommande vivement et retournerai sûrement

Loved it! The staff were wonderful and it's in paradise! Best resort along Haad Yao and has lots of beautiful areas to relax right by the beach - and the pool! We'd stayed in one of the fancier Salas and then decided to stay longer, so moved to the only available space in one of the little rooms at the back of the resort and that was still absolutely wonderful!

Vi har haft det mest fantastiske ophold på Long Bay Resort. Vi havde en beachfront hytte ( hvilket kan betale sig at betale lidt ekstra for) med den mest fantastiske udsigt til vandet og de vidunderlige solnedgange. Personalet er helt igennem søde imødekommende , smilende, og står klar til at hjælpe, hvis det skulle være nødvendigt. Dejlig morgenmad fra restauranten. Et par gange om ugen kom der en DJ og spillede om aftenen, stedet er populært og besøges af mange fra de omkringliggende resorts. Alt er pænt og rent og der er rengøring dagligt. Haven og udendørsarealerne er holdt til perfektion og er rigtig flot. Skønt swimmingpool areal, med solbrikse. Vi har absolut intet at udsætte på dette skønne sted, så det kan kun anbefales at prøve det. Long bay er et sted for alle aldre, der var en del yngere par med børn.

Aufpassen bei den Gartenhütten. Wir hatten zu zweit die äußerst preiswerten Gartenhütten für insgeamt 4 Nächte gebucht. Zu unseren Erfahrungen: Bei der Ankunft haben wir erfahren, dass die Gartenhütten wohl überbucht wurden, weshalb wir in der ersten Nacht in einer preislich teureren und größeren Hütte übernachten haben. Nach dieser eher unruhigen Nacht (Gecko im Zimmer & Schlange vor der Eingangstür ca. 25-30cm), sind wir am nächsten Tag in die Gartenhütte gebracht worden. Leider entsprach der Zustand der Hütte aufgrund des alters und des augenscheinlich ungepflegten Zustandes nicht unseren Erwartungen. Die Decke sah schlimm aus, in dem Boden der Außenwand befanden sich Löcher. Zu allem Überfluss befanden sich im Duschbereich jede Menge schwarze Larven/Würmer. Das Hotelpersonal hat direkt auf unseren Hinweis reagiert und die Insekten entfernt. Da sich die Tiere vermutlich in den Fugen und im Duschabfluss befunden haben, war der Duschbereich wieder nach 15 min voll damit. Gegen einen Aufpreis von 500 Baht konnten wir in ein anderes „höherpreisiges Zimmer“ für diese Nacht. Wir haben uns dann dafür entschieden, das Resort nach 2 Nächte zu verlassen und woanders zu schlafen. Aufgrund der geringen Verfügbarkeit war das andere Hotel 10x so teuer wie die Gartenhütte, uns war es das aber wert. Es gab jedoch auch Lichtblicke, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und ist verständnisvoll mit der Situation umgegangen. Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls sehr gut.

We arrived as a couple with two teenage girls and booked 2 villas. This was our fifth time in Haad Yao, but our first time staying at this hotel — and it did not disappoint! The surroundings are amazing, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, spacious, and offered beautiful sea views. Room service was efficient and convenient. Breakfast was excellent — delicious and varied, a perfect way to start the day. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking for a relaxing stay in a beautiful location. 🌴🌊

Amazing place just next to the beautiful beach. Garden view hut was simple but comfortable and clean. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Daily cleaning, changing the towels. Breakfast was delicious, 10 different options to choose plus coffee,juice,water etc. Highly recommended for people who wants to relax.

Die Hotelanlage ist schön angelegt. Die Bungalows bieten viel Platz sind hedoch beteits un die Jahre gekommen. Eine Renovierung wäre wünschenswert. Tägliche Zimmerreinigung und frische Handtücher. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und man hat eine gute Auswahl. Es wird nicht in Buffetform angeboten. Man wählt täglich sein Menü. Die Lage ist durch den Strand vor der Tür nicht zu toppen. Fußläufig gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und auch Restaurants. Taxi befindet sich direkt vor dem Hotel.

Absolutely loved our stay here, in fact we wish we could stay longer. Such great value for what you get. Without a doubt the friendliest most attentive staff we have had during our entire time in Thailand. We aren’t usually “resort” people, but were very happy that we were able to get the best of both worlds by staying in the budget bungalow, and still getting to enjoy the facilities. 10/10 for the breakfast that’s included. Room was turned down every day, new towels, water bottles. Every member of the staff friendly, smiling. Can’t wait to come back one day! Thank you for having us.

We had a really pleasant stay at the Long Bay Resort. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The rooms are very clean, modern and we got daily cleaning, water new towels whenever needed. The breakfast is nice too, as well as the pool area. It´s walkable to many other restaurants along the beach and just a very nice base to be at. We will definitely come back and stay longer next time. Thank you for making our holiday so very wonderful.

Le complexe est vieillissant. Des travaux doivent être engagés à l'extérieur comme à l'intérieur afin de retrouver la splendeur que nous avons connu il y a 10 ans . De mauvaises odeurs dans la salle de bain et toilettes. Le personnel est charmant et réactif. L'emplacement parfait avec ombre ou soleil face à la plage juste devant. Nous y retournerons afin d'encourager et d'aider les propriétaires à entamer des travaux de rénovation.
Le complexe est vieillissant. Des travaux doivent être engagés à l'extérieur comme à l'intérieur afin de retrouver la splendeur que nous avons connu il y a 10 ans . De mauvaises odeurs dans la salle de bain et toilettes. Le personnel est charmant et réactif. L'emplacement parfait avec ombre ou soleil face à la plage juste devant. Nous y retournerons afin d'encourager et d'aider les propriétaires à entamer des travaux de rénovation.

Ich war bereits zum 2.Mal im Long Bay Resort. 2019 das erste Mal war ich ziemlich begeistert. Leider sind die Unterkünfte mittlerweile sehr in die Jahre gekommen und es wurde anscheinend die letzten Jahre gar nix getan. Relativ neu ist das Restaurant, welches verschiedene Sets als inkludiertes Frühstück anbietet. Dauert zwar länger, aber alles frisch. Der Service ist nach wie vor 1A in fiesem Resort. Sauberkeit war in Ordnung und das Personal super freundlich und immer bemüht. Mit ein bisschen Liebe für die Räumlichkeiten wäre es echt ein tolles Resort, was ruhig gelegen ist aber dennoch genügend verschiedene Möglichkeiten zum Essen am Strand oder an der Straße bietet. Ebenso gibt es Massage am Strand, fußläufig zB noch einen 7eleven, eine Apotheke ..

We spent 5 days in the garden hut and we loved it. The bungalow is not big but comfortable and the bathroom is new. The garden is beautiful and swimming pool too. The resort has improved a lot and now there is a nice bar where they serve an excellent breakfast and in the evening good cocktails. Soon will open a restaurant too but outside there are other places to eat. The beach is one of the best one on the island. Staff is extremely kind and friendly and always smiley. We will come back!!

Très bel hôtel dans un coin de l'île pas trop surchargé. Le bungalow est très bien , peu être pas luxieux mais est bien équipé. La piscine et l'espace restaurant est très agréable et on y mange très bien . La plage devant l'hôtel est très bien et entretenue. Possibilité de louer des scooters par le biais de l'hôtel. Le personnel est très sympa et arrangeant . J'y retournerai sans hésitation !

Mysigt och lugnt ställe, vi ändrade bokningen och la till en natt direkt hos hotellet och var tvungna att byta rum, vilket de fixade genom att hämta oss. Fantastisk strand, frukosten var magisk och personalen underbara. I visst behov av renovering och dåligt tryck i duschen, men så avkopplande och mysigt ställe!

Vi har haft det mest fantastiske ophold på Long Bay Resort. Vi havde en beachfront hytte ( hvilket kan betale sig at betale lidt ekstra for) med den mest fantastiske udsigt til vandet og de vidunderlige solnedgange. Personalet er helt igennem søde imødekommende , smilende, og står klar til at hjælpe, hvis det skulle være nødvendigt. Dejlig morgenmad fra restauranten. Et par gange om ugen kom der en DJ og spillede om aftenen, stedet er populært og besøges af mange fra de omkringliggende resorts. Alt er pænt og rent og der er rengøring dagligt. Haven og udendørsarealerne er holdt til perfektion og er rigtig flot. Skønt swimmingpool areal, med solbrikse. Vi har absolut intet at udsætte på dette skønne sted, så det kan kun anbefales at prøve det. Long bay er et sted for alle aldre, der var en del yngere par med børn.

Aufpassen bei den Gartenhütten. Wir hatten zu zweit die äußerst preiswerten Gartenhütten für insgeamt 4 Nächte gebucht. Zu unseren Erfahrungen: Bei der Ankunft haben wir erfahren, dass die Gartenhütten wohl überbucht wurden, weshalb wir in der ersten Nacht in einer preislich teureren und größeren Hütte übernachten haben. Nach dieser eher unruhigen Nacht (Gecko im Zimmer & Schlange vor der Eingangstür ca. 25-30cm), sind wir am nächsten Tag in die Gartenhütte gebracht worden. Leider entsprach der Zustand der Hütte aufgrund des alters und des augenscheinlich ungepflegten Zustandes nicht unseren Erwartungen. Die Decke sah schlimm aus, in dem Boden der Außenwand befanden sich Löcher. Zu allem Überfluss befanden sich im Duschbereich jede Menge schwarze Larven/Würmer. Das Hotelpersonal hat direkt auf unseren Hinweis reagiert und die Insekten entfernt. Da sich die Tiere vermutlich in den Fugen und im Duschabfluss befunden haben, war der Duschbereich wieder nach 15 min voll damit. Gegen einen Aufpreis von 500 Baht konnten wir in ein anderes „höherpreisiges Zimmer“ für diese Nacht. Wir haben uns dann dafür entschieden, das Resort nach 2 Nächte zu verlassen und woanders zu schlafen. Aufgrund der geringen Verfügbarkeit war das andere Hotel 10x so teuer wie die Gartenhütte, uns war es das aber wert. Es gab jedoch auch Lichtblicke, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und ist verständnisvoll mit der Situation umgegangen. Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls sehr gut.

We arrived as a couple with two teenage girls and booked 2 villas. This was our fifth time in Haad Yao, but our first time staying at this hotel — and it did not disappoint! The surroundings are amazing, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, spacious, and offered beautiful sea views. Room service was efficient and convenient. Breakfast was excellent — delicious and varied, a perfect way to start the day. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking for a relaxing stay in a beautiful location. 🌴🌊

Absolutely loved our stay here, in fact we wish we could stay longer. Such great value for what you get. Without a doubt the friendliest most attentive staff we have had during our entire time in Thailand. We aren’t usually “resort” people, but were very happy that we were able to get the best of both worlds by staying in the budget bungalow, and still getting to enjoy the facilities. 10/10 for the breakfast that’s included. Room was turned down every day, new towels, water bottles. Every member of the staff friendly, smiling. Can’t wait to come back one day! Thank you for having us.

As all accommodations on this beach, also this family long bay resort is beautiful located. Only add breakfast if you like having choice of exclusively western breakfast (bread). Friendly employees but dissapointing service levels, lots of miscommunication due to lack of English skills I assume.

We had a really pleasant stay at the Long Bay Resort. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The rooms are very clean, modern and we got daily cleaning, water new towels whenever needed. The breakfast is nice too, as well as the pool area. It´s walkable to many other restaurants along the beach and just a very nice base to be at. We will definitely come back and stay longer next time. Thank you for making our holiday so very wonderful.

Schöne großzügig angelegte Anlage, alles was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt ist fußläufig erreichbar. Für alles andere kann man sich ein Moped mieten.... Nächstes Jahr bin ich wieder da....

Super Lage, vorallem die Beachfront Bungalows sind ein Paradies, man fällt vom Bett an den Strand, Meeresrauschen, Ruhe, nettes Personal Gefehlt hat nur ein Mückennetz, was ich schon ziemlich störend fand. Nice and well built bungalows. Also in General a well kept resort, clean, new. The beach in front of it is nice and has nice spots for snorkeling. Be careful though, in this area you are far from everything and to go east of The island takes 40 or 60 minutes. Not to mention haad rin. Also the food at the resort is quite expensive and it’s not the classic thai resort but feels a bit like a package place.

We arrived as a couple with two teenage girls and booked 2 villas. This was our fifth time in Haad Yao, but our first time staying at this hotel — and it did not disappoint! The surroundings are amazing, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, spacious, and offered beautiful sea views. Room service was efficient and convenient. Amazing place just next to the beautiful beach. Garden view hut was simple but comfortable and clean. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Daily cleaning, changing the towels. Breakfast was delicious, 10 different options to choose plus coffee,juice,water etc. Highly recommended for people who wants to relax.

Absolutely loved our stay here, in fact we wish we could stay longer. Such great value for what you get. Without a doubt the friendliest most attentive staff we have had during our entire time in Thailand. We aren’t usually “resort” people, but were very happy that we were able to get the best of both worlds by staying in the budget bungalow, and still getting to enjoy the facilities. 10/10 for the breakfast that’s included. Room was turned down every day, new towels, water bottles. Every member of the staff friendly, smiling. Can’t wait to come back one day! Thank you for having us.

Nice and well built bungalows. Also in General a well kept resort, clean, new. The beach in front of it is nice and has nice spots for snorkeling. Be careful though, in this area you are far from everything and to go east of The island takes 40 or 60 minutes. Not to mention haad rin. Also the food at the resort is quite expensive and it’s not the classic thai resort but feels a bit like a package place.

The bathroom in our bungalow was tired but the beds really comfortable and you woke up to a lovely view. The pool area could do with some attention- pool itself lovely but ladders to get in/out were loose and the drain cover around the pool actually came loose when I stepped in it and my leg went down the drain and caused a big hematoma

Breakfast (included in our stay) was absolutely fantastic. The restaurant in general made tasty food, good shakes and the prices were fair but not cheap. The staff was very helpful and helped us book tours and taxis cheaper than online. Snorkling from the beach was really good, and the sand was soft and really nice. The pool was clean but the water had a bit too much chlorine for my taste. The bathrooms were (absolutely) not up to standards and there were other places around the area, that should be renovated to meet the standards (while we were there (in July) they were renovating one of the cabins, so maybe they are on it already). All in all, a really nice place to stay👍
