Stayed 4 nights

We stayed for 4 nites from 9/17-9/21/26. Great location, we walked downtown to Eighth St (main st) & the Policeman’s Boardwalk. Got a smash burger & shakes @ a place @ the far end from the boardwalk next to the trading post (left side) that had really good t-shirt prices. Ate a couple times @ the Pub on-site, Great fish & chips & scotch eggs. Room was clean, spacious & quiet. Went into Banff a couple days, ate @ Brazen Res’t, EXCELLANT! Christian took very good care of us. My husband had the steak & I had the chicken salad with curry. Booked the Banff Gondola early (9:30), before too many ppl arrived. Stopped @ the Banff visitor centre for info & ended up buying a print from a Canmore artist, Frasier McGurk, Bear 64 & found out he’s done lots of works all over Banff & Canmore. There’s a gallery in Canmore that has his works, a bit pricy, but lots to chose from. We drive electric (R1S), so a couple good options in Canmore are the Tesla DC fast chargers, just down the rd from where we were staying & maybe another block or so farther was Electrify America (EA was about .08/kWh cheaper). Grabbed a BLTC with egg @ the Rocky Mtn Bagel Co across the street from our Inn. Real tasty, get there early as the line gets long quickly. We would definitely stay @ Georgetown Inn again. TY!
