The complimentary breakfast was good. Really enjoyed the fresh made omelette with good choice of options. The shower was too powerful and couldn't adjust. Hot tub was too cool. Problems with the pool pump

The breakfast was surprisingly very good. Fresh omelette station and lots of choices. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Extremely dissatisfied with the pool as it was unsafe due to the liner floating and dirt in pool. Hot tub was cold. Should have been closed and out of order. This property was picked for pool use as we have kids. They were disappointed.

The hotel emailed me one day before start of my booking letting me know the pool is not working (main reason I booked with them). The staff on frontdesk offered $30off each night for inconvenience, but the rebate never showed on my account. My non-smoking room smelled after cigarets along with all my clothes after the stay. Good coffee and okay breakfast.

Chck-in time is 4:00, arrived at 4:30 and was given a key to a room that was not cleaned yet. An hour later they decided to give me a key to another room that had been cleaned as my original one still wasn't. The hot tub was not hot (broken heater was the excuse), the pool was cold and there was tape floating in the pool from the patch work to the liner. One of two washing machines was broken. Yes the room was spaceous and clean (finally) but all the other amenities were not up to par.

The pool isnt tiled. It looks lyke it was covered in vinyl so there are lumps on the bottom of the pool. So easy to trip on them since its not visible but you can feel them when moving around in the pool. The rooms are average, but definitely need some updates and deep cleaning. We had booked multiple rooms and one of them smells like it was a smoking room. However, the staff were amazing. Friendly and attentive. Breakfast was pretty good!

The staff were all very nice and the Breakfast exceptional. The lobby and eating areas were well kept, and the kitchen omlet staff was awsome. The two things that ruined the stay was the disgusting rug in the rooms. I had 2 rooms and both had rugs that were either never cleaned or just were in desparate need of being replaced. I walked on the rug with white socks, and instantly they were brown with dirt. The other issue was with the pool. There was enough debris in the pool from people eating that you could feel it on the bottoms of both the hot tub and the pool! This property needs better cleaning, both in room and the pools.

Was disappointed with our check in. The room I had booked 3 months earlier was not available. The room assigned had an awful smell. No other room available until next day. The young woman at reception was very attentive and tried to find a solution. We were promised a discount and a room upgrade the next day (which we got). Breakfast buffet was disappointing and a lot of waste (bread and fruit individually wrapped in plastic, plastic utensils and cups, cardboard plates no recycling offered.

We've stayed at a lot of hotels over the year's that offer free breakfast. This breakfast was incredible value. Full hot breakfast with an employee making omelets however how you wanted, wasnt expecting that, we will definitely come back based on the breakfast alone. The staff, especially at check in where excellent, we arrived at 4pm, the room wasn't ready, but she was so professional and did all she could to get us in, we had a ten min wait but handled very well.

Very clean and spacious! Check-in was quick and easy. We arrived about half an hour early after a long drive and were pleasantly surprised to be allowed to check in early. The front desk even called shortly after to make sure everything was okay, which was a nice touch. The location is also super convenient — just steps away from several dining options within walking distance. It’s a great area for dog walks, and the hotel is very dog-friendly. The breakfast was great, and overall, we had a really comfortable stay. We’d definitely come back and highly recommend this place!
