We felt like we got played for the price of the room. The pictures provided in the ad did not match the actual room/hotel (see attached). We were shown pictures of what looked like a sophisticated downtown high-rise hotel in a nice building when it turned out to be a glorified motel six. The room was old and outdated, drafty because there were gaps in the door leading to the room from directly outside. The only “maybe” real benefit was that there were actually two bedrooms, but there was only one TV. The vending machines didn’t have any water and there was no working elevator, which for people with a lot of luggage was very inconvenient. Probably could’ve been worse, but I’d never stay there again so I gave it a 3.

Staff was nice, but not a place to stay if you need a good night's sleep. The room we had was poorly renovated. When we first walked in, the cleaning materials used were so strong we had to try and air the space out before we settled in. I would not stay here again. Wyndham should have checked the property out before putting their name on it. Very sad.

Excellent location and on-site free parking was a big plus. Room and hotel were dated but a good value for the location

A little worn down, but what can you expect from one of the cheaper hotels in an generally overpriced city. The hotel is OK for a shorter stay.
