It looks nice and clean but it was hot in the lobby and the hallways, pool was very cold but other than that nice place to stay.

A decent enough place. OK breakfast and clean rooms. The gym, however, has no air conditioning. It's not broken. It's non existent. Can't figure out how they figure people will exercise in 85 degree weather. I was lucky enough to get the Marriott two doors down to let me use their gym. The hotel is a little bit run down and could use a good renovation.

1. The hallway was hot, humid, and had an awful smell. 2. The heaters for the pool and sauna were broken and unusable. The pool was freezing. 3. The phone didn't work. 4. The breakfast was awful, especially the beverage machines that tasted like soap/cleaner. Barely any food available. 5. There were stains all over the mattress on the pull out couch. It was thin, lumpy, and uncomfortable. 6. The air conditioner had a difficult time cooling the suite. 7. The luggage carts both had broken wheels. I wouldn't have left a review about any of that. However, when we went to leave, the manager asked us if we were checking out. I said yes. She asked me how many people were staying in the room because she had spoken to and seen 2 men in the room. I told her that was definitely not true. She then pointed to the girls and yelled how many people were in that room! I said there were 4 of us. She told me only 2 people were allowed in that room even though it was a suite that slept up to 6. Then she asked us in an accusing tone if we were in town for some concert. I told her my reservation was for two adults and two children and that we were in town for a comic convention. I told her the girls were teenagers and went to pull up proof of my reservation. She then said no, it's okay and told me to leave her a good review. I reported what happen to expedia. They told me she would apologize and give me a refund. Her apology was rude and dishonest, and no refund offered.

The parking lot was dark, no lighting. Couch in the room was dirty with heavy stains. The shower had mildew along the bottom edge. Also room was noisy from I35 traffic, in need of a buffer wall. Finally I requested for a receipt to be emailed and did not receive it.

All was well. Room big and comfy. Very clean. Area and building clean. Employees were pleasant and friendly. We wanted to swim and went into the inside pool but it was very cold so couldnt stay long. Other then that it was good.

Very very friendly staff, spacious and clean room. What they need to improve is the parking space is very small, lunch is very poor, coffee tastes like water, no fruit, only eggs without color, they should have more variety.

Disappointed breakfast: No hot meal of any kind. Swim pool was OK for its size.

Room was clean and spacious! Large parking lot in a pretty good part of town. You can’t beat that rate for Austin. I enjoyed my stay.

Very nice people very convenient location the only thing I will say is the pool needs heaters

Absolutely filthy room. The first room I was in had evidence of bedbugs. Brought this to the staffs attention and all they could do was change my room. The second room was still filthy with him stuck to the headboard and hair all in the sheets as if they weren't changed. Definitely lacking quality here

As we walked in, first thing noticed that the breakfast are and welcome lobby is so crowded. Did not look welcoming. The halls look dingy and old. The lady at the reception desk was kind but pushy. She did allow us a look at the room. The room looks clean at first glance. Decided to stay but at the first use of the restroom, noticed the towels were not clean looking. They had brown spots on several of them. I also found brown stain spots on the sheets. In the morning, went down for breakfast and the selection was very limited. One kind of bread, one kind of sweet bread, only one kind of yogurt. Did love the Texas waffle. I will not be staying at this hotel nor recommending it. It was not what I was expecting from the pictures on hotels.com.

It's definitely a dated property and the photos ought to be updated! The hallways reeked of weed and smoke. The outside parking lot was sketch enough to make a grown woman think twice about going out to the car at night! Don't even bother with breakfast or coffee- it's colored water (literally). Only good thing was the bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was sparkling. The room was as clean as could be, but again, really dated...

Clean room and comfortable bed

Our stay at the Quality Inn was nice and comfortable but the room smelled kind of musty . Overall experience it was really nice.

Easy to park but a lot of trash on the property that needed to be cleaned up

The hotel rooms and common areas are always neat and cleanly. It was nice to see some elements of the interior design being updated! The staff at the front desk were helpful and professional at all times. The waffles were great!

The bed was absolutely wonderful. The windows are terrible - metal - no insulation. Very noisy from the traffic. Breakfast was dreadful - no fruit or yogurt Very basic hotel - no more than a 2 star

AC was off & the room was too hot

The man was super friendly at check-in and the woman was extremely friendly when I checked out. They had a hot breakfast with variety. The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. The shower worked well. Overall, it was a great stay at a great price.

I was in 309 and the noise from the highway was bad. Next time will ask for away from higheay. The accommodations were fine. Breakfast was not ideal for someone with type 2 diabetes.

It's an older facility.

Check in was smooth and great. The service was personable, kind and relaxed setting. The room was large, roomy and comfortable. The hotel hit the spot for location and needs meet.

I want to be fair and honest. The property was not what we expected definitely dated, and did not match pictures diaplayed. Staff was respectful, but it was one of those times, the dated feel made it feel unclean. We also did not eat the FREE breakfast, which was really a morning snack. I have to say this is that one time I've been disappointed with a stay booked on expedia. I wish the property would provide up to date pictures and details on what to expect.

Convenient But Ac was not working properly

Our stay was nice and clean, staff was nice a respectful. House keeping was very helpful. The only thing we didn’t like is that the hotel didn’t have blackout curtains. With the bright lights in the parking lot, you wake up at 2 am and you think it’s 7am. Our only issue. I would hope that the property will invest in. Bed was oh so comfortable 😁😁😁

Attended F1 Grand Prix race this weekend. Great location for accessibility to multiple highways, plus close proximity to the airport and a Walmart for basic necessities. Room was very clean and bed was extremely comfortable. My reservation somehow went missing in their system, but Norma (manager) was very sweet and accommodating to get the room rebooked quickly. She smoothed over a (briefly) stressful situation with her warmth and kindness, and her management of the hotel is impeccable, as witnessed with her interactions with the staff. Would absolutely stay here again, not only for the clean and comfortable conditions, but to be greeted by Norma’s outstanding hospitality once more. See you again at next year’s Grand Prix!! :)

I did not like they did not give me what I had asked. Could not find my reservation and would not take my confirmation number to look for it. Had me pay more than what my reservation was

Front desk lady was rude. This place is very run down.

Staff was professional and friendly. ADA accessibility room was large, clean, quiet and conveniently on first floor. Breakfast, including build your own Texas shaped waffle was good. Close to main highway was convenient.

Staff was Amazing, check in was fast, rooms were clean, and beds were comfortable, we stayed 3 nights including the weekend and it was very quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was very bad and customer service was poor

My stay was good, however, my friends, family, co-workers were not permitted come in and visit. I was told they needed to know who was coming to visit. This is an invasion of privacy. I will not stay here again.

There was a problem with our sink fauct leaking. It was fixed on a Saturday within 1 1/2 hours. We were offered a different room but they got on it so quickly we didnt mind. The staff was excellent. The manager spoke with us and was very attentive to our problem. Maintenance was there right now and was on it. Over all a very nice stay.

Good location!

Receptionist was kind , getting checked in and out … the room was clean , and we got out room cleaned that same night while we were out and about the town with us having to ask so that was nice .. only 10-15 min from 6th street and 20 min from circuit of America’s for a concert we attended … perfect spot

Nice staff, decent breakfast, high water pressure, and cold a.c. Didn't seem like the best neighborhood, the gas station behind it had an armed guard and my Uber driver said prostitutes were in the area.

Everything was good. Breakfast was alright. Right off the hwy so easy to get around. Gas station was right behind the hotel so very cool.

Clean and comfortable. Excellent location, very quiet. There is a circle k about half a block away. Which came handy. Staff is very friendly and helpful

This property is very near the Interstate, there are homeless and sketchy type people in the neighborhood. We frankly did not feel safe there.

Friendly staff. Convenient location off the highway. Clean room. Great place to stay for a quick concert in town. I would definitely recommend.

This property had enough space for me to park. One problem it had is the store being behind the hotel that the homeless got drunk and laid on the sidewalk.

The hotel was in a great location. Easy to get to our destinations although some reviews stated the area was shady. I had no issues whatsoever will recommend this hotel and would gladly stay again.

The hotel itself lived up to the great reviews online. The only issue one who will stay here should be aware of is the Circle K gas station the hotel is backed up to. People are hanging out there at all hours of the day and night and some are loud and in various states of inebriation.

We were able to walk to a nearby restaurant Hideaway Kitchen and Bar, which was pretty good. The hotel room was clean and nice. The breakfast was terrible. There was not enough food or tables for all the people there. Need to have more than one waffle maker as there were about 7 people in line in front of us, so we just skipped it.

Breakfast was provided somewhat but the coffee wasn't even really coffee. More like light brown water, everyday.

Some areas of the property were in need of TLC but altogether a good budget accommodation. Near to public transport system to city centre. Breakfast was good and plentiful. The hotel was clean and not too noisy.

I really liked their breakfast. They had waffles, eggs, potatoes, bagels and coffee. Our room did not have enough space around the bathroom sink to keep our stuff. Other than that, good.

The hotel was an awesome deal, very clean and friendly check in. We only stayed for a night but very nice. The breakfast area was very small and before 9am (breakfast ended at 930 on this day) there was not much left unfortunately and items that were low stock or out was not replenished.
