Rooms are often described as spacious and comfortable, though a few guests reported thin walls, limited lighting, or minor bathroom ventilation and odour issues. Breakfast is widely liked for taste and portions, but some mention it is not a buffet and has limited variety. Best suited to travellers seeking a straightforward, value focused stop.

Not for the faint of heart Thin walls, painted stark white and lit only by a single overhead fixture outfitted with a blui-ish halogen bulb that emphasized the room’s sparse furnishings. There were no reading lamps and the smell of crude room freshener sent us immediately to open the toom’s only window, which faced the wall of another building. Bad move: there was no screen and mosquitoes came floating in. And then there was the noise. OMG, the noise! In our ground floor toom, we could hear every footstep trodding through the lobby, squalling kids running through the halls, conversations in the lobby and in adjacent rooms. We could hear toilets flushing from all levels, guests walking on the floor above us A spa that had been listed as one of the hotel’s amenities turned out to be a facility in a hotel a little ways away. (We received excellent massages there.) On the plus side, the staff was uniformly pleasant and as helpful as possible. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, though our key often didn’t work. Breakfast was ok and the swimming pool was small but adequate. Location is very good, close by the Hieropolis archaeological zone and Pamukkale’s famous travertines.

Ailemle Pamukkale gezimiz sırasında 1 gece konakladık. Pamukkale travertenlerinin alt giriş kapısının dibinde. Otel yeni ve pırıl pırıl. Havuzu çocuklar için ideal. Herşey çok güzeldi. Yolum Denizli 'ye düşerse yine tercih ederim.

Temizlik konusunda hicbir eksiklik göremedik. Yüzme havuzu bakimli ve temiz. Yataklar olmasi gerektigi gibi. Daha uzun kalmak isterdik. Her yönüyle tavsiye edilebilir bir tesis.

Our arrival was welcoming, especially at the reception and pool area. The room was okay, but the bathroom had a disturbing sewer smell and lacked proper amenities. Pool access was limited to certain hours. Breakfast was ok and could be improved.

Dining
Breakfast is widely liked for taste, portion size, and Turkish options, though some note it is not a buffet and variety can feel limited.

Yeterliydi.

The hotel is one year old and very clean. It is a family management. The breakfast is fantastic and very good. All the staff is very good and very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very quiet and is close to the Traversin site. As far as I am concerned this is a 5 star hotel.

If you’re looking for a quiet, peaceful place with the comfort and cosy atmosphere of a guesthouse, I would definitely recommend it. I think it’s one of the best places you can stay at this price.

Breakfast was nice, but the restaurant offers except of breakfast was poor. It’s not clear to us if they make food there or order. Pizza seems to be frozen pizza heated up. Pasta was some spaghetti with some crushed tomatoes. Although the hotel is new, the shower drain was clogged, the bathroom overheated and the hot and warm water was unpredictable. Not sure though that it is easy to fint a better hotel in Pamukkale.
