Check in easy, property clean, room was great. Not much parking out front. Having to park at the back there was no access to building without walming all around the building.

This hotel was a great choice for our weekend trip, even during a sold-out period. The rooms were large and very comfortable. They had really soft beds. The TV offered lots of channels The bathroom featured a great shower with good water pressure. On the amenity side, it was fantastic to have Dove shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion provided, and I particularly loved the little Dove soap bars. My only critique of the bathroom is that the cloth shower curtain didn't do the best job of keeping water in, so the floor tended to get wet outside the shower. Also, the 1 ply toilet paper. The free breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options The only real challenge of our stay was the parking. Because the hotel was sold out, parking was scarce, and we had to park a little ways down the street. It wasn't too far

This hotel is amazing. All the little details are appreciated. The pool towels are soft, the rooms are clean and the staff make you feel very welcome. My only complaint was the hockey team that was visiting and the lack of parental control. You could hear the the kids running the hallways, knocking on doors, being super loud on the stairs ( i was 3 rooms away and i could hear them stomping) I wish the staff had intervened earlier, or better yet the parents taught their kids respect.....

We have stayed here numerous times when it was a Ramada. We felt the cleanliness has taken a step up since it became a Canalta. But would of loved to of seen far larger tvs in the rooms, a revamp of the tiny parking stalls considering 75% of vehicles parked there are trucks and full sizes SUVs. The mattresses definitely need replacing. The breakfast was good and staff are attentive and polite

A clean and modern hotel. Only stayed 2 days so we didn't use the facilities, but those looked well maintained as well. Free breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. A bit pricey compared to other hotels in the area but possibly justified. The only issue was the AC unit was slow to react and took a long time to cool the room. Will stay again if we ever go back.

We stayed at the inn for the hot air balloon festival. We arrived 2 hours early before check-in, our room was not ready (which was expected) and the front desk woman upgraded us to a suite with king size bed. Another female at the front desk printed out maps and info about local movie set locations for us and gave us 2 food bags. The room was fantastic, spacious and comfortable. Front desk certainly went above and beyond in their assistance!

We booked this room for our daughter’s wedding, so the bridal party could get ready together. The staff went above and beyond during our entire stay. They bumped us up for no extra charge to a suite, so we would have more space, and even added some extra touches (wine in the room, petals scattered for the newlyweds on the second night) can’t thank them enough.
