The location is excellent, with plenty of public transport right at the doorstep. The staff is friendly and efficient—special thanks to Semih and the night staff member (whose name I can't recall). The rooms are quite small—very small, in fact—but I suppose that’s the trade-off for being so close to the main attractions. The WiFi can be patchy at times, and unfortunately, the fitness center was closed for renovations. The hotel did not inform me of this beforehand, even though I specifically booked the hotel for its gym facilities.

Unfortunately the spa and gym were under renovation (which wasn’t advertised in the booking or confirmation). The room was clean, spacious and well equipped. Location is great, very easy to walk or get the bus / tram. Noise within the rooms was quite noticeable and if you have the window open it’s very loud (to be expected due to location) so I wouldn’t recommend if you like a quiet place to stay. Housekeeper was great, 2 bottles of water and tea/coffee facilities were topped up daily. Hairdryer was powerful, and the desk was very useful. Overall a good hotel it was just a little frustrating not having the gym available and no alternative.

Gezme amacıyla çıktığımız seyahatte iki gün konakladık.Otel konum olarak çok güzel bir yerde.Metro durağının dibinde ve gezilecek yerlere ulaşımı çok kolay.Odaları temiz,ama banyo temizliği biraz eksik kalmış.Banyo duvarlarında ve giderinde küfler vardı.Ama temizlik görevlisi arkadaş çok tatlıydı.En memnun kaldığımız yer kahvaltısıydı.Çeşit olarak gayet yeterli.Ama çalışanları kahvaltıdan da güzeldi.Özellikle restoranda görevli Ahmet ve karşılamadaki hanımefendi çok ilgili ve alakalı arkadaşlar.Burdan onlara da teşekkür ediyoruz.Ve resepsiyonda duran Talha,ilgisi ve yardımları için ona da teşekkür ediyoruz.

Clean room. Very noisy, at least those facing the street. Bed mattress is not to my taste, neither are the pillows. Breakfast is decent, but not too varied, little dull. Good location to major attractions using the tram.

We booked a King room which it definitely wasn’t, Queen at a stretch. We also booked an air conditioned room but the air conditioning is centrally controlled and turned down during the hottest part of the day which made for a very uncomfortable stay. The staff were great and very helpful.

The only slight issue was it was a little warm so had to sleep with the window open, which meant a 7am wake up call from the Azan from the nearby Mosque. Breakfast was tasty and plenty of options. Overall a good value stay and would recommend.

Ramada have probably the best front office manager in Mr Turker Durmaz who was friendly, kind and helpful. There were 4 of us and he quickly resolved any minor inconvoniance. My housekeeper Ms Seher was excellant too.

Very nice hotel very friendly staff! We got there early they did early check in and offered complimentary breakfast. The suite was spacious with a nice view. The house keeping staff Safiya was very sweet and very respectful. The room was super sweet the bathroom had everything we needed slippers, robe, loofa and much more. Also we came to our room and had a plate of fruit and the fridge has complimentary drinks

This was the ideal location for us. Easy access to walk to the Grand Bazaar, as well as day-trips pickups for various tours. The staff were amazing. Our sincere thanks for the warm hospitality. Thank you Fatma for the welcome from the very first evening we checked-in, and for your and your team's attention to our needs. Thank you Berna and head chef at the restaurant for making our breakfast each morning so so special that it energized us for the rest of the day! Housekeeping and all other day-time staff at the reception were amazing in giving us hints and tips on navigating the beautiful city. Highly recommend Ramada by Wyndham in Istanbul Old City!

Staying at Ramada hotel was above our expectations For the price we paid We were offered one day complimentary breakfast and drinks on the house The receptionist were great and very welcoming The hotel is right opposite tram station which was very useful and convenient Upon requesting anything the staff was able to provide without any hassle One amazing thing I must say would be the house keeping lady named Ipek On our return to room we were surprised by her beautiful guest of leaving us with a beautiful message and fruits It felt so good Amazing experience at our stay

This was our second time staying at the Ramada by Wyndham Istanbul Old City and we had a wonderful experience again! The facility is conveniently located within minutes from a tram station and has plenty of dining options. But what attracts us the most is it's friendly and helpful staff! In this visit we were greeted by Mr. Semih Honic at the Front Office. Mr. Honic and his team went out of their way to make our stay a comfortable one. Throughout our eight-night stay at this facility, we were impressed as we came across a lot of wonderful staff. We highly recommend this facility for the reasons listed above.

Cigrates smoke filled the room and when I complained they said it was from the ventilation system!! it i was like it is what is like it or not " That is what i had to leave within 3 days. I wish I didn't add breakfast, completely wasted money, by the way, if you need egg white or sunny side you have to pay. on the other hand the room service was very nice and a great job by cleaning the room

Excellent front staff. Room cleaning was also very good. Conveniently located.so we have access to Istanbul transit. Close to weekend market which offer goods at much cheaper price than grand bazar. Breakfast was also very good, however, I would recommend.to change menu to avoid monotony. Good choice of restaurants near by.
